The only worker that I could see was helping another customer. Eventually the customer, presumably walked him to his car, leaving me and the other customers waiting in line. There was no communication on when or if he would be coming back. Another customer stepped up to the register while he waited a few minutes for nobody to show up. Personally, I gave up on my purchase and left, determined to order what I needed from Amazon instead. I pray the man still isnt waiting at the desk for customer service. One worker cant handle all the work. Get cashiers that dont leave customers. I could have gotten everything that I needed without paying and all the workers wouldnt have even know I was even in the store.

Staff was helpful on getting right size window washer blade for my car, but no effort in helping install. 3 stars for right blade but 0 stars on helping, good thing I need gas, mechanic put on and didnt charge.

HORRIBLE - Went in for wiper blades and the sales associate was clueless and NOT helpful at all. Ask about the difference in blades . . . They are all good. Walked out . . .They are certainly not what they used to be when it comes to knowledge and customer service.I see the reply to send my feedback to the stores leadership but that does not help me so NO, I will NOT be a loyal customer and certainly NOT a part of the family. There are too many other auto parts stores in the area to waste time in this store.Your response does nothing for me except read blah blah blah . . . same cookie cutter response that is posted to anyone who has had a bad experience. Seems that approach is not working as today, I followed in the foot steps of others who were told the stores leadership would be notified. Guess the notification fell on deaf ears . . .

I have been coming to this store for years and the staff have ALWAYS been wonderful.The manager is an excellent guy, very knowledgeable and caring about his customers having a positive experience. I had my first horrible experience today when I went in for some windshield wipers... His name was EVAN and he was rude, nonchalant, unwilling to helpful,uncaring, unconcerned, impatient, intimidating and rude not only to me but to another customer.Because of him this was my last visit to this store.

Never had an issue coming here until today. I haven’t been treated with this much lack of concern or care in forever. I spent over a hour in this store simply trying to get a battery replaced. After I purchased the battery, the general manager Tony kept telling his employee to wait to install my battery and help other customers who arrived after me when there were 2-3 associates in the store helping. I waited and waited until a customer who saw the mistreatment, took it upon himself to try and install my battery himself. Then Tony comes out to help and tells me he can’t get the old battery out without even trying and tsars I need to go somewhere else and pay to get my battery replaced and bring the old one back to him. I got a refund and will never ever be back.

I know the manager, he is always keen on assisting customers, to the point of exceeding expectations and extending to do whatever to ensure that the customer is happy. But, on this visit, there was only 2 team members in the store, one was on the phone conversing about the inventory outages, the other was restocking. After about 3 minutes of me entering and waiting for assistance another customer entered the store. We made small talk, but went without acknowledgement or assurance for another 5 minutes. I finally had to inquire of the team member, restocking, if he could help us... HE SPECIFICALLY STARTED THAT RESTOCKING, WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAT ASSISTING US, but he did help. I NEED TO GET THE TRUCK DONE!... I was a bit confused of weather both were to have a primary assignment, and ignore customers or ignore the customers and only concern yourself with there secondary assignment?!!!? Either way teamwork and customer care was not at work!!!

Called looking for a specific item, the gentleman looked and advised that they did have the item available. Upon my arrival he had it ready at the register, and ready for my pickup. Military discount was available as well. This is a very busy location and the staff is efficient in helping and customers serviced.

Been working on an old 94 protege for the last few months and getting parts here is awesome. Everyone here is kind and will help you find what you need, and will help you figure out cost effective solutions if the part is only factory direct. Great customer service and just an amazing experience.

My personal experience was with the manager, who quickly and courteously tested my battery and installed a new one. He was clearly very busy but still seemed to value my time. Looking at other reviews, I may have been lucky to interact with him instead of someone else.

The workers here are so helpful! Theyll help you scan the codes for your check engine light, find a part in their huge database, or suggest things you need for an auto job and help verify youve got the correct part/fluid. I come here alli the time and the guys here are always ready to help like they are working on my project with me. Theyve even saved me from a few minor mistakes on my part that wouldve had me redoing the task I was up to! Great service. And prices are really good!

I went in to purchase a battery for my Kia. I was greeted by a very personable young man named John. John was the definition of great customer service. He tested the battery (which was a 3 year battery but lasted 8 years), took out the old battery, cleaned corrosion off of the bracket and put in the new battery. I could tell John enjoys his job and takes pride in what he does. I wish all my customer service experiences were so good.

I went here to simply buy windshield washer fluid. I was ingnored until an employee finally mumbled to go to the front registers which were actually in the back of the store. I brought my 2 containers (and my 2 children) to the back registers where I was again ignored. I left without the product. Frustrating. Neither employee cared about my presence. One was busy on his smoke break and the other apparently helping another customer but with zero communication skills. Also, the building pictured here is not the actual building.

Took an alternator in to get tested and the guy couldnt get it mounted correctly on their tester. Would get it mounted, then the belt would come off immediately. Took 20 minutes messing around with this without asking for help from the two other people working there, so I took my alternator and walked out.

Do not do business with this place. I needed a part for my car in which I verified with associate that this part was for the passenger side, turns out he did not order the passenger side but for the driver side. Seconds after opening the part I could tell it was wrong and gave it back and had them order the correct part. They said it would be in two days later, not the case. While ordering the replacement part I asked if I can just drive out and get it and they said I could not get the price I asked for and it was only two days so I agreed. It turns out that two days is actually more than 9 days later I could have gotten this part anywhere else much faster! In all fairness the second guy was professional but just screwed up. This whole process is isn’t hard. The only reason anyone still walks in to these places is because they should know what they are doing.

I went to Advanced to get a new battery and have it installed. I just had surgery on my shoulder so I needed somewhere that would install it for free. When I stopped in the store, I was greeted within 15 second by a friendly guy (Nicolas) who was working on one of the aisles. I told him I needed a battery and to have it installed and he immediately went to work for me. He looked up my vehicle and the batteries that were in stock. We found the right one and he put it on the cart and installed it right away. The whole process took only 10 or 15 minutes and I was on my way. Great experience and I will be back any auto needs in the future.

They are idiots there. There not helpful, i had a bulb I wanted to test to make sure it was good, visually it looked fine. I just wanted to do a continuity test and the guy just looked at me. And dont buy a battery there, they dont know how to test them properly and they will say a bad battery is good so they dont have to honor their warranty. To hell with this place.

Had battery issues. They tested my battery said it was good and something was killing it. Battery died when I was at the store. They said store policy was they wouldnt offer a jump unless I bought a battery from them. I asked the employee if he would maybe jump my from his car he said hell no, not with my Mercedes for someone elses junk. I only am giving them 2 star because they tested my battery and didnt lie and tell me I needed a new one. Very poor experience otherwise.

They ordered the wrong part, failed to call when it came in and to top it all off they would not refund the shipping when I returned it. Stay away, use another parts house, or if youre paying shipping anyway might as well order it yourself and save a few dollars.

Dont know what they are doing. Came in to see if I needed new battery. Guy tested battery and alternator. Said it was good. Car died on me the next day in the middle of traffic. Now I need both.

Went there for a gift card, and the store was closed 3 mins early. Then worker from the othe store drove up to return a drill to that store. And saw it was locked. We continue to knock on the door. To see employee tip top on freshly (bad) mopped floor. To tell me that theyre closed and if I have arrived earlier (7:59) he would had helped me. Which &$_×&8#&#&#&#;#**@ came out of my mouth 🤬. And I came back to a return, 45 mins to get money back. While the management watched the employee struggle with the transaction. Untill i was like some help please.

Poor store policy on ordering parts. Called and was given a time part would be in and then drove 5 minutes to store to pay for the part and was told the part would not be available until the next day. Policy should allow to pay over the phone. I wasted my time and my gas for nothing. Went somewhere else to buy part. Advance lost my business.

Sub-par location for the chain. Given me the wrong parts on at least three occasions, despite looking it up in their system. Takes forever to get their location. Very poor stock of standard parts. Not a very clean store at all.
