Good placed to buy used items for your child. They have many items from clothes to toys and everyday needs. Only negative is there sales process, they will go through your clothes and select what they can resell or not, some of the items they rejected I felt were good considering some of the items they sell for 12 dollars that look like it should be 3 but to each is own and besides that one thing I do come back for there sales.
Place is a rip off for sellers. Brought it 76 pieces of clothes and the only paid me a $1.20 per item. everything was brand new with tags from Sams Club I even gave them licensed Star wars, Spider-Man, Minecraft, Mario shirts, Thanksgiving dresses. Lots of nice, 2021, new never worn all with tags and stickers. I know theyre going to at least triple their money just doesnt seem like a good ethics for business you want to make sure your sellers are happy so they can continue to bring you new, good, name brand products at least youre good sellers. This is the third time they done this to me. When I see dresses on the racks going for $15, shorts going for $8 and shirts going for $7 but they can only give me a $1.20 for brand new probably the best stuff they have in the whole store comes from me
I really love this place. The manager Maria keeps the staff super helpful and the actual clothes are impeccable. Loads of up to date toys. I always find really good stuff.
This location is hands down one of my favorites. Its not on my side of town as I live close to the airport but when I visit the area I always make a stop. Great selections, organization and staff. I wish this place was around when my daughter was growing up. Now I shop for the grandkids.😁

The staff are friendly and the prices are usually at a significant discount from brand new. Items are well organized and in good condition.
I do think the prices are a bit high at times but they have great sales and clearance and the employees are very friendly! It’s also much cleaner and better organized than similar stores I have been in.

I love this store. Ive bought the majority of my toddler sons clothes here and some toys too. The clothes are cheap, clean, and brand names like Carters, Old Navy, Childrens Place, etc. Ive also sold a bunch of clothes and old toys so its great to get a little extra money

Love this place! Ive been shopping here for about a year with great experiences every time. They have a great selection of current styles at the best prices. Ive just sold there for the first time and love them even more now! They were done with my items in about half the projected time. I was surprised with how much they kept (most everything) and even more surprised with how much they paid (I got about 50% more than I was hoping for). Its a great place and I always leave looking forward to my next visit.

Wonderful idea. Customer service wasnt incredibly friendly, but...... what can you do?🤷🏽♀️ Cute items in there. Didnt find what I was looking for, but it was pretty stocked with most things for babies/toddlers. Ended up finding my item on Marketplace. 😊

Ordered a spring essential box for my toddler, and a baby box for baby coming mid July. I was impressed with the great care in picking the toddler and baby clothes based on my list of preferred clothes style and colors. I love all the styles and colors they picked out for my kids. Thank you! I hope that the seasonal essential boxes will be a permanent addition to the great service that Ocoee Once Upon A Child provides.
This is a large re-sale store for kids clothing. They are always buying, but I do reccomend checking their website or calling to verify what they are looking for. This establishment is much better then they have been in the past. They have a great group of employees in there now. The store is always picked up and clean. The clothing, for the most part, is organized.
Great Selection, pretty organize considering the amount of merchandise they have. their prices are what they are however the buyback value is a little less than I would prefer. The staff is really nice and helpful and you can also hold items via phone call until 8 p.m. that same day. I was very happy to be able to visit the store. I would definitely recommend others do the same!

This store is a joke. I brought 4 Large boxes of barely used name brand clothes. Called before hand to make sure they were in need so I didnt waste my time. They were cleaned before hand they tried to say the clothes had an odor but they were in brand new diaper boxes. Im talking 100s of pieces, I have twin boys, matching sets. Gap, Carters, old navy, plus 4moms swing. They offered $12.Please dont get robbed by this store. Im taking these things to a shelter myself because I feel like they would keep the items and resale at a zero cost.
One of my friends loves going to this store, and often takes me with her. She likes that she can get gently used items for her growing kids and part with items theyve outgrown. Sounds like a win-win to me.

I sold my son’s crib which converts into a toddler than full- size bed. They gave me a reasonable price for the bed though not near what I paid for it but still reasonable. I especially appreciated the kindness and consideration when I brought in the bed to set it up. Sometimes these items can be precious/ sentimental to us. Their kind words were so appreciated.
This store is way more organized and clean then the other Once upon a child store on East Colonial. This store is also bigger, so you have much more to choose from. Ive also recently sold some unused items to this location, I felt like I got a pretty good offer. Which I must say Im very happy about. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to save money but also wanting to make some money. Staff is also very friendly and nice. They definitely put their customers needs, a #1 priority.
I was impressed right away. You know your in a good store when you don’t have to ask for help, instead they come to you and ask if they can help. Well here we are. As a male who hasn’t a clue what to buy a baby Maria and Natalie were there to save the day. Can’t say I’m used to that kinda great service 🤩🤩😊😊
Love getting items here for my 3 boys. Always a great deal. Wish they had more $1 dollar sales but other than that they usually have 15-50% off sales throughout the year.

Love this location. I’m from Virginia and I was surprised at the selection of items to choose from. Considering Florida’s weather I would imagine that they would have more warm weather clothes but I found a lot of sweaters and fleece sleeper. Only thing was the lack of onesies for boys (girls options are plenty) especially in the 3-6 months and 6-9 months size range but I guess that’s not uncommon.
I love this store! So many excellent finds and everything is virtually in like new condition! I love buying my twin 9-month old babies clothes from here! Its hard to go anywhere else and pay full price after discovering this store. The selection is great, the prices are right, the store is clean and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend it to all of my friends.
This place is always clean which is nice. The staff is average, not overly nice but not mean either. I come to this branch all the time to buy and sell. My only complaint is that you never know what they won’t be accepting, so something I bought three months ago and now have no use for, they didn’t take back which I think is strange. It’s a 9 month size outfit. How could it be “worn”? But seriously tho, other than that I have no complaints.
Nice place to come in and trade in your gently used baby items. However it can take a while for them to sort it. Also its cramped for shopping especially if you have a large stroller. Some toy tables that I wanted for my daughter were covered in dust and it quickly made me lose interest in the item. I wish they could dust some of their forgotten items up top.

I Love this store!! Every time I visit the staff is helpful and courteous. This is the one store my kids dont mind going to. They have a play area for little ones to stay busy while you shop. They have top quality clothes at a great price! For a family with four kids this is the best place to shop that fits our budget. Not to mention cheap toys!! I will continue to shop here till my kids have outgrown the store.
I brought $350 worth of products to the store. I took my time checking online for used similar products and their cost. After calculating everything, taking at least $15 off of everything, it came down to $350, one item alone was $165 used retail. I was offered $55 for everything after waiting three hours. You make the math. Neirher my immediate family nor my extended family will be coming back for sure.Update: To reply to owners comment below:I truly appreciate you reaching back but my original comment still stand. I was never explained the formula nor did any employee take the time to fully explain about it. She just said you will get a percentage from what you sell to us. Since I never received the text promised, it was too late for me to take the items back.(not the companys fault) Being educated at the time I became aware that I was not going to get much cash back, thats ok, others can receive the blessing, but $55 of $350 worth of, excellent, practically new items is not even on the 19%. Thanks again no need to contact anyone.
I found very lightly used (if even used) kids Nike cleats for $10. The Nike outlet had similar style for $75 to $95.

I must say that I am highly disappointed with this place. The staff is exceptionally rude! Dropped clothes off yesterday and took nearly 4 hours to process a buy and I love 45 minutes away. So I had to come today to pick up. I brought in a lot of items and everything was in tip top shape ( clothes and toys). However, I was surprised to come in to be offered less than $20. Only to find out that they had left a TON of items that they said pass on. And I mean 85% of the things that I brought in were coming back home with me! They passed on all of those nice things I brought in, a lot of disney branded stuff worn maybe once! Upon browsing the store, another lady pointed out the prices on some of the clothes and asked me if this is really what they are asking for it? She said they are overcharging and you can find better clothes at goodwill for $1.50.. I’ll agree, they are charging a lot for used clothes! Beyond being irritated with all of this, I offered my items for donation to someone in need. This is what I usually do, without any problems. I was told by the staff that they had no room for donations. How can you have no room for donations? I’m sure there’s somewhere you can store them. So in return I had to haul my huge kid to my car, along with the items I bought and the items they didn’t want. Such a disaster and inconvenience. No one even offered to help. I won’t be back that is for certain. Do not recommend this store.
I freaking loveee this store.. kids are constantly growing out of there clothes on a daily basis- I know my child is- this store literally has just about everything. I get majority of my sons clothes from here!! Just be prepared to spend some time looking :)
Neatest, well organized baby store. You can pretty much find all that you need for your little ones. From accessories, clothing and baby furniture. Clothing has always been clean and in almost if not new with tags condition. Absolutely love this store.
I can always find something in this store that I like. But the only thing I have a problem with is the play area for kids. I put my nephew there and he couldnt even reach the huge connect four that was placed there also it was sticky when I touched it.So it would be nice to see more toys in the kids play area and would be great to have some for small kids as well. Also the play area should be clean since kids are there and easy to catch something that can make them sick.
This place is just great! So many deals ama options for parents who want to save on things the kids may use for just a few months before growing out of them. We often pick up larger ticket items for a fraction of the cost. Weve gotten a slide, two-kid pull behind bike trailer, lots of educational toys and some other things. We always leave with a trunk full. Its so worth the trip, we stop through from Tallahasse on our way down to South Florida. Cant beat the prices!
Customer service is horrible I drop my stuff off there to be sold didn’t receive a phone call to pick up my stuff then when I called the girl said come in the morning. Then when I got there she seem upset to close out the sale this location needs better customer service. Will not be returning to sell or buy. The location in Altamonte is the best very friendly and clean.
They got everything here only thing is dont try to sell anything unless its like super clean and nearly new, I tried and they only took the fancy looking stuff very selective
Best consignment shop here in Orlando! This store is the biggest of them all and offers amazing brands at great prices! I always find more upscale items at this location and the people that work here are really friendly and always helpful! Definitely worth checking it out even if it is a bit of a drive for you.
There is another OUAC closer to my home, but I drive a little further just for this particular store. I have bought and sold at this location several times and have always had a really great experience. The staff has always been very friendly, professional, quick, and kind during my interactions with them. They normally take about half of my items, which I have come to expect as normal. They have explained to me that a lot of the time, their purchases are based on what they have room and need for in their store, which makes perfect sense to me. I have found their selection of clothing to be in great condition and fairly priced (maybe just a bit high for the lower end items, such as t-shirts, but you can always find those cheaper in the clearance items!). All in all, my experience here has always been positive!

I took in two full containers of clothing to this location. All of the clothing in the containers had been washed and folded. Some of the clothing was normal stores like Old Navy and gap but some of the clothing was from higher end childrens clothing stores. After making me wait for 45 minutes, they finally put my name on the board that they were done looking through the clothes. When I came to the cash register to claim my ticket, they told me they could not accept any of the clothing that I had brought in because of pet hair and pet odor. None of my clothes smelled like pets! I do have a dog so there may have been a dog hair or two on the clothes are in the container. However, nowhere does it say on their doors or their website that they cannot take clothing that comes from homes that have pets. They said they could not take the clothing due to allergies from their customers. Then, in a very snotty tone, they told me that they also could only take clothing that had been freshly laundered. I will not be going back to this location nor will I be selling my clothes to Once Upon a Child anymore.
They have a great selection and great prices too. So far Ive only bought stuff not sold it but plan on taking some of my sons old stuff up there to see how much I can get for it soon!
They have a variety of clothing selection for my daughter. Im able to bring in gently used clothing and toys to be sold at the store. Not to mention the customer service is extremely outstanding that I have seen in a long long time. They make sure that you find everything that youre looking for and they do their best to have the selections that you want

Excellent experience, Excellent staff------and even if you do not consider the client base for Once Upon A Child --(which of course would be kids, and Moms on a hectic schedule WITH kids) the store is clean, neat, organized and with staff in adequate number. With competition in the present economy for employment--it is amazing how easy it is to still receive poor service, and retail factions that act as if THEY are doing YOU a favor-------this store is a refreshing change. With partner store Platos Closet--these locations are an example of savvy business in which a niche was found----and the finder is working it---while keeping a buying/selling public happy. Great business model--Great job !! Congrats----and Cheers to your future success!
Well this store has more stuff than others ouac that Ive been. Their prices sometimes are cheap, sometimes fair and sometimes crazy. Just depends on what u are looking for. This is a big storetherefore you can find variety. They always have discounts and I love the text messages notifications about deals and discounts.
Great selection and prices especially during a sale. We have been shopping at this location since before they grew in size. The staff is helpful; however, the changing rooms are claustrophobically small. The store can get to be a bit hectic so I would recommend setting aside enough time. While there everyday pricing has increased we find that shopping their sales works well for us.

I’ve been to almost every OUAC in the greater Orlando area, and this one is my favorite. Not only do the staff do a wonderful job to make sure your items are sorted through quickly, they offer a fair price for them. I made the mistake of going to the Altamonte location once. I love how big the store is, the cleanliness of the clothes, and the welcoming staff. My favorite thing is they tend to always have smocked items available. They are higher end items, and I love how they separated them to one section by the shoes. The toy selection is awesome too. I feel like every toy is sanitized properly before being shelved. Can’t wait to get back in there tomorrow.

Staff is pretty helpful. Changing room is small, and bathroom diaper trash needs to be taken out in a timely fashion. Went in their yesterday along with other scattered visits and the bathroom reaked. Other than that good sales. (i usually only shop the clearance days) and a pretty clean store.

Great option probably most so on toys...I think you will probably get more for your gently used items on Facebook buy and sell pages but overall shopping here can save you money on decent brands. For general brands you I would still recommend brand new items at sales and clearances at leading shops because many times you may spend the same amount of money for the used clothes unless they are having their dollar sale.
I never disappointed when I go there, staff are really friendly, prices are reasonable and merchandise in great condition, even a play area for kids where they can share with other kids.
Ive been to every once upon a child from here to tampa and this one is by far my favorite! It is clean, well organized and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I drive from lakeland just to shop here! And the manager is super awesome

This was my first time buying/selling at one of these type of stores so I was unsure of what to expect. First Ill start off with what is good about the store.Huge selection of clothes. They seriously rival major department stores in this category.Pretty efficient system for going through and pricing the clothes, it only took about 45 mins from the time I got there, until my items were appraised.Now on to the negatives.First, I spent my entire wait just looking around the store at prices from everything from toys to shoes and clothes. Not one thing was priced cheaper than you can get it from brand new in any retail store. They are selling Childrens place and Old Navy clothes for the exact same price as the stores sell them for brand new. You are better off buying your kid brand new clothes in almost all the cases I saw.Next, the appraisal software does not take brand names into account. Childrens place jeans are just as valuable as Ralph Lauren, that is a huge problem. Hurley shirts are just as much as Old Navy etc. Not good.In summary if you want to get rid of some old clothes for pennies on the dollar vs. donating them, this would be ok, but if you are looking to shop, you are much better served buying your kids new clothes at identical prices.
They always have sales join there rewards program to save on already cheap prices. They resale everything baby needs..baby beds, highchairs, bouncers, clothes, shoes, toys etc. Great place to shop for little ones; everything is in great condition here!
