Stay away from this company. We ordered one trailer of ice for church festival and day of festival manager of the company informed us that he cannot deliver ice due to non existing order in their computer. We called first time to order ice and 2nd time to confirm order,

Ice cubes were a frozen lump. Maybe that helped them not spill out when the bag opened because whatever that little metal thing is, didnt do the trick in keeping it closed.

Nothing worse than freezers that are sub par and the bag if ice is nothing but a frozen block of freezer burnt frost...worst ice in town and it doesnt not matter what store you get it at in Oconomowoc absolutely disturbing

Awful service. Looking to replace with another vendor. Doesnt show up when they say they will. Door handle broken for awhile and they keep saying they will replace (that was a year ago). Cant get the company directly, goes to a call center. It isnt worth the hassle.

Totally appreciate Ice in my glass or cup.

When you need them on big weekends they don’t come through. When it’s slow they will stop every other day.

Terrible service. Never showed up. No apology from the home office in Ohio. Never order here!!
