Timely, organized, and solved a number of issues that caused my door to break in the first place. Will use them again and would recommend service to anyone.

The service level was top notch. They were able to get to my house and complete the tension spring replacements within 3hours from a cold call. The notification, update, and completion messages were something I haven’t really ever seen before working with various types of contracts. They hit the nail on the head!!!! I’d recommend to anyone looking for garage door work.

The original techs were not as experienced and had not seen my door system before and were at a loss as to how to fix it. Told me the spring was broken and would likely need a conversion. The owner then came out and had it fixed within minutes. Also was able to obtain very hard to find parts that were missing from my door. Overall the work was good but lasted most of the day. Charged a fair price. If it wasn’t for the lack of experience with original tech would give them a 5 star rating. I will definitely be back as a customer in the future. Communication was great and the scheduler offered to get someone out the same day even though it was afternoon. Liked working with them.

Discovered garage door spring was broke this morning. Called Lake Country Doors at 12:47pm today, phone was immediately answered. Within 5 mins I had a scheduled service time and quote. Josh arrived on time and was a great guy. Spring was replaced by 2:20pm and at exactly the cost quoted. Receipt, with 10-year warranty, was delivered 5 mins after that via email. Not sure how a business can do any better than they did today. Highly recommended.

Same day service was appreciated. Replaced a spring and reconfigured the existing door. The only complaint is they left the garage door open when done and when I hit the button to close it wouldnt close. Sensor needed readjusting but thought that was something they could have checked.

Excellent customer service and dependability. Out of all the places called for estimates they were the most informative and patient with my questions and concerns. Also they were able to get the work done in less than an hour after calling when most places wanted us to wait til next week sometime! My garage door broke out of the blue (spring snapped in half). I called Lake Country Doors and they literally had someone out to my house in 20 minutes! An hour and 10 minutes after I called, they had a new spring installed and my garage door was running smoothly again. Price was reasonable too. It doesn’t get better than that.

I made the service appointment on Monday and Ben arrived the next morning.Ben did a good job of replacing the original bracket with a door mounted full length operator bracket.He also changed out the Liftmaster gear and sprocket, set limits, tested the door and oiled all moving parts.It has been a long time since our garage door opener has been this quiet.

Lake Country Doors answered my email quickly and came out the same day to see what was wrong with our door. It was still working but making super loud noises. Came back 2 days later to fix the rollers, springs, and tune it up. Very reasonable. Works like a charm now and is very quite. Thank you!!

$180 for new rollers and installation (part cost of about $25 based on a quick Amazon search), an adjustment of how the door was positioned and a lube of all the hinges. Just finished cleaning the oil off the door under the hinges. Like the way it came out but not the price or having to clean up afterward. Service call alone was $100 and I only received that information after the crew arrived.

Received excellent, same day service from Ben & Elizabeth. They replaced the broken spring and lubricated all parts and even checked the other garage door as a courtesy without being asked. They even left me with a can of spray lubricant to apply on my own. Ben was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I felt like I was talking to my brother. I had another company come and they wanted to only sell me a new garage door opener. Said my opener would fail in under a month. A1 wanted over $800 for a new garage door opener. My existing opener had worked perfectly for 11 years. I decided to call another company. So glad I did. Lakes showed up on time and installed a wifi opener that connected to my phone for $125. They finished in under 1 hour. So happy I called them. If my garage door opener does fail I know who I will call. Plus they would sell a new opener for right around $500 installed.

Our garage door torsion spring broke the Friday before Memorial Day. Saturday morning I gave them a call. Ben (company owner) came out a couple hours later and replaced the springs. Called Lake Country Door late in afternoon after a spring broke and was able to get my door serviced the very next morning. In fact, i was told they couldve done the job the same evening that i called if i wanted. That next morning i received a text to notify me which employee was assigned to my door, then a later text to notify me he was en route. Not long after, i received another text telling me work was done and i was given a link to pay online. Too easy! Great communication and excellent work. Their phone number is now saved in my phone in event i ever need work done on door again. I highly recommend Lake Country Door if your door ever needs parts serviced or in event your wife tries to pull out of garage before door is fully open. Disclaimer: My wife did not run into our door.
