Ice cream is delicious and service is great. The prices were really good. This place is also picturesque. Theres an Instagram wall and lots of cool decorations. They also have some boozy ice cream (menu in pics)!

My favorite ice cream shop! I literally come almost every week. The workers are friendly and energetic:) Ice cream is great with different flavors definitely a lot better than the one across lol. They also have checkers and other games you can play! (if you get the chance try praline pecan & cappuccino crunch with strawberry sauce and whipped cream)

This is a cute ice cream parlor in Winter Garden! It has the most flavorsome ice cream and freshly made waffle cones! There are so many delicious flavors to choose from! I tried the Cappuccino Crunch and Chocolate Peanut Butter... amazing! One of the best ice cream shops that I have been to!

Love this place because it is family owned. Another cool thing here is that you can play games at your table. The only criticism that I would give is that each worker needs to do a consistent scoop. I had the cappuccino crunch tonight and so did my husband but his was half the size of mine. It is definitely a great place to go!

Place is cute, nicely decorated. The ice cream had a weird old freezer burned flavor to it. Kinda pricey. Staff was friendly and attentive.

My first time here they were closed for a private birthday party but the pick up window was open. I ordered a two scoop sundae of rocky road in puberty come about $6.50 and when I grabbed it I noticed it was off the light. So I ate the whip cream revealing two of the smallest scoops I’ve ever seen. Also my peanut butter cup ice cream was walnuts and a vanilla flavor, best guess. I prefer to go to mom and pop shops and give them my business. Normally for six dollars they use at least a 3oz or 4oz scoop and you get your moneys worth. This was at best a 4.00 sundae. Or maybe a training issue.

My wife and I love this place. My favorite this is a hot waffle cone with my scoop. Her favorite is any of the chocolate ice creams into a milkshake. We go every week and the experience is always amazing!

Ice Cream creamery / soda fountain with an old fashioned flair. Fine selection of treats including banana splits, wine pops and what they call Epic Shakes which is like a shake decorated to the hilt with cookies and candy. Staff was nice and restroom clean.

Those that know me know I love my Ice cream. This place rocks. The team are super friendly and service is quick. The ice cream itself Ive tried multiple flavors over multiple visits and never been dissatisfied. Also there cones are freshly made to order which is pretty cool so definitely check those out.

Not only does West Orange creamery have THE best ice cream around, they are amazing partners in education! As a teacher at a local elementary school, the creamery has always played a huge part in our school events and activities. They always provide the best experience and tastiest ice cream! Today I got to have my class end of year celebration at the creamery! The jerks were so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and patient as my third graders lived their best life seeing each other in person for the first time! The outdoor patio was the perfect setting and the ice cream and shakes were delicious as always. There is no place I would have rather had that reunion! WO creamery is THE best!

Went here tonight with the family after looking at Christmas lights. This was our first time and we got there about a minute before closing and the staff was great! Lots to choose from and the atmosphere was beautiful!

Lovely place, although we had to order by the side window due to the Covid19 restrictions. They have seating at the back of the store. We tried the coconut chocolate chip ice-cream (delicious), the caramel shake and the Prosecco sorbet (which Ill definetly have next time). Nice service.

Its hard to say what my experience wouldve been like. Pulled up at 830 PM with Open sign on (Google says they close at 9). When they saw my car they turned the sign off really quick and locked the door. As we left they proceeded to laugh.

We wanted to go to Twistee Treat but the line was around the block so we figured we go try West Orange Creamery. It was actually really good and I would certainly go there again. There was just a few people there and the service was good.

What an experience! The atmosphere is unique and inviting. When we walked in there was a live band playing music. Families were gathered round having a wonderful time.It is an old fashion soda bar! We ordered a root beer and they made it right on the spot, it was an experience. The soda was also very good.The brownie ice cream sundae with the Graham cracker ice cream was fantastic. We also loved the selection of Hersheys ice creams.Must go!

So good!! Love this shop in the Ocoee area. They are in a small strip mall with a few other shops and a theater so parking does get busy, but they have a large back lot for cares as well. Once inside it has a warm and inviting feeling, very much a throw back vibe to soda fountain days.Im a classics fan so I go for chocolate here and its super tasty. They also do shakes and sundaes! Check out there weekly specials on the board for rotating flavor options.Staff is always friendly and moves the line along if it builds up. Theres plenty of seating and some things to look around at so get up and wander! Theres a couple table top games there too, of youre feeling competitive! Maybe loser buys. ;))Overall: A+Great local ice cream shop with a welcome vibe and good flavors!

West Orange Creamery is an incredible place to get ice cream! They have an awesome selection of flavors and delicious options for how to serve it. However, the best aspect of this place is the atmosphere by far! Their staff is phenomenal, always kind, funny and eager to help you make the right decision. They have a very cute little shop with games you can play and provide a nice place to spend time with your family and friends. During the pandemic they have been working hard as ever and I am so glad they have stayed open. Their curbside pickup option and their to-go window have proven very useful in maintaining social distancing while still getting in the necessary ice cream fix! I highly recommend West Orange Creamery to anyone looking for delicious treats and fantastic environments.

We stopped in after a movie and spent a few hours enjoying delicious ice cream and soda while playing old-timey board games. Too often, families get wrapped up in technology and their busy lives but this place offers a space to disconnect and relax with your loved ones. On top of that, the customer service is superb. Particularly the shop owner and manager. They were patient and friendly as we tried about 10 flavors and then checked on us routinely to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend that you support this small business - they are doing it right!

You have to try this location! A small, family owned ice cream parlor with fizzy sodas and FRESH waffle cones. They are always very nice. It is a diamond among the rough. I have always had a good experience.

We attending an event with princesses last year and we just used the company. We can’t wait until they r able to do another event because they’re the real deal! It’s also a big plus having ice cream at any event :)

So they say 10 people max in the building at one time, which is not a problem but they have three tables on the inside a four top sitting right in the middle of the shop, three top in the corner (7 people sitting) so the young lady behind the counter yelled at us (catching the attention of everyone in the building) to go outside and order with two toddlers because too many people were inside at one time. Mind you we had no thoughts of sitting inside we were just looking at the menu. Joke!

Im from New York where there are plenty of places like this....in Florida unfortunately not so much. Im so glad I found it! It makes me feel like Im at home for a little bit and the menu is great! Nothing like watching your waffle cone get made fresh and then seeing a torch come out to toast the marshmellow on top of your ice cream! Plus, they actually use Foxs U-Bet in their egg creams (trust me, thats a VERY big deal where Im from!)

They make their own sodas with syrup and carbonated water. Very unique. Milkshakes, floats, sundaes, make your own ice cream sandwich with fresh baked cookies, scoops of ice cream, sodas. I know Im forgetting something so I apologize. Wow, this place is great!

We love this place!!! The customer service is great, especially the owner and manager. This is a small, family-owned business who works hard to make you feel like family. We love coming here and feeling at home. They also do really cute events like with Ana and Elsa and little tea parties and stuff. 10/10 you have to come here!!

Nice ice cream place

The ice cream was delicious, but the portions small.The craft sodas are good but slightly overpriced.The atmosphere feels like they are trying to be homey and comfortable but it feels weird for some reason. I dislike the abundance of coca cola logos all over the place, when they are trying to pitch custom craft sodas. The girl working there seemed to hate her job, and she was alone.Very uncomfortable seating.

FINALLY!! A place that understands good business. Theyve got some cool stuff that I was unfamiliar with- soda phosphates, egg creams (what??). I dont live around here so I bought a Brooklyn egg cream and a cherry lime soda phosphate (go big or go home, eh?). I loved the phosphate. The egg cream wasnt something Id get again. I hear that its more popular with New Yorkers. Anyways, when they saw our reaction to the egg cream, they whipped us up a root beer to replace it no charge. We also got a banana split which was great. Cool atmosphere. Great date night. Not at all what I was expecting. Loved it.

Enjoy a movie at the West Orange Cinema and then stop in the West Orange Creamery for some wonderful treats. Yes they are both in the same shopping plaza. My wife had an ice cream sundae and I had an over the top banana split. If you are leaving the movie theater there is no need to move your car. Its just a short walk to the Creamery.
