This Starbucks is the best I’ve ever been!! The employees are amazing 😍

Been there 3 or 4 times bc I work nearby, but I rather drive the distance to get BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER PRODUCT! They gave me a frozen damn sandwich once, my ice coffee everytime has always been extremely bitter with them! Today was the last straw, I got a “hot chocolate” and it was luke warm and taste like WATER! My butter croissant was cold! And I’m so OVER IT

Nothing better than a frozen breakfast sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous.

It was a nice experience the barista/cashier was really sweet didnt catch her name. She ask us how our day was going. Great customer service.

Fast, friendly service. I came in to get a java chip frapachino, which is not something I do very often. The baresta was very friendly and took my order very quickly. I took a seat and before I could begin reading Google news - my drink was ready! Really well-run store!

Disappointed in this location. I ordered a basic Carmel Frappe, the girl at the window advised me that she accidentally put apple drizzle instead of caramel, asked me if i was okay with apple I told her no. Instead of making a new frappe she just took the apple drizzle off the top and put Carmel drizzle, so my frappe STILL has apple drizzle it’s disgusting.

I was trying to hold off a review for a while. I always stop by this Starbucks for coffee since its on my way to work, but now I rather drive a further more than stop here. Today is the 3rd time in a 2 week period that they mess up my coffee. I always order White Mocha and my coffee has no WM. Really? 3 times now this is crazy. I never say no whip cream and they dont put it. I say no foam they add tons of foam!! READ!!!!!! Before making it how ever you want and not how the customer wants it.

ITS STARBUCKS! The only variable is the staff...I give 5 Stars for the smiles and friendly service. PS - This is a fairly new location in which I favor the venue space and decor.

I love the cold coffee here but today I give it a 0 they did not have the promotional flavor that is strawberry fúnel They did not have any cold tea available They did not have coconut milk the cake pop They did not give me the one I asked for, definitely a total fail

Not my normal store but went because I was close. Really wish I had not. Placed my order at the drive through and was told I was placing/ordering it incorrectly, that what I was asking for was completely different. Now mind you, I order the same thing at least once a day, so Im pretty sure I know what Im ordering. The girl proceeded to tell me Im wrong. Another girl, more soft spoken, tried to intervene, and was also telling me I was wrong and rang me up for what I was told was what I was ordering. When I got to the window, I asked Kyle(the only persons name I was able to get), what was I rang up for. This guy, and the fact that the wait wasnt horrible, are the only reasons the star rating is what it is. He described the drink that they rang me for and it was indeed incorrect to what I was knowingly ordering. He charged me for what I was trying to get and handed me what they made. Now, I know I could have had them remake it, but enough was enough, the line was ridiculous and I really didnt want any more of a showing. Needless to say, not my favorite location, or my favorite experience.

Sometimes the drive through is very long. Going in is quicker. But great staff your normal Starbucks 👍🏻

Its a nice location and its spacious. Has plenty of outdoor seating.

I walked in this Starbucks right behind another customer. The customer in front of me got a very warm greeting and was asked what she wanted to order. When I walked up right after her all I got was a stare. No greeting, No what can I get for you?... I didnt know if the person behind the counter was ready for me to just tell them what I wanted to order or what. So after a moment of silence I proceeded to order. The person who ordered behind me got the same greeting as the person in front of me. I dont want to be judgemental so Im going to say this has to be a training issue. Horrible customer service!!!

Only got half of the coffee I ordered this morning. Ordered a venti and the cup was barely even half way full. Dont waste your money here as you will be shorted and the store doesnt seem to care. Best of luck for anyone trying this pathetic location.

Two days ago I ordered food using my Starbucks card because I wanted to earn more stars during a promotion. Because of an innocent misunderstanding, I was charged partially on my card, and partially USING my stars. This meant that I lost stars instead of earning them. I called when I noticed 10 minutes later. The gentleman on the phone ACTIVELY worked to fix the mistake so that my experience was a positive one. I really appreciated his commitment to fix the situation instead of brushing it off. Everything was fixed! I wish I knew the team names so I could praise them here. This location has always been reliable, friendly, and well run! Im lucky that this team works in my neighborhood.

Theyre out of all the syrups. Tried to say everybody else is. Not true.

Second time coming to this location in the morning and the staff is always super nice! My order is always made to my liking.

Almond flat white is to die for! Highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it. There is always a line so I advise you order ahead! Make sure to tip the baristas sure work hard to get our drinks out as quickly as possible!

Hours not correct on google and other sites. Store has left sign out front that explains their different hours like (9 AM on SUN???). Of course that does not help someone who drove twenty minutes at 6 in the morning there because how the heck is anyone supposed to know? Update your damn hours online.

Erica is awesome! My coffee was made wrong twice in a row by another server and when I had asked to get the flavor shot added, she insisted that she remake it instead of just adding a flavor shot. Great service, thank you! ☺

I love Starbucks however this specific location is soooo slow. They always have a line going around the building and then my latte is half the cup a paid for.

I always seem to make things complicated, or come along with someone complicated, but the staff is always patient, albeit a little forced and robotic. All in all, this location definitely beats the one on Daniels, and both of had have surely gone down in customer service and quality but the latter seems to be company-wide as a whole. Its rare I make it to a Starbucks these days but when I do, at least the experience is quick and pleasant here.

The Starbucks needs a drive-through. Sometimes they mess up the drinks but its Starbucks and its the only one around.

The inside line is faster than the outside line. Like really really fast.

Rae was super inviting and kind! Store was clean and drinks came out great. They actually forgot one of our drinks and Rae noticed us sitting without it. I saw her tell her colleague and had it ready before we had anything to say about it. I don’t sit inside Starbucks often, but I’ve been to many. this was the first time I’d been to this location, over all I was impressed and I can’t say that about every location so thank you.

I don’t know what happened to this store in the last year . Has always been my go to buy something changed . Inconsistent hours, no mobile ordering, cafe closed at random times, it’s really bad .

Kudos to this Starbucks because the people there are the best. Recently I went inside to buy a cup of coffee and by the time I reached the counter, Mark, already had it poured and ready for me.This isnt the only time Mark and a few of the others had coffee ready for me by the time I reached the counter. Even when going through the drive through, I would start ordering and the entry was already on the screen.I cant tell you how good it makes me feel to know that Im important as a customer. I didnt do anything special to make them remember me...thats just how fabulous that are!!

Order from app - pick up drink with no wait. This store is new so its extra clean and also slightly larger than most of the areas Starbucks. Took 1 star off for lack of human interaction (even someone saying Thank You or Have a Great Day) and also $6.66 is way too much for a latte.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The lines are alway waaaay tooo long & they take forever. One time they double charged me on their app, when I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t erase the charge or give me my refund since I was only getting one drink. They also double charged me on Uber eats. This location is trash. I rather go to a small coffee shop that values their customers instead of whatever this is.

Brandon was great. He brought my sandwhich to my table while I waited for my pour over coffee and when my coffee was ready he brought that over as well. This was a pleasant surprise more stores should do this whenever possible.

For the most part this location is very good. They are always very friendly. I did have one bad experience with an order. I literally only other one of three things on the menu, Very Berry Hibiscus, Earl Grey Tea or a Morning Bun for my niece; she loves them. I probably have ordered 100+ VBH by now and Ive had some that have ranged in flavor significantly. I also know what it taste like when I have drank it all and the ice melts and creates a red colored water from the berries. This is exactly what I got on my order. It was like someone just added the berries to a full cup of water and shook it up. I did go back through the drive thru and they remade it. I was so turned off by this I actually didnt even drink it because I was not comfortable. To me this ws not a mistake or poor measurement; it was deliberate. Starbuck customer service via chat was excellent. They refunded my cost to my card immediately.

I haven’t been to a Starbucks for a few months but I was shocked to see that the cups are smaller and the price has gone up for the small. The service here was very very slow. Not a place to stop if you’re thinking of a sprint in & out the drive thru was congested as well. It was more like a 10 mile walk

This is one of my favorite Orlando Starbucks locations. The team is friendly and always helpful over the drive through speaker. Nice, brand new store interior as well.

I drive 35 miles one way twice a month(70 miles total each time) to take my g daughter to Dr in ClevTenn and every time we stop at the STARBUCKS in Clev (Ocoee street) and the last visit I was busy getting our drinks and brownies and did not realize the girl had not given me my card back until I got home . 35 miles away so I called and they did indeed have it so I had to make another long drive to get it . Not being mean because I didn’t complain but I did think they should if at least offered a free drink at the least . I made SURE to tell her how far I had to drive one way just to get in ( pouring rain today also). She just said thank you . I don’t know if she was the manager but I did ask to speak to the manager and she just said what can I help you with ?? I just think it would be good service to at least ask because it was my fault but also the girl at the drive through also .

The gent who rang me was amazing. The woman who made my coffee wasnt a very warm individual & must have been having a bad day (& it was only 7:30 in the morning... eek!) I bet she isnt like that all the time, tho

One of my favorite things about Starbucks in general is their environment. This one is no different. Its a great location to meet for business or just to chat. The drinks are good (yes, expensive, but...), And the baristas are friendly. And I love that I can order ahead and skip the line.

The staff here are consistently rude and its very off putting. The brand has a strong loyal fan base, but it really makes me never want to come back, no matter how much I love the coffee and treats. Remember that someone will always remember how you made them feel. I took time from my day to write two reviews on my experience here today.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Restrooms are cleaned and the seating area is always clean. Sometimes they are slow to get out orders for people that are waiting. It seems that the mobile orders take priority over the order of people standing there waiting.

Be careful at this store. they can’t even make an Americano with the correct amount of espresso shots. so annoying. such a basic part of training as well.

The barista customer service at this location is very poor with the exception of just a few. The manager is one of the most rude in terms of customer service and kindness that we have ever experienced at a Starbucks (Erika). I dont know how someone with such poor customer service skills was deemed suitable for a management position.

This store represents the service model Starbucks reaches to achieve everywhere. The Baristas are friendly, efficient and make it clear they are here to serve their customers.I found the service, speed and quality to be outstanding and the new location is attractive and very comfortable. I loved the fact that I was able to order my drink this evening from the parking lot and it was waiting for me when I walked in the door!

The Last 4 times Ive been there I walked out 3 of those times because no one would wait on me. Every Starbucks in Orlando is fantastic and I have no complaints this one is an anomaly...

This new Starbucks is terrible the management here is awful. My wife comes to Starbucks to get a sugar free ice coffee and they make her coffee wrong almost every time and every time we have to get one of there very rude managers to fix it, they act like fixing a drink is a inconvenience for them. Also every time I go there they take 10 minutes per order on the register and can never get anything right. Starbucks needs to come fix this location before it’s too late I recommend going to any of the Winter garden locations over this one any day.

This location at West Colonial always has issues with an extended wait time on the drive-thru every other Starbucks at Ive been going to for the last 15 years no issues and when there has been an extended wait time they give you a courtesy coffee. The staff is very nice but they always take too long to get your coffee
