I love fleet farm! On this trip I did an online order they had it ready in about an hour. Will do it again soon.

Staff was mostly helpful. Store was clean. Couldnt find items in some departments and there wasnt anyone around in those departments to help, and I was in a bit of a hurry so by the time I located someone I was ready to leave without items.

Beautiful store. Clean, inviting, and well stocked (except what we needed of course.) Like most stores who stock deer slugs, they were out. Totally not their fault of course. Highly recommend a walk around this store. Something is bound to catch your eye.

Easily is becoming one of my favorite stores. We discovered them after the store opened in Oconomow. They are a go-to now for everything from pets to house electric. Also love the nuts and candies. Helpful staff and one of the best customer service desks I have worked worked with.

They have just about everything you want at decent prices its a bit hard to find things because of layout, vs. a more classic layout.

I’ve been buying mason jars from fleet farm by the skids for for over two years now, I am a business owner and have tax exemption with them and a history of purchasing these from them on a monthly basis. Today they told me I’m limited to only buying three cases and they wouldn’t make any exceptions even though I use them for my business. Fleet farm just lost me as a loyal customer. Very displeased with their decision to limit buyers that use these for their businesses, the world is putting everyone out of business because of poor decisions like this.

Huge! Great customer service! Love the prices for certain things over everyday places. Always have had great service and help whenever I have needed it. Lines for checkout are never long. They have everything you could possibly need at this place. It is a nice bonus to get a coupon for their gas station every time you shop here. The store always appears to be clean and well organized except the christmas holiday can be a bit chaotic and crazy, but overall the manage it great! Love this location and am very happy they put this here in Oconomowoc just off I94 which makes it really accessible!

I love these stores and moved out of the area. When I visit home, from the East Coast, I make it a point to stop by. I did so around Christmas time. Some items I was looking for were low on stock and none of my sizes but that was expected, Christmas. I still managed to spend over $400 on a short stop. The 4 stars is only due to a little key. Im all about local kids working and love this about my home town. However the automatic key maker couldnt find the code and he said that they didnt have it. Wanted my truck info even though it was an aftermarket tool box, couldnt figure it out either way. Someone else needed assistance, so I decided to comb the racks and found the exact key only leaving cutting it. But when he came back and I presented it, that wasnt possible because he couldnt trick the machine to do it. Another young man was there now and neither could use the manual key machine or figure the program one... Chalk it up to whatever, many reasons Im sure but cmon. Will still continue to love this place and shop it whenever I can!

The name says a lot, the service says even more and the selection has been good on my visits. Very useful store for farm, hunting, fishing and more.

Huge store with lots of different types of products. This was my first visit to a Fleet Farm. I have two Farm and Fleet stores near me but they are smaller with less selections. I will go back to Fleet Farm once fall hits to shop for sporting goods and clothing.

Very helpful and friendly every time I visit

Bought a Browning 22lr Buck Mark pistol and a Rossi 22lr Auto rifle on 11-28-2020. I havent been able to purchase 22lr ammunition for almost 8 months and every time I go to Fleet Farm Oconomowoc, about twice a month, I ask for ammo for both my 22lrs that I purchased and get same answer, out of stock and they will not get me any. Very frustrated!

I came here to get some Valentines candy. The store is huge and has a great selection. The only issue I had was the cashier. She asked me how I was doing, I answered, and she continued to check out my items. Then she again asked how are you doing today and I thought she was talking to the person behind me. Apparently I was wrong because she looked at me and asked again, although louder, how I was doing today. I again answered her that I was fine. I found her a bit rude.

They never tell you when ammo will arrive but you know they know! Also they are out of stock on basic stuff. Couldnt find camp stove gas but WalMart had some.

Wow! This place is HUGE!! Never been in a Fleet Farm store before. Quite the place. Everything from groceries to hunting and fishing supplies. Like a mix of Gander Mtn, Ace hardware and the corner grocery, all under one roof.

This FF is phenomenal. Staff are helpful, and theyve got everything youve ever wanted under one roof. Sometimes we come here instead of church b/c its a spiritual place.

The only thing that would make Fleet Farm better is if there were more Made in USA products.Otherwise, Fleet Farm has become a pretty good alternative to the other big box places.

Was my first visit to the store today. The store was clean and organized.Austin in hardware helped me twice with questions I had. The cashier and the guy in the little shack that I had to stop at to pick up the sand in the back. All were courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely the biggest and cleanest fleet farm I have ever been in. Every department in the store has big selection. The hunting, fishing and firearm departments are amazing.

The managers of this store are trying to gouge hunters by charging $60/box for shells. That is roughly a 500% increase and double almost everywhere else you can get shells. Pathetic

UPDATE. I rated this Oconomowoc store as a 1 star when they first opened as they were always short stocked, the shelves never fully stocked with product that they advertised. Now years later its still the same story. Short stocked. Empty shelves. Lacking products. Its so frustrating !! And disappointing, as the store is so close to home but we have to take our business elsewhere.

First time going to a Fleet Farm and this one was impressive. Its right off the interstate and is massive. I was shocked to find out the amount of stuff they had inside.

This was my first time in a fleet farm, I walk in and its a very well kept business that seems to be ran really well. The reason I give a low review is I sat around for 30 minutes waiting for assistance after asking twice and still recieved no help and out of the 3 interactions I had with employees 1 was very rude when I asked for help locating a product as if I had burdened his life. I plan on making more stops in however I dont like being negative and ill give off the benefit of the doubt that its holiday season and everyone is prone to human error.
