Went to Home town rally over Labor day. Cherry Pie was a great show. The Toys also put on cool show.

I am floored. Shipping on another level. I ordered these boots 7/29/21 and received them 7/30/21. Unbelievable and I believe they drove them to my house lol. Love it.

Take in a flawless bike to sell/ trade in, mind you bbv is around 8 k get told they are starving for used inventory, thinking of selling or trading in. I sit there for a hour plus they tell me, theres nothing wrong with your bike but some small things he is going to do before they sell my bike.... wait a minute, I havent even agreed on anything. Offered me 2k, total joke this is my second time having a bad experience there, I asked the guy if he was high, he stared at me then told me to go get my bike, I know people are more likely to complain than compliment but what an insult he was rude the whole time talking to me as he was eating being short with every question I had etc never ever going there again personally.

Great place, wonderful people. Took the rider course there and I couldnt have asked for better instructors. Great at teaching and funny too, they made sure we had fun and learned at the same time.

The selection of bikes, clothes and accessories in almost endless!! The people are helpful and friendly and know their schitt.

Wintered my bike with them! Loren in service was great. Really worked closely with him and he had great suggestions to improve my bike, but he never put on pressure to sell me something. I went there for a motorcycle class. The instructors are great, they make it fun and I also enjoyed shopping in their store. I would recommend going there for classes and for gear.

Me and 4 friends took the motorcycle class to obtain a motorcycle license, and to learn a thing or 2, the class was cheaper than other dealers, but it was alot of fun even though we all have years of riding in, bill and Jim are top notch instructors and you will learn things from them and maybe even break a few bad habits, people with zero experience and no nothing bout motorcycles can pass this class pretty easy the instructors are very thorough, and have good attitudes, I would encourage anyone to get signed up with bill and jim.

Bought my first Harley Boots!! Gorgeous & made so well!!

Bought a Electra glide classic from these people ..... not even before the first payment it broke.. they picked it up him hawed for 3 weeks about fixing it thought it was lifters told me they would not fix it... I had to go pick the bike up and take it to someone else... he then found out it wasnt lifters and it was a broken push rod... all in all a very bad experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog... buyers beware GO TO HOUSE OF HARLEY IN GRAINFIELD. Your better off

Arrived to the dealership yesterday, Saturday, January 11th to buy a motorcycle--1030AM and it was not busy--maybe 7 or 8 customers going to different chili tables and nobody looking at motorcycles.This is my first experience and last experience at this dealership. I looked around for about 15 minutes and sat on a few bikes. I noticed two sales people in their offices and noticed one of them watching me and I looked at him a few times and we made eye contact. He was standing in the office drinking a soda looking out at the sales floor. I figured I would provide time for him to come out when he was ready. I looked back and he sat down at his computer. As I began getting up from the bike I was sitting on the other sales person came out of his office he walked right by me and did not acknowledge or say anything, like may I help you? He walked over to a table where there was chili and began talking to other staff people.I promptly left the dealership and purchased at a dealership in Milwaukee. I guess they didnt need my $32,000

Do not take your motorcycle here for service. I took my bike in to get my blinkers fixed. They had it for two weeks, I got it home & now it won’t start.Hi Ronny. I called the number you provided, & got front desk. I left you a message before I posted a review. I talked to Jeff, who said the earliest you could pick the bike to attempt to fix it a second time, was the fourth. He didn’t specify a month. I assumed he meant November, but he said it was a Thursday. November 4’th is a Wednesday. So what month is he referring to? How long am I supposed to wait for your service department to screw up my motorcycle even more?!I rode the bike 6 miles home last night. It did have a noticeable lack of power. I parked it in the garage at 5:30 pm. I tried to start it at 3:30 pm today. It was completely dead. I put a battery charger on it. When I turned the key, the tachometer meter shot up all the way, & the lights flickered. Either your shop forgot to reconnect a ground wire, or they damaged a ground wire. The bike was starting & running perfectly when I brought it in. The blinkers just weren’t blinking. I was told the the blinker module was unplugged & that I didn’t have the ideal bulbs.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my boyfriend for xmas. Both were too wide and short and we decided to ship them back, neither were ever worn. I spent 3 weeks trying to find out about a return label, which they do not provide. It cost me $20 to ship my return(paying to return?). Then received an email that both items had a restocking fee taking off 15% for each item I returned. They claimed they were full of hair, I do have animals but the items were kept in the box...so FULL of hair...doubt it. I think I will shop elsewhere.

The facility was well designed and maintained. Staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Made themselves available for questions. Nice selection of products available. Prices were reasonable/comparable to other places visited.

I ordered a couple shirts from them for Christmas and only one came in the package although it was supposed to be both shirts. I emailed them and they apologized and immediately FedEx the missing shirt to us. Great customer service.

Well organized, social distance was in place along with multiple sanitizer stations. Food was amazing, vibrant crowd, endless bikes to look at ( I recommend to keep hands off).Wonderful live bands on multiple stages.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered shoes from here January 5th, it is now January 16th and they still have not shipped. I emailed asking to pay for quicker shipping, they said it’s not available which is understandable, just reassuring me “it should ship later this week”. If you like your things to arrive in a timely manner, or on time for someone’s birthday, I suggest you find another site. First and last time shopping here, such a shame.

Great dealership! Wish I didnt live 3 hours away, I would go to them all the time. I was coming back home from a 4 day trip and my check engine light came on. They got me right in and out. Were very helpful explaining what was wrong. Turns out it was error codes due to electronic upgrades that my regular dealership didnt do!

It was a gorgeous fun day! Great bands great people excellent food and drink choice... For a blink of an eye it was normalicy😁

Wisconsin Harley Davidson is our favorite dealer! Ronny and James in the Service Department are are the best! 100% satisfaction for sure. The sales staff is always helpful and friendly! We live in St. Francis, but its worth the ride for all we need for our bikes and their huge selection of HD clothes and other goodies.

I would NOT recommend doing business with Wisconsin Harley Davidson. Service after the sale matters to most customers especially me and for Wisconsin Harley Davidson service after the sale doesnt matter. The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price. I will own this. Disappointing experience to say the least! Caveat emptor, buyer be very aware....................Once the bike is paid for your no longer important!

Was looking for an outfit for a new grandson. A sales girl saw me looking and said they had some new things in that werent on display yet, and dug some examples out to show me. Made a sale, then folded everything nicely and put it in a gift bag for me. Made a very pleasant time of it.

New to riding and I wanted to purchase a bike on the smaller side. Went to a couple of HD dealerships and they were trying to just sell me something and not listening to what I wanted. Walked into Wisconsin HD looking for something else and for sh**s and giggles I mentioned what I was looking for. Tony said come this way. Showed me a bike that was perfect for me although not ready to sell yet but he said I will have them get to it call you tomorrow. Sure enough at 10A.M. He called and said already for you to come check it out and ride. So I rode out with my bike. Thank you Tony for listening and being a great HD employee.

Over the years, I have purchased several bikes from Craig Winger and Mike Miracle - including a brand new 2019 Road Glide Ultra which I bought today. These guys are knowledgeable, fun, fair and so easy to work with. I have come to feel like part of their family. They have earned my respect and my loyalty. We were just at the dealership for the rally. It was even better than last years set up...which we werent expecting since this year is a smaller one. Good vendor selection, good music and good refreshments. It was a nice afternoon.

We really like the people who work here. The service staff get to know you and are helpful. Over the years theyve held many events outdoors and have done a great job with the space outside. Right off the freeway and near shopping center and hotels.

Just bought my 2nd Ultra Limited from Jeff Marshall at Wisconsin Harley Davidson in Oconomowoc WI. It was an excellent experience. All of their staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend WI HD.

Do not buy and avoid this place at all costs. I purchased products from this place and they charged $600 on the card and then flagged it as fraud and now the products are not getting delivered. Called over 10 times with no answers. Total scam.

This place is BIG! They have so many awesome bikes and a whole room that is all clearance items, full of clothing and accessories for bikes. I walked around for an hour just wishing I had more money for this item and that item. If Wisconsin Harley reads this and wants to give me a leather jacket Ill advertise for you on my bike.😁

This place is a JOKE! Don’t order from here!!! I ordered a jacket and 2 T-shirts for my husband for Christmas 3 weeks prior. I received the shirts but it’s now Christmas Eve and even after several calls and emails STILL no jacket!!! It turns out the don’t even have the jacket but have to wAit and get it from another place!!! What the ?????? I’m furious and my money is gone, no jacket and no help or answers!!!

Do not buy from them. Purchased over $600 of product, they wrote it off of the credit card and then labeled the transaction as fraud and never shipped it. Dealing with the credit card company now to get it back.
