In addition to regular boating parts, hard to find and custom parts, boat outfitters cannot be beat. Owned by Teak Isle they were able to find specific parts that needing to be replaced on my 2014 Everglades. Teak Isle actually custom fabricated a lot of parts for different manufacturers so they have access to a lot of detailed plans and parts.Putting that aside I also needed a custom ladder and Boat Outfitters went the extra mile to order it, verify the part number, size, etc; before placing the order. This wasn’t something they usually do, but they did order it since they knew it was a hard part to get and it required a certified dealer.Thank you Boat Outfitters!

I placed an order, it was shipped promptly, after a week I had not received it. From past order experience it usually only takes a day or two to receive. After tracking the shipment it appeared the famous shipping company was having trouble getting it to me (lost I believe). I reached out to Customer Service and Chris immediately made it his mission to get this resolved. After a few days of back and forth with the shipping company and no success he reshipped my order and I received it in 2 days. Now thats what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently needed a deck hatch for my boat and contacted several marine places to see if they had one I already built that I could use. The hatch I required was not available anywhere so I asked the Boat Outfitters Service Department if they could build me one. I worked with Theo Dudley and under his direction I was able to provide enough close details and measurements of the hatch so their engineers could duplicate it. When I received the hatch I was extremely pleased that they had created a hatch that not only was a perfect fit but also much stronger that the original one. Thank you for a job well done.

Outstanding product quality. I had a custom storage storage system made for Plano waterproof boxes and couldnt be happier. These folks set a very high bar for customer service! And i am in the customer service business. Not sure Ive ever seen better on the internet, and especially from other boating supply sites. I have made several orders from Boat Outfitters this summer, all of which were unique, hard to find boating items, all of which arrived very promptly, after an easy ordering experience. Today, I had a minor issue with a discount code not working (always frustrating), so I shot off an email through their contact us link, expecting to wait days for a response, if I ever got one. Since the discount was only $5 and I didnt want to wait for a response, I preceded to check out without it. I always like to write a good review when someone goes out of their way to help because its hard to find that kind of service these days. I had a kind of off the wall project for my boat so I called Boat Outfitters to order something I thought would work. Theodore was my service guy, when I explained my project to him, he quickly changed my mind due to the design of the part I was going to order. I then sent him a picture of what I was going for and he literally said that looks like something we made. He emailed me the engineer plans shortly after and I was able to confirm it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Had a custom door made for my boat and it turned out great. Fits like a glove and the commutation back and fourth of delivery notices and build times were fantastic.

I had a set of flip out storage drawers made to replace the cockpit under gunnal rod holders. You can never have enough storage. I got in touch with Boat Outfitters and worked with Theo. He was helpful and informative from the start. He walked me through every step. There were no secrets or surprises. The entire process was simple (except for a lot of measuring and checking) and fairly quick. My boxes arrived in perfect shape, packaged for the abuse the packing box showed. Installation was simple, and they look great! Looking forward to years of use.

Their return policy is a Huge lie!! ! They say “ hassle free” return policy!, BUT we have to wait for an RMA?? Really?? This is one dishonest company!!

My husband used this company to build his custom built in tackle. Very professional company. Kept him updated on progress. Even better is the quality of the product. He could of spent $500 but I went for the high end latches and drawer slides as well as more dividers than normal. Great job Mike!

Boat Outfitters work with me on designing a custom anchor locker door. They listen to my needs drew up a design for approval... Wow! What they actually produced was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future for another project.

I ordered $7K worth of tackle boxes and varoius Starboard board supplies to outfit my new 29 open pilot house extended top C hawk with a huge 10 4 beam. I am installing a new professional looking interior suitible for this fishing machine. Its a rare modestly priced boat compared to a Parker or Steiger Craft. It took me a while to figure out what I neeeded and the guys, especially Theo at Boat Outitters were fanatstic. They worked with me closely through various iterations of design with no pressue to buy. In the end my tackle boxes came out beautiful and are a custom fit for my boat. The workmaship is second to none. I went with the high end hinges (after trying cheaper ones from others which failed big time) that support 1800 lbs to support my jumpseats. These hinges are really nice, no sharp edges and smooth operating with a touch of a finger. They are not cheap but they are the BEST! I cant be happier. Now if I could ony get my twin 300 Yamahas that I ordered last August life would be perfect! I guess Ill see ya out there in 2022. I hope!

I ordered some parts from boatoutfitters and realized that I needed a couple more smaller items which I thought it came with the order.I called the number on the website and was directed to a gentleman name Theo who understood very well where I was coming from and how one could be mislead from the listing discription.He helped me order the smaller items I had missed on my original purchase and proceeded to upgrade the shipment to overnight and discounted the new parts as a gesture of appology.I cant speak for the durabiity of the items as I have yet to install them in the boat (they look and feel like they are built better than the original stuff on my boat) but the customer service is superB.Thank you for your help and providing great service to the boating community.

These guys took my idea and turned it into reality. I was looking for a hatch and lid kit for a kayak but I didnt want to order the standard round hatch on Amazon. I wanted it rectangular with very specific margins, in order to fit in a very specific area and all of my research lead me to figure out that it needed to be custom made. Reach out and after getting the technical details completed, it came in a few days. The Hatch is perfect!! It easily exceeds my expectations and as someone who is really particular about things looking like they belong there. Boat Outfitters is my go to now for custom made parts for all my vessels, both kayaks and boats.

We did an upgrade on our trawler panel with some new electronics. Working with Boat Outfitters was a very easy process especially doing it all through email and pictures. In my case, I created a template, worked with them on the layout and what I received was a perfect fit.We were pressed for time as we were leaving the country and Boat Outfitters jumped through hoops to get me this panel. Purchased item from them on 12/26/20, they did not ship the item until 1/6/20.They charged me $15 for shipping on an $18 purchase and then shipped via US postal service, the SLOWEST way to ship after waiting 10 days to put in the mail.Advertised item arriving in 3-5 business days.... total false advertisement.Much better options out there.Go somewhere else if you want your item shipped to you in a timely manner.

We removed the defunct ice maker from the helm of our Carver 444. This opened up excellent storage space. But I needed a door and wanted it to match the other door in the helm. I worked with Michael via email sending pics of the area. I sent measurements and after double and triple checking (my fault not theirs 🤦🏼‍♀️) we had a plan. They executed the plan perfectly and now I have storage in my helm and a door that’s a perfect match. I’m very pleased with their service and the quality of the end product. In what universe do you order boat parts from Florida, and 5 days later, they arrive in Ontario Canada??? Well, in MY universe, thats what happened! We needed tracks and trucks for the sliding door on our 1988 Regal Commodore 28 and were unsure which pieces we needed. Our rep at Boat Outfitters, Michael McKeen, replied to our questions in less than a day, and in 2 short emails, with Michaels help, we determined what parts we needed.I was hoping theyd arrive before the end of the year, but to have arrived in 5 days is unbelievable. Ordered 5 protective panels for our office desks. I paid for expedited shipping and they arrived in the appropriate time frame. Packaging was very good but one came cracked. One email to them and a replacement was on the way, no questions asked. Superior customer service from Jared and quality product. Would absolutely buy from them again, highly recommended.

Michael was a great sales person to work with. He responded very quickly to my questions concerning a custom fish cleaning station. Overall, the quality of the product was excellent. We will have to make some minor adjustments to prevent theft of an upper shelf and increase the size of drain holes in the lower shelf. Because the unit was oversized, a few additional screws to hold the lip of the shelf will be necessary. These are only minor adjustments.

Ordered a leaning post tackle storage unit. It was delivered within a week, fit perfectly and was built very nice. It had small damage on one corner. I sent a picture of damages to boat offitters. Within 1 day i was offered a new unit or a discount. Great company with great customer service.

I am extremely happy with my experience working with Boat Outfitters and specifically with Michael McKeen. Communication with him was excellent, we started off trying to make the electronics storage box work for my helm but due to space restrictions it just wouldn’t work. We pivoted to having a custom acrylic panel made and after I sent my layout we worked together to finalize it. Once I approved the design it was cut that day and I received it a few days later. This place is terrible and untrustworthy and the materials are made in other countries then assembled here so all the metal hardware is junk! Worst experience ever. Don’t buy these parts from them get from someone else the are a middle man with middle man pricing!

I ordered a custom 3 drawer unit. I provided a simple sketch with dimension of what I was looking for and within a few days after placing an order I received a CAD drawing to approve. Within 2 weeks they had FedEx shipped me the unit. The shipping packaging was amazing and the unit arrived without a scratch! The quality, workmanship and service was excellent.

Over the weekend, working hard on a taqcklebox project, I had a problem with a part. I dont know for sure if it was my problem or a defective part, all I knew is the I needed a replacement pronto. I sent an e-mail on Sunday night. About 0300 Monday morning I got a reply - not a request to talk it through, but notice that my request for a pronto replacement was already handled and I will have my part, from the opposite corner of the country, tomorrow. When I bought my boat it was missing the table. I worked with Mike from Boat Outfitters to not only get a table made but to have it made to the same dimensions as the table that came with the boat. I explained to him that I wanted to use the table inside the boat and on deck so he was able to help advise on the best material to serve that purpose. The initial starboard filet table arrived damaged as it appears it was dropped on its side during shipment and the sideboard could not support that amount of weight and it pulled through most of the mounting screws. Thats the bad news. The good news is, I called Boat Outfitters the next morning (Friday) and they had a replacement table shipped out immediately and it arrived Saturday. I put the table together and it is exactly as advertised; great quality table. With their excellent customer service I would definitely order from Boat Outfitters again!

My family was partner to a boat building business 30 years ago. As fate may have it, I found one of the last boats that we built for sale only 7 miles from my home. Needless to say, I bought it and the restoration/refit project began. The suppliers market has changed considerably since the days that we were building boats. The process to having components custom made to fit my boat could not be easier. The staff walked me right through the process and before I knew it, my items were in my possession waiting for me to install them. This project has certainly been a labor of love and I’m most grateful that I was able to find someone who could provide me with the custom items that I wanted.

Hands down the best customer service you could ask for. Needed a custom dash panel for the boat and needed it quickly. Andrew worked with me every step of the way to make that happen on time. Couldnt be happier with Boat Outfitters.

A VERY reputable and customer friendly company. I had ordered the wrong thing and my entire interaction with Customer Service Rep - Michael McKeen was better than any customer service interaction Ive had in ages. He seems to be one of the last who understands the needs of a customer and how to rectify dilemmas. Their products are clearly what is advertised, as well. A TOP OF THE LINE COMPANY - through and through!!

Excellent Service!

Replaced an older chart plotter with a new multi function display with differing dimensions. Andrew helped me through the process of getting the right plastic sheet for the retrofit. Outside and inside cuts were exactly as needed, which made the project go very smoothly. Andrew even followed-up to make sure everything was as expected.

Just wanted to leave a quick review of my experience with ANDREW !He was amazing and the replacement tiara door was unreal ! The quality of workmanship was Awsome as well as attention to detail with every single screw included .. thanks to everyone including the amazing packaging department... we will be doing business soon have another customers intrepid that just arrived .

These guys are great. They made me some custom mounting brackets for a new instrument install. The price was fair, the parts were exactly to spec, and the end result looks great. To top it off, they shipped faster than their original estimate. I would definitely buy from them again!
