I ordered a arrangement to be delivered to my daughter. I spoke with Kadasha- who was very nice and professional. I asked for same day delivery and she said they could do it. My daughter received the arrangement on time, and said it was just as nice as one I had ordered for her when they lived in Stuart. So I think the store is doing better now! Glad I have them my business!
Absolutely the WORST Edible Arrangements I have EVER dealt with. We ordered a box for my mother-in-law for her birthday and paid for it to be delivered same day. We received a phone call at 3:30 telling us they needed the gate code in order to deliver it. They gave us the STORE number which was already closed for half an hour when they called. We tried to call the driver back on her cell phone and she refused to answer. We had to call customer service to get the driver on the line. She was given the gate code and instead of delivering the box, she left a note on the door saying she tried to deliver it even though my in-laws were home! She never knocked or rang the doorbell! My mother-in-law called today to ask about it and they told her that SHE needed to come to the store to pick it up! I will be calling corporate to let them know how HORRIBLE this store is. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It is a waste of time and money!!!
Horrible experience. Delivery was not made on the day it was supposed to be, or the day after. A week and a half later, we still have not gotten a refund for our order that was not delivered. What a SCAM! We have had to get Edible corporate involved because the manager at this store apparently has to approve a refund .. but the manager never returns our calls or responds. We are escalating higher to reach a resolution. BEWARE.
As a first time Edible Arrangements customer, and after hearing good things about the company in general, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered the day after Valentines day as a gift. It was the baseball-themed arrangement. I was mortified at what had arrived for the amount I had paid and since this was a gift. It looked like someone had spent all of 5 minutes putting together the arrangement and the baseball-decorated apple was indistinguishable from an actual baseball.VERY poor quality work. For the amount of money that customers are paying, the quality has MUCH to be desired. Looking at this locations reviews, I really wish I would have read the review page before deciding to order...never again.
I purchased an order for my mothers birthday, 4 days prior. They promise same day delivery, meaning they had ample time to deliver. After my mother not receiving her arrangement, we called and they said they would deliver the following day, the day after the order was supposed to be delivered. Once again, it was not and they did not have the courtesy to give us a follow up call. Alternate delivery options were given. I live out of state and I paid almost 100$ for the birthday package to make sure my mother got some love on her birthday. It seems all they care about is your money and once they get it, there isnt much concern for the product which is sad because the product is meant entirely to show someone how much you care
Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered something for my boyfriends landlords as a thank you and surprise. My boyfriend was the only one home so he was waiting for it to be delivered.The driver stated he rang the door bell and no one answered. He was the only one and each time the bell rings or someone knocks the dogs bark like crazy and that never happened. He drove away and claim that he came back again and knocked but nothing. They werent going to deliver it until tomorrow and I needed it there that day as they were coming home from vacation that evening and wanted it as a surprise. It didnt get delivered until a couple days later even though they said the next day.After contacting Edible Arrangements numerous times, they said they couldnt give me any kind of refund when they didnt deliver it the day I had it planned to be delivered!I then emailed corporate and they wouldnt even email me anything! Horrible experience and will never purchase from any Edible Arrangements again!
Ordered a gift a couple weeks ago for my mom and never got delivered. After multiple phone calls that didn’t get answered and emails that never got a response My mom stopped by on her way home to inquire about it and they told her it would get delivered that day. Two days had passed since the delivery date already plus her worked closed early on Friday’s. My mom ended up asking for the gift herself and the lady behind the desk found it right away in the back after giving some rude attitude. I even attempted to contact customer service for the company and didn’t get any response from them either. I do not recommend this store or the company for busy in the future. Waste of time and money.
Didnt receive what I ordered didnt include 1/3 of what is displayed in the picture not can included as a base, I paid for extra things such as balloons, Number 40 in pineapple and extra dipped pineapples...nothing showed up except a sloppy extra small arrangements of poor quality fruit. I called the driver right away and she said to send her a picture for proof to see what want delivered; I said you just delivered it and it didnt include what was on the receipt and then she was just plain stupid. Save your money folks this place is a scam and they will tell you your wrong....they also sent the extra small when I paid for a large.....
I was very upset with this delivery. I placed the order the day before to ensure everything would be done with ample time. My order had a bouquet of balloons included. After the delivery was made, I asked the receiver about the balloons and they didt get them. I called the location to advise them they forgot the balloons. They were unapologetic and asked if I wanted a refund or for them to go back. I requested they please delivery the balloons per my original order. After 3 hours of waiting and still no delivery of balloons I called again to get status. I was advised, again unapologetically, that they ran out of balloons!!! I was asked if I wanted a refund for the balloons, which OF COURSE I did!! I wasnt even offered an alternative or given any type of curtesy! If I hadnt called them AGAIN I would have never been informed of the situation and they would have kept my money. This was not the customer service I am used to getting from this company! They could have done better and should have provided some sort of customer service. I am very disappointed with this location. This company is not inexpensive and I expect their staff at all locations to treat their customers with the upmost customer service!
Horrible!!! I ordered for Valentine’s Day with same day shipping ($19.99). My order NEVER came and when I called, the gentleman I spoke with was very rude. He never told me I’d be refunded but simply said, “SORRY” and hung up the phone. This store also never updated the tracking or called me to let me know my order would not make it in time. Do not order from this location!!
One of the worse customer service establishments I’ve ever encountered. The manager and driver are both incompetent and lack integrity. I chose to use the Ocoee branch because it was available but quickly learned I should have used the Apopka location. Not worth the headache or money.
My sister and I, residing in Houston TX, placed an online delivery order for the Delicious Lemon Daisy for our 81yoa grandmother, residing in Orlando, FL. We placed the order on Friday evening and set the delivery for Saturday. It was delivered Saturday afternoon--FANASTIC. Moreover, my grandmother said they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It really made her day--she was very happy. SN: Granny didnt understand that you could eat the flowers. Our mom visited shortly after the delivery and told her what they really were, so they tasted the fruit. Mom and granny confirmed that the fruits were delicious and fresh. Granny said her banana was delicious, mom said it was actually the cantolpe dipped in lemon candy……🤣😂 Thank you Edible Arrangements -Ocoee for brightening our grandmothers day and the laughs!!!! ( No pics for obvious reasons)
This store is horrible. I placed my order to be delivered the next day, and when I attempted to contact them all day I got no answer. I later contacted another store to see if they were all like that and they picked up on the first ring. I was referred by them to the call center and was given the information that I needed. After that I called the store back and spoke with a female named Tadaja, she was just as Ghetto,rude and disrespectful as her name sounds. At the end of all this I still didnt get all of stuff I ordered.
The arrangements are always done very nicely.
From thr moment the phone was answered the woman murdered and I kept telling her I couldnt hear her. She had no customer service skills whatsoever and sounded very annoyed that I was bothering her by calling to make a purchase. She was very unhelpful with choices, borderline hostile and not forthcoming with any helpful ideas. After making up my mind it took her 10 minutes to take my info and the recipients info and then tells me there are no birthday chocolate pops left in the store for the birthday arrangement ! SERIOUSLY ??! The phone went dead and I gave her the benefit of the doubt but when it happened a second time I realized I had been hung up on. I called back 3 times only to realize that she wouldnt answer the phone. I ended up calling another store to place an order. I can promise you that I will never use Edible Arrangements again because they dont deserve my $80 business until they can train people properly on how to be at least decent to customers. MANAGER: HEED THIS ! THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE ! Its really sad because receiving a fruit arrangement is a delightful experience.
Schedule on door and online stayed that it was open until 5p on Saturdays. Arrived at 4:30p and it was closed. Update the schedule or stick to it.
Worst experience. Only half of my order was delivered when i called to speak to the manager he indicated i was lying because he was prepared it himself. I asked for him to come and ppick up the order so he can see it and he said no. I will mpw have to go the store and bring it to hin go proof it.

Never delivered and never called. Went to store to try and pick up and was asked to leave as the store was closing and they could not help. No one ever called and had to dispute charge to get a refund. 20th anniversary gift a bust.
I have used them a few times but keep getting disappointed. Orderd are never ready on time, deliveried often late, etc. Would not recommended using this location.
