Was recommended to go here by a friend. I went Saturday morning. There were a few people in front of me. I had 4 tires to mount and balance. I took about 1.5hrs but I didnt have an appointment and again several people were in front of me. Pricing was at least 40 dollars cheap then the local big box store.

Highly recommend Crawford Tire for any tire service you need. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Only place I could find that even knew how to mount and balance the wire wheels on my vintage mgb. Gary is the man! Thanks again!

This place does amazing service always went to them prior recommended numerous people to them, I went recently and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude I dropped off my car and she said she will call me when it’s done, I missed the call I called back 10 minutes later she said she didn’t do any work to the car and if I don’t move the car immediately she will “blow it up” and cursing for no reason, like a physcopath. I see numerous other reviews about the lady behind the counter she should get the boot. And read some of the reviews on how she responds to other bad reviews it’s like a child. Crazy best of luck to this business, they are one hell of a shop but that lady needs to go.

This is a great small town operated and locally owned. All the guys are ready to help you with questions you may have. The prices are also very reasonable. The only place Ill ever buy tires from. Even though they were very busy I was in and out with a tire repair in a very reasonable amount of time.

When I picked my car up it had suffered some major body damage. The manager said all I can do is say sorry. Which isnt an apology btw and she clearly wasnt.They were careless, dismissive, and disrespectful. Which does not inspire confidence in the quality of the work the performed. I would not recommend.

Very fast and efficient service. You probably wont find another business owner doing the same work as his employees. The owner is not afraid to get his hands dirty and work right along with his employees. The trust we as a family have in gary is unmeasurable.

I was looking for a tire place that was near me. I just moved over here to ocoee and have been enjoying every part of it. I have grown fond of Crawford Tires. Gary and Crew are awesome people, friendly and courtesy. I been three times for different things, theyve been exceptional and I highly recommend. They are military friendly as well.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The prices were great, I was surprised they only changed me twenty dollars for a plug on my back tire passenger side. The place was a little cluttered but it was very clean. If I owned the place I would get ride of some of the junk and add more seats. The bathroom is clean but I did notice the employees use the same bathroom as the customers I would try to add a employee bathroom if possible. Overall I had a great experience here and I plan on coming back when my tires need repaired or replaced.

While on vacation in Florida, I dropped my car off for an alignment. When I picked it up, the entire rear quarter panel on the drivers side was crushed in and the paint was gouged all the way to the metal. I showed the damage to the manager(?) and and was told that where they parked it was not covered by their security cameras and all they could do was say sorry and why dont you get a can of paint and paint it ( what kind of business talks to a customer that way ?!?)!Once I handed them my car keys, they assumed responsibility for my car. At the very least, it should not have been parked close to the road, out of range of their security cameras. Would they have been so careless with a Porsche or Mercedes? Their flippant attitude and total disregard for my vehicle makes me wonder, were they as irresponsible and careless with the work they did? I wish I had passed this tire shop and went to the next one down the road. I felt belittled and disregarded.The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely would NOT recommend.

Left my slow leak tire there for a week, they were supposed to call when it was done. That never happened, I called and they said they would call me back, that didnt happen. I finally went to the store and then they didnt know anything about my tire, the girl at the window finally found a guy who said they put a valve stem in it, I hand told them when I left the tire that wasnt the problem, but they wanted $12.50 to fix it, and i paid it just to get my tire back and be away from them . NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!I will never go back.

They want take care of your vehicle while they our responsible for them they have them parked out of view of cameras so people can and will damage your car and tell you nothing we can do about it but say were sorry

Melissa and the rest of the staff at Crawford are always beyond helpful.when you have a fleet of vehicles, you know the time they are in a repair shop is time they arent on the road making you money. i know when i take our vehicles to Crawford they will be back on the road in no time with all problems taken care of the first time around.recently one of our trucks had an issue an hour away from their shop and they had a tech drive over to him and fix the issue in no time at all.when it came time to have some upgrades done on my personal vehicle i didnt think twice about having them do the work. the next week when i went to the dealership to get an oil change they tried discrediting the work Crawford had done and put a hefty bill in front of me.i emailed Melissa who told me to bring it in the next day so they could look at it and put any wrong-doing right, it was soon made clear the dealership was trying to pull a fast one.weve been going there for years and we know if we want the work done right, quickly, and at a fair price, Crawford Tire is the only option.

I’ve been in here a couple of times now, and I just want to let everyone know just how amazing these people are. Due to circumstances out of my personal control, I have had to bring two vehicles here for front end alignments and new front tires. On both occasions, I had no appointment. I just showed up early, kept it simple, exercised patience, and got a fantastic deal on professional service that every corporate dealer and service center should strive for with a price that I could actually afford. New tires and an alignment at a dealership, in my experience, is a whole day ordeal. It took these phenomenal people around an hour, including the test drive, and they had to come looking for me as I had wandered off. Love this place! I recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful shop. My driver had to stop and fix a tire with a nail. It was very quick service, $20.00 even for a SUV and they shined the tires. The customer service was amazing!!! Also a added bonus I had to use the restroom and was hesitant I might add. However I was surprised to find the restroom was clean! The only thing it lacked was paper towels and toilet seat covers.

Unbelievably honest. I came in to get a used replacement tire and he said he had a used one but he didnt feel comfortable selling me the ones he had especially seeing that i drive my kids around. He rather lose money and be honest and caring about a stranger, thats integrity. I will go back to buy new tires once my rims come in

Absolutely the best place to get tire and auto work done. The staff is helpful and courteous all while performing there job professionally. If they dont have the exact tire in stock that you are wanting then they will order it for you. Also, they never try to sell you anything that you dont need. There may be some other good places although they are no where near as good as Crawford Tire Service. I have been a customer for a number of years and will continue to be. First time customer here. I woke up this morning, let the dogs out, saw my truck tilted and found out the front passenger tire was flat. I didnt want to call AAA, so I started looking for a mobile tire repair service and Crawford Tire Service came up. They came right away and they were able to fix my flat tire. We do all of our tire business with Gary Crawford. He is honest and dependable.

If you go there, be prepared to receive a super rude treatment, especially from the owners daughter. A few months ago I bought a set of used rims and tires for my truck, i paid $900.00 and now is time to replace the tires. I went there and talked to one of the employees in front of the building in spanish saying the size of the tires and how many I need to replace on my truck than i ask his permission to look the tires options and price. He said go Ahead. I was still in the front of the build walking to check the tires, Than come the owners daughters yelling at Me to get out of the property without any reason, if not will call the police. i was treated like a domestic dog.I said to her i was a client for few years and was looking toReplace tires . She didn’t let me talk and said to leave the place. 🤷🏻‍♂️. I still didn’t understand her point. I ve 5 cars and a dump trailer . Total of 24 tires. I don’t think they really care losing one or a few customers. I am sure if i pull allMy statements from the bank I spent a few thousands of dollars there. From now on they not going to see a $ 0.00 penny from me. Be ware people. Better choose a professional business with a better customer service if you speeding your own money, you don’t deserve to be miss treated, receive a rude treatment, ignorant.

Great local company got a nail in my tire today Crawford Tire fixed it within 15 minutes for $20.

Great place fast service nice people

These people are so down to earth, quality work and always have your best interest in mind. While I was there I saw the owner talk a lady out of buying a tire because the one in her trunk could be fixed for cheaper. The lady said the other tire place told her she had to replace it with a new one. Just honest people who do an awesome job! They took care of my truck above expectations (minor work: rotate, alignment, fixed slow leak, changed oil).
