They have a lot of packing supplies. Its very nicely organized however they DO NOT scan URL codes to print pre paid labels. You have to print out the label at home before you bring your package or you can pay for full service. Example I have a return from Amazon and all I have to do is take it to the ups store so that they can scan the code sent to me via email and UPS should take care of the rest. They dont do that here.Here you need to pay for a new label or print one out at home.

I always come here to ship my packages, as service is just amazing, and the prices are even better! I’m so grateful for their flexible hours as well.

Before going here to mail an under shirt to Canada, I checked prices online to have somewhat of an idea of how much it would cost me. I got a quote of $30 with UPS. Ok cool. I get here and the lady before me, told them to cancel her order because the price was just too much. I was next. I gave them my super light package... not even a pound and they tell me that the least expensive option is with FedEx for $62! UPS wasnt even an option! And they wouldnt recommend any cheaper option because USPS wouldnt provide a tracking number. I took that same package to UPS on McGuire and only paid $30. I must admit, this wasnt the first time I went here and was quoted a ridiculous price for shipping services. I DEFINITELY dont recommend this place for mailing packages, however they do have other services available that maybe worth using. I gave two stars because even though their shopping prices are stupidly price too high, the service is always pleasant.

Just use this place to drop off unless you want to be charged 3 times what the postage would cost at the real place (real place = usps, ups of fedex)I just got robbed there for a less than 3 pound package that will cost 11 to send at the post office here I paid 34. I was expecting a premium not that much. Definitively never again spending a cent here.

I never take the time to leave a review but today it save me a trip to Orlando, I live in Ocoee, I just Find out that this place has digital fingerprint services, I usually go for other reasons, but is a really good place to go for different services, because they offer several services, the place is pretty busy but they have plenty of staff taking care of customers, and the best of all they open Sundays, good option for people who works on week day. I highly recommended this place.

Not great. I visited today at 2pm. Empty store. 3 workers: heavy set guy, girl and another guy. They all looked related so I’m assuming their parents or relatives own the business. No one greeted me or looked me in the eye so I asked if I could drop off my package to get some sort of communication. Girl was sitting on the counter and on her cell phone. Not professional. I’ll drive a littler further to go to a different mail center in the future.

Ive been going to this place since the old owner was here and ever since the new owner has bought them out, I have been very pleased with their service. The owner and his employees are by far the sweetest, most generous people I have ever met and they even give five start service. They are amazing and take care of their. This will always be my go to mail center, and no other mail center nor post office compares.

I needed to return an Amazon package. Amazon sent me all the info to go to a UPS Store. However, UPS Stores arent open on Sundays. Went to Ocooe Mail Center and they were able to print out a return label for my package. It was 25 cents. How cheap is that! Package will go out tomorrow. Thanks for your help and being so pleasant to work with.

Love this place vey nice people working there.They have pretty much anything you need to ship. Notary Service. They even make keys and they have the best passport picture service.....This place is Highly recommended.

Always very friendly and helpful. If there is a line but see that I am just dropping off a prepaid box they will grab it from me and drop it into the correct bin. Always offer a receipt for the return shipping which has saved me twice now with errant Amazon returns.

I am customer of this business since 2014 approx. I usually dont go to the post office I always go to this store because I like it went to this business on 08/01/2019 to ship a packet which had money orders inside and unfortunately they did not reach their destination on the way, and I fill a police report so they can investigated who took the money orders of the envelope and I request the police that investigate the cameras of the place because I thought that I left the checks receipts on the counter of the store and who had the receipts can refund back the money orders, and I mention it to the police buy I when the put the video of the cameras I took the receipts on my hand and not like I thought. I DID HUGE MISTAKE WITH THIS SITUACION I APOLIGEZED to the owner and all the staff that feel offended for my allegations, I am really sorry people will not understand for this mistake made by me buy unfortunately I have almost 5 years dealing with panic attracts, anxiety and depression and I take a lot o medications and it may contribute to this situation I am really sorry about...and I feel so embarrassed about it that I will not go to this store...

A mail center Open 8-8... fooooo reals?!?! They saved the day today with that! They give the same AMAZING customer service whether I’m in there for one package to send or I’m in there with shipments goin to 10 different people and a line forming behind me. Their prices may be a little higher but their customer service (I mean, they remember me & know me by name #cheers) is WORTH IT!

The girl at the counter wasnt overly courteous but for what I was doing (faxing), I guess all I needed was the machine. However, it was very quick and easy

Very responsive to inquiries. I was having an issue of being charged before I authorized anything and Harry was helpful in getting it straightened out and explaining that the issue was not with his store but with an online mailbox service. I just wanted to say that the owner, Harry, went above and beyond when it came to superior customer service and assisting with a problem. I had shipped a computer and purchased the insurance through a company, Shipsurance. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, it had been damaged and was not working. The first $100 was covered immediately by Fed Ex. Unfortunately, Shipsurance refused to cover the claim citing various reasons that were unfounded. Harry stepped up to the plate and covered the claim out of his pocket because he believes in making the situation right. It is very rare in todays world that you find an individual and business that not only provides stupendous customer service but that also goes above and beyond what is expected. I HIGHLY recommend Harry and his business, Ocoee Mail Center, for all your shipping, notary, and fingerprinting services. You will be very happy that you did!

I am vowing never to step foot back in this place. The computer had to be restarted and extra prints were made. The clerk put the password in and forgot she did and I was blamed for restarting the computer. Had to pay near $10.00 trying to get a job that was a waste!!!!

Lost my package. Never found it. Closed my mailbox and wanted to charge me to forward so I had them hold for me. Supposed to by law forward for 6 months they did it for 1. Then they started sending back without telling me. Very rude clerks as well.

Devon Rhodes ! Just because you have a malfunctioning document printer issue does not mean that the World should stop bow down to our ever needs . I think it’s extremely over the top sad that you blame Ocoee Mail Center for your problem . Keep in mind that they are very busy and you have to wait your turn . I do not work for them however I love their working ethics and incredible customer service !
