I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like this should be a buyer beware situation. I have had 2 bad experiences with this location first one was March of 2021. I needed a full set of all season tires. I ordered very specific ones and the lady over the phone assured me that they would have the tires in by the time of my appointment (3 days away). I arrive check over the work order and it was all correct for the tires I ordered. Picked up my car after several hours, got home checked over the invoice and noticed they put different tires. Checked my car sure enough different tires. Took my car back immediately and I had to prove to them that I had in fact ordered different tires. They told me they would have to order them and then put the correct ones on.This past Friday I came out to go to work and noticed I had a flat tire. I took my car to this location because my tires would still be under warranty. They told me that the tire could not be repaired. Since I was already running late to work I just had them place the spare on. During my lunch I take my tire to another shop by my office and they were like yeah we can repair this. They warned me that Firestone will try to rip you off to get more money out of you.

Got my all of my 4 tires replaced at this location. I had paid about $700 or so with Military discount. I believe last Thursday and for whatever reason one of the tires was not properly sealed so we called if we could bring it in on Monday since the tire went all flat. They couldnt do it that same day even though we only have one car so I needed to get a rental all they way in Catonsville for $600. My biggest issue was that this could have been resolved same day since it was only one tire. So disappointing and more upset I wish Justin was there but sadly he was on vacation.

Went here with wifes car for nail in tire. Requested tire rotation as well and multi point inspection. Was given car back completed with recommendations for additonal services.Next day same tire flat... so what did I pay for? Charge me for work not done and then recommended more work to be done... hmmm so gave benefit of the doubt and went back to have the work actually preformed this time and hold firestone accountable.Now a month later and having service done to rear brakes and the lug nuts have been torqued down so hard that 250lbs fat boy, a 4-way and a jack stand together can not break the nut... that is obviously not to spec and is the aftermath of an adolescent boy who was called out and actually had to do the work you charge your customers for... need more fact... the locking lug nuts came off with no issue.Firestone... vette your employees better if you want to retain customers because you just lost more than just me.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment with them for 12pm, not only did they not ensure they had the parts required for my appointment, but an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled they still hadn’t even touched my car. Only came here because it was close to home but never coming back.

I purchased a lifetime alignment package for my SUV here back in December of 2020. Since then Ive had the vehicle aligned twice (the initial service and one subsequent follow up). The initial service seemed more thorough where they spotted I needed a new radiator cap, a new serpentine belt, and something else I cant remember. Since Im a bit of a novice mechanic myself I changed all the parts they identified myself which were in fact bad. This past service wasnt as meticulous. They didnt even mention the check engine light being on or why it way on (I know why, but its a missed opportunity for Firestone to sell their services and develop relationship with their customer).

Had an appointment at 12pm for an oil change and inspection. Didn’t get my vehicle back until almost 630pm and they never performed the inspection (the main reason I went so I could renew my registration). Even IF they performed the inspection the paperwork was off over 60,000 miles !!!!Never going back to this location. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund.

DO NOT COME HERE. The only reason I had my car there was because it broke down on the side of the road. They kept my car for 2 days and then told me my starter was bad even though I had it replaced the month before then immediately just said it must be the engine without doing any proper investigation. You can tell they did not do anything as my car was in the same spot I left it. Rip off

I was in and out. They showed me the issues with my car and explained the labor. Glad they kept me informed.

Word of advice to anyone going here. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want before they start working on your vehicle. I asked for one part to be replaced a month ago and I also identified a part that will be fixed at a later time. I received a phone call stating they had fixed the identified NOT to fix part to include what I had asked for but my bill increased by a few $$$ which bothered me because I was low on funds at the time. I tried reasoning with the gentleman who was wonderful enough to cut me a break. This doesnt happen too often and I am truly grateful and I will have them replaced that old part for me in time.

Very busy location but pleasant people and did a good job on my tire.

If you go in, talk to Tony (the manager) very respectful, puts the customer first and will always work with you. The facility is clean, has TV with cable for entertainment and a plethora of magazines.Only recommendation I have is I wish the bathrooms were a tad cleaner, but that is just being picky. Overall a great local shop.

Went in for a valve stem replacement on a tire I got from them. They apparently didnt replace it, because the tire was low again and it was the same valve stem. And then they refused to fix it right away and made me go over a holiday with a broken tire that theyd supposedly already fixed. Never going back.

Got four new tires - everything went smoothly and even when there was a possible hitch, the courteous and professional staff walked me through options and got the work done earlier than promised and anticipated. High praise for them.

Terrible customer service..they really dont know how to take care of their customers. Very rude service and no regard for customer satisfaction. Got a simple oil change done for my benz for $99 but initially I was quoted $73. Wont go back here again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Dont get me wrong customer service was excellent every time we visited, despite the long hours waiting. We first took our kia in for giving it a look over, fixing the problems that failed it on the state inspection (one rear door didnt respond to the car remote) and changing the oil along with new tires and brakes. It cost north of $2,000. Ok fine we were expecting it to be a little pricey for everything that needed done.Then they do the state inspection again for us at the end of it. They said that the kia failed for an electrical wiring issue that they couldnt fix and we would have to take it to the dealership for them to fix.Took the kia to Kia, had them look specifically in the supposed problem area. They found nothing. The went ahead and gave the rear lights bulb changes, they also gave the car a once over to make sure it needed nothing else. Told us the kia was in perfect condition, and being the dealership for Kia they obviously had no reason to lie to us.So we went back to Firestone for the state inspection for a 3rd time. Sadly the time frame for getting another inspection for free had lapsed with all the trouble getting into be seen by the Kia dealership. Waited 5 hours, its a busy day and a small location fine, then they come out and tell us that it didnt pass inspection because our back rear rotaters need to be changed and the side view mirror blinkers werent functioning. It would cost just shy of $1,000 including the state inspection.Now I know for a fact that both the side view mirror blinkers worked perfectly fine as I do a lot of night time driving for work. And I know that the rotaters would have been caught by them the first time we brought the kia in when they changed the brakes and the tires. Not only that the KIA DEALERSHIP checked it over entirely (we were there for 3 hours btw) and said it was all good to go. The Dealership who has no reason to lie to us at all.So we went with our guts, paid the $75 for the inspection and just barely made it out of the store not ripping them a new one for try to steal from us. Because who knows in the bit over a month since it was last in to them something could have happened.We took the kia to the auto shop on base for the mechanics there to give us a second option and the 4th state inspection. It passed with FLYING COLORS!!! They even said Wow, it looks like you really take care of this car!So obviously this Firestone is full of it, likes to add onto your bill, and all around is shady. While some really nice customers service people work there. Some lying, cheating, good for nothings do to.Sure they will fix your problems excellently, they will just find problems to fix too to inflate the bill.Please learn from this and do not go here. Also to the owners of Firestone I really hope that you take the time to retain your personal on ethics, and integrity. In no way is it ok to scam people, but especially not during a pandemic when money is tight and times are tough for everyone.And no I do not want to go through any avenues for recompense. I am not available for contact, I have a life.Just know that we will never return to this location. I understand that Firestone is a franchise and the shops are individual, so not all are the same. But this was not ok.I hope everyone has a good day.

They will try to scam you, and poor customer service adds insult to injury.Took a car in for a state inspection just for them to give my appointment time away to walk-in inspections. After waiting 5 hours, I was told it would be $48 in labor to replace a license plate lightbulb that was out. It felt like my passing the state inspection was being held up so that I would pay unreasonable prices for simple work - pay a lot now to pass, or dont and fail.When I went to fix it myself, it turns out someone had just unmounted the lightbulb. Could it have been someone who stood to make 50 bucks from my light being out? Your guess is as good as mine.Only went back because they promised the re-inspection was free. When I arrived for a Saturday appointment I was told the state inspector doesnt work weekends, despite their staff having scheduled me for the appointment. Coming from out of state, I did not know inspectors didnt work weekends - I trusted them when they booked the appointment that I would actually get the service I had an appointment for.From their attitudes, it was clear they thought I was an idiot for showing up for the time they themselves had suggested and signed me up for. They didnt offer an apology or an explanation, but got me signed up for my free re-inspection again, for which they charged me $20 because they had to use the lift to inspect my new tires.Absolutely awful, start to finish.

Very nice employees! The mechanic that worked on my car explained the things wrong with it in detailed & never once talked down to me like other mechanics have in the past! That I absolutely loved! Thank you!!! I definitely recommend this place if you need work down to your car. They are very kind & considerate.

Opens at 7am. 7:34am and still not open with 5 customers still waiting.A few years back, took my vehicle to them because I had a screw in my tire, they replaced the wrong tire. When I pointed it out, they pulled the screw out of the tire and said it didnt need changed after all as the screw was just stuck in the groove and gave me my money back. Had it not have been the end of their workshift, they would have most likely have told me that it still needed replaced. The fact that they didnt notice the mistakenly replaced tire was good and were still going to charge me for replacement is very deceptive....doing repairs that arent necessary.

This has to be the worst experience I have had with Firestone here in Odenton, MD. I have a brand new 2019 VW Arteon and brought it to this location for a simple oil change that has turned out into a disaster. It was not even a week after my oil change and my car kept indicating that I have low oil. I checked the oil and there was completely NO oil in the car. I put a whole bottle of Synthetic oil in my car. The next morning all the oil was in the driveway from under my car. I brought my car back to Firestone for them to take a look at it and as they pulled the car into the garage a cloud of smoke blew out of my exhaust. As they were working on my car. The mechanic tells us that the person who was working on my car was new and is still in school. The mechanic was supposed to replace the drain plug for my vehicle after every oil change. However, the person who worked on my car used the same drain plug and 6 quarts of oil has leaked out my vehicle. Firestone let a brand new unlicensed mechanic to work on a new car, that went from a simple oil change to now a car that is not drivable and needing to be sent to the dealership, that possibly now has engine problems. Now we are currently out of a vehicle for the time being, but at LEAST they are providing us a rental car by tomorrow, HOPEFULLY! All I can advise is DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR!

Worst Experience at Firestone of my life. Had a routine appointment for my Lifetime Alignment that I get done every 10,000 miles. My appointment was at 9am got there at 8:45am after I checked in gave them the keys he then informed me that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours until it was complete. There is no sense that an alignment takes that long. Its now been 3.5 hours and they still havent done the job yet. Absolutely horrible service and sense of time.

Been using this location for over 10 years. Always great communication, ready on time and they dont try to oversell. Most recent visit was prompted by Jiffy Lube saying I had a valve cover gasket leaking. Not a super cheap job on my vehicle. Took it Firestone and they inspected and said it was an oil spill, no leak, no large bills. They have always been up front and honest, and have a customer for life with me.

I‘ve been a Firestone customer and card holder for over 6 years and I couldn’t have had a better experience than with Adrian and Vince. Vince pushed back his lunch to service my car which really meant a lot because I didn’t want to wait. Adrian was polite and at my service with a smile to bring in parts for my last minute service request. Everything was done within the hour! 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 Thank you guys for being the best!

Great service from Odenton Firestone once again. Weve used this location for almost 8 years and never been disappointed. Prices are extremely competitive and they stand by all their work. Ive always been able to get in when needed and they often have the car done early. They work incredibly hard, and often after hours. Tony was very helpful as well. Thanks again!

The pros: Clean establishment, friendly staff. No to the cons: Please be sure to verify the work they are performing at least twice before they do so. Had an appt for one day for tire delivery couldn’t find the tires delivered for the first 30 mins then once found told me I’d have to wait almost 2 hrs for install although I had an appt and arrived 30 mins before time. Secondly get a copy of Pre total of work order had 4 tires installed and an alignment $500. Crazy because I purchased the tires from tire rack all they were supposed to do was switch my old tires for the new ones there was no damage to the tpms system or tires just wanted a better brand. And placed my old tires in my trunk. My original quote over the phone was $88. I did add the alignment once at the shop because it was suggested if getting a new set to get an alignment in which was $85. So I was only looking at about $230 max for install and alignment instead I ended up with $500 and a headache/ stressful day and the start of contractions (37 weeks pregnant). I was there for about 2.5 hrs also had an appt. Once I got home I noticed my dealership had actually did my alignment lest than 6k miles at my previous oil change so again money down the drain. The staff member did attempt to make an adjustment returned $138 still DOES NOT add up to what was spent and included a free oil change which I won’t use because my dealership does all my oil changes free.

Thank you for always looking out for the ones I love who ride in the back of my cars, appreciate the support; hence, I drive to this location and only trust in you guys.

Where getting my wifes car services today at the Firestone in Odenton, one of the mechanics stole cash out of the glove comport; which was inside of a pouch. This is totally unexceptional we have have been customer of firestone for over 15hrs. Please be careful when visiting to get your car service. Dont think we will be back.

Never coming here again.I brought my car in for a simple tire patch. I was told no more than an hour to get the job done. I thought that was a little much for a simple tire patch but I decided to tough it out. While I was there, I noticed the car was sitting in the bay unattended a couple times. Finally after an hour and ten minutes I asked how much longer. The man at the desk went into the bay, returned and told me that they’re “finishing it up now”. 10 minuets later I see them raising the car to begin the patch job. I’m writing this review as I sit here in the lobby. I brought the car in at 8:55am. It’s now 10:42 and I’m still waiting.Edit: 25 minutes after starting the job, they tell me it’s done. So a job they told me would take an hour or so, took 25 minutes. I’ve been here for two hours. It took them an hour and a half just to start the job on my vehicle. I will never come here again.

The store is small but comfortable. Parking is tight but a adjacent parking lot is available; free. The staff works steady and professional. The staff explained any work needed to be performed for future service.The wait was long but was due to many customers. The price for 4 tires was reasonable.

There is a young lady that works at the counter who is very rude and would rather take care of her IRS issues on the phone rather than helping customers coming through the door. Everyone else was very professional and willing to help.

I was completely satisfied with the time it took to complete the lengthy list of repairs on my car and while the bill was high, the prices were fair. The Manager took the time to locate as many coupons and rebates that would help bring down the cost saving me nearly $500.The technician who was assigned to my vehicle stayed late into the night to complete the repairs so that I could pick up my car on time. The initial phone call with the these are the things you asked us to look at, this is what needs to be right now on this list, this is what can wait a few months information helped a great deal so I could budge for the repairs.My 12 year old Honda with 320k miles on it will last me a while longer with the care and attention of the Firestone Auto Care staff.

I had an issue with my wifes car after taking it here for an oil change. I brought it back the next day and they took a look at it. The shop manager, Adrian, was very professional and after looking at the issue, took care of it for me at no charge. The car needed to be left overnight so he even gave me a ride home. This experience has made me a customer for as long as live in the area. Its great to find an auto shop you feel you can trust.

So, I would have given them 4 stars, if I didnt have problems now. So, I called in on Friday last week to see if I could schedule an oil change for either that day or that weekend. They told me I could get it done that day if I could get there in half an hour. So that was good. The wait wasnt long and I got out relatively quickly. They did tell me that I needed the cabin filter replace, and I just let them do it because I just wanted to get things done. Overall it was a good experience, until this morning. My car was fine before going to see them, and this morning my car wouldnt start and the check engine light came on. Now, I have to get a tow truck to bring in my car to them again and get them to fix whatever problem they caused.

Two Sundays ago, I was driving down I-95 on my way home to North Carolina when I got a nail in my tire and it was losing pressure. Being a Sunday, I was worried I wouldnt be able to fine a place to fix it. I got off the interstate and found this Firestone. They looked at my tire but it couldnt be plugged or patched, I needed to put the spare on. The young man who helped me was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I believe his name was Mike. He put my spare on for me right there in the parking lot free of charge. He was courteous and very helpful. I was extremely impressed with the entire establishment. I dont live in the area but if I did I would take all my business to this Firestone. They saved the day as far as Im concerned! When I thanked the young man for all his help he simply said, thats what we are here for How great is that?!?

Worst experience ever! Most unprofessional people I have ever seen! I was on a tight schedule and needed to get a vehicle inspected before I could make the decision to buy it. I call them on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I went there from work during lunch and dropped the car thinking that they have more than enough time to do the inspection. He gave me a receipt and everything. I had to take an Uber to-and-back for dropping and picking up the vehicle, which seemed worth it considering I had no other option, time constraints, and I just wanted stuff done. But after keeping the vehicle there for 6 hours, I come back in the evening and go the main desk. The guy looks at me like what Honda as if I never dropped off the car. It was parked right outside and these guys had completely forgotten to do the inspection. I have never been more disappointed with a service before. I went there thinking that these guys have good reviews but I guess they get enough clients that they dont really care about the customers anymore. I just want to write this review hoping that they dont waste some other customers time and money like this again! Really disappointed!

Is THE most honest, professional mechanics Ive ever dealt with. always given utmost courtesy and prompt service. have used this Firestone for several years and on our second vehicle. will continue to use them. totally 100% satisfied. I would recommend this Firestone always.

Total scam, adding on overpriced parts and labor that you dont need. Crowded lobby, unorganized scheduling and very limited parking.

We called ahead and made an appointment. We were told our car should be ready in a few hours, but it took them all day to complete an oil change and tire rotation. We have received too many free oil changes due to poor service at this location.

Had a service done along with recommendations of brake services for my car. I took it to have a second opinion.Rotors And Serpentine belt were listed that needed to be replaced . I found those services wasnt needed in the first place, Im glad I got a second opinion and my services elsewhere with half of the price. Being a woman, always check other resources otherwise people can get over on you.

This is a rip-off mechanic shop. Went there for noise in my car engine, they charged me over $1000 for alternator and replacement. Even though they worked on the car, they still made me pay their $75 inspection fee. I asked them to check my headlight, they claimed the lights were in good condition but theyre not . I will definitely NOT recommend this location. If you most go there, compare parts prices before you give them a go ahead to work on your car.

My wife took the car to get an oil change and tire rotation recently. They told her the car really needed new brake pads and rotors so she asked that they please call me and explain the situation to me. The woman from Firestone told me that the brakes were long overdue for a change. She said that one side was so bad and over-used that it was completely gone and rubbing the back of the metal pad against the rotor for so long that it warped the rotor and it would also need to be replaced.I’ve trusted Firestone for a long time but I couldn’t afford their $900+ price for them to do it and I decided to do it myself. When I removed the tires I realized that she completely lied to me. The brake pads on both sides were only worn down to about 50% and still had a lot of use left. When brake pads get low they have a metal tab called a wear indicator that is made to let you know when to replace them... it’s nowhere near that. Both rotors were also in great shape and were nowhere close to warped or damaged.I’ve always heard rumors of mechanics trying to scam people or take advantage of women, but I’ve never witnessed it myself until now.

Came in at 643pm with a nail in my tire and I was over 25 miles from home. They close at 7pm. I was told, with an arrogant tone, that all I could do was drop it off for tomorrow as they already serviced the last car for today. Found another small local business on Google about 10 minutes away from this location who said come on in. They repaired it in less than 10 minutes.

Unprofessional managers! Especially the female who acted like a thug when I reminded her that I was a customer and demanded possession of my car. Following a MD safety vehicle, I told them I was going else where to get a second opinion, they put my vehicle back on the lift to try and document their enormous repair estimate. I had to call the corporate office to get my vehicle released. Unbelievable!!!!

They repaired my tire with minimal upsell attempts (you know they had to try something). Done in a reasonable amount of time.

Good overall prices, but be aware they only install parts that they sell you (no bringing your own). They ended up charging me more than they quoted me to replace break pads. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Ive been to this firestone a few times now and each time my experience was terrific. Friendly customer service, and quality work. There are also good rates available through Enterprise if you go through Firestone in case you need to leave your vehicle. I like being able to trust a mechanic with my vehicle and not be worried about getting screwed over.

Great service, great people. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I go 20 minutes out of my way to get my vehicle serviced here.

I have always loved the Firestone store in Annapolis but today they deserve 10 stars. The power in Annapolis went out while my truck was on the lift. It took 4 hours for the power to come back on and another hour for them to get their computers back on. I needed the truck back to go out of town the next day. They stayed open to get my ruck done and many other customers work done. I am here at 9pm picking up my truck. Also they had to deal with a squirrel nest in the truck with a mother and babies.

I have given this place a few times to redeem themselves. I guess that’s my fault as well. Regardless, every time it seems to get worse and worse. The customer service is sub par, don’t even bother making an appointment because your car won’t get seen in a reasonable amount of time and they definitely upcharge you any work that will need to be done to the car. This isn’t meant to scare anyone away, this is just a warning of what you could potentially be getting yourself into with this place.

No issues getting a tire repaired short notice on a Sunday afternoon. Firestone was professional and had very competitive pricing. Would recommend for a tire patch.

I have gone to this Firestone a couple times now for different things and I have had the BEST experiences with the employees there. They are all polite and friendly and have always been so willing to help. I would recommend this store to anyone needing maintenance for their vehicle. I cant say how much I have appreciated not being scammed or pressured to purchase unnecessary services. This place has been a great find for me and I intend to keep referring all of my friends here.

I was a very loyal customer to this location for well over 3years up until recently due to the negligence of this establishment and how it’s totally gone down hill. I never had issues up until recently and this issue was so huge that it’s put a sour taste in my mouth. One of the technicians destroyed my husband’s oil pan threading on his vehicle and told me that it’s something that just happens and told I would have to pay out of pocket for something they destroyed versus just fixing the issue they caused. I was quoted over $3000 to fix the issue and when I went to speak with the store manager he also wanted to speak to me like I was a woman that was incompetent as if I knew nothing about vehicles and didn’t try to fix the issue and I was giving him the opportunity to do so. Now that I’ve settled this with claims and everything is done on that end; I’m now officially done with this establishment all together. This store once was a great store but no longer is and I’m beyond upset to see it go down the toilet like it is. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere now that I’ve made others aware!

Ive taken all my vehicle to this firestone since 1994. They were good until recent two years ago. My last and final experience was them breaking a spark plug in my engine destroying my cylinder. Never use them for anything other than a tire plug or oil change. If you must.

The service here was terrible. This location just wasnt professional. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment and verified the time for an oil change. I arrived 15 min early but I didnt get seen until 45 minutes after the appointment time. If there erre no openings, he couldve said that, no harm no foul. I would ask the two upfront about when it maybe finish or a time frame, they looked in the bay and said hes working on it now without asking the technician for a time. The representatives at the front( one with dreads I think is Jamal and the other gentleman Adrian) joked and talked the whole time. They were talking about personal things while I was waiting at the front to ask a question. They played and joked on their phones without really being helpful. Management needs to pay attention to this.

Got tired awhile back that went pretty well. Went in to make an appointment about possible bad bearings. First thing he says is there is a sound diagnostic fee. Anytime I hear the word diagnostic fee, I think i am being treated less than honestly. Would be nice if I could find a basic schedule of pricing for different repairs, also.

Nationwide chain so their warranties are easy to use if youre traveling or you move frequently. They wouldnt do an alignment on my car even though they had the proper equipment (a 97 BMW doesnt require that special of equipment).

I came on a Saturday when they first opened. They had 13 cars in front of me that needed repairs. The manager saw my repair would be a quick tire plug and he got me in and out ahead of the other cars.

I made an appointment for tires online. When I showed up the next morning, they were ready for me. Tires were selected. There were no surprises and my car was ready by 1030. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service, honest above all!! Walked in for new tires and alignment and they said i did not need an alignment. Saved me money which they did not have to do. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

My go2 place even though it takes me 45 min to get here, the service is always great and most of the guys have great customer service. I would have given it a 5 if they had better/more parking.

These guys were great. Car battery died. The did the trouble shooting and installed a new battery quickly and they were all very nice all well.

Asking for my ID just bcz I wanted tires sounded like discrimination to me.

Called to get an appointment to replace a tire under warranty was told that a manager had to take care of this and would call back this afternoon I was assured it would be this afternoon! No call received when I called to check I was told the person I spoke to and the manager had left and there was no documentation of my call. On to another dealer.

Please if you love yourself or your car, just stay away from this auto repair or tire shop or whatever they call themselves. My experience with them was a very horrible one. First I will like to start with the job done. I needed to replace my front break pads. They advised that I replace the front rotors as Well. I agreed. They came back and advised that I replaced the rare break pads and rotors as well, so everything could be done once. They gave me a quote higher than my initial expectations ( and it was understandable because I agreed to other items that I never planned for). The dude I met gave me some 10% discount, saved the quote, and asked me to come another day for the repair work.Issues with work done.In less than 6 months, the car was in a worse state that it was before brining it in. I observe that upon breaking, the car vibrates. This car was never like that before, and vibration was never the issue when I. brought it in. In summary, all parts installed were junks. My wife primarily drives that car, but she didn’t inform me on time. By the time I eventually drove the car, I realized the messy state it was. I took it back to Firestone, parts have few weeks left on warranty. They only replaced the rare parts (break pads and rotors), and didn’t touch the front (where the vibration actually comes from). I mentioned this, and the technician said the front rotors/pads were out of warranty, meanwhile they are all originally replaced same day. I didn’t understand how one could be out of warranty before the other. I guess they didn’t want to do all those work, and not get paid since it was a returned job (under warranty). I just don’t trust them to touch my car anymore, so I moved on with my loss and regrets.Issues with payments.On the day these parts were actually replaced, there was this light skinned lady checking me out and she did not want to honor that discount. We went back and forth, until this other guy (dark, with dreadlocks, nice guy) stepped in as the witness to that discount and we moved on. That was the beginning of my issues with them. Due to the higher than anticipated quote, they offered me their Firestone Card, powered by Credit First National Association (CFNA). I was expected to pay in six installments. My initial bill was over $800, and at the point where my balance to down to $100, I missed payment by a day or so, and I got an interest charge or $50. I was so upset. Who pays $50 interest on a balance of $100? I understand, the credit and interest is charged by a third party company, but Firestone should do beyond just selling the card. They should do a better work or advising their customers regarding the pros and cons of using the card, and allow the customers to make the final call (decision).I’m currently removing all the junks they installed on my car at another shop, incurring expenses on same issues within a year. While at the waiting room of another repair shop, I recalled all the pains caused by Firestone, and became compelled to put this out there just to save others from making same mistakes.I could have recommended that others go there for just tires alone, but my friend who took is jaguar there for tire replacement considered them the biggest mistake he had ever made with his car. So I’m not sure of any other reason to refer anyone there.

I made an appointment to drop my car off to have new tires put on it at 2pm today. They had told me over the phone that it would take an hour. When my Fiance went to drop it off, he was told it wouldnt be done until 5-5:30pm. Kinda defeats the purpose of an appointment. I get off work at 5pm and had plans for the evening. At 5:40pm, they told him it would be done soon. At 6:27pm, the work was finally complete.I was really disappointed with the slowness of the service and the continuous inaccurate time estimates.

Very helpful front desk. They were willing to show me the problems they described in person prior to starting repair work. Honesty was refreshing.

4/5 hours into my business trip to Virginia, the power steering pump on my classic Volvo bit the dust. Luckily, I pulled off an exit that happened to have an Enterprise nearby. They gave me the name of Rob at the Firestone 15 minutes away. After we rented a car, my friend drove the Volvo and I followed him in the rental to Firestone. They were the only place open after 6:00 PM in the area. Rob was very friendly and the crew had the power steering pump replaced within 48 hours, a day ahead of our return trip. The final price was very reasonable. I was in a bind and they could easily have taken advantage of me if they werent honest. I highly suggest them.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in an auto repair shop . Great customer service . My car was serviced in a reasonable time and they charged fairly.

Be wary of this place. No matter what service you go in for, they will examine your car and offer to fix something else. I was in this establishment for over 4 hours and I noticed that they did this to every customer.

The gentleman @ the front desk(John?)was great & efficient. The location was clean.

I brought my car in for an alignment. At conclusion, I was told my car was ready and had to ask what was done to obtain further information. I found out hours later after I got home that a recommendation was made to replace some parts and not only was this verbally not disclosed, but the mechanic never came to discuss or explain this to me. Lastly, after having someone review the before and after alignment, they actually didnt fix anything. Some of the parameters which were within manufacturer spec limits actually got WORSE when they were done. Not worth the lifetime alignment because they know enough to be dangerous but dont have sophisticated knowledge or proper equipment to do a quality job. Grade: F

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went there for a simple brake job, they made a major $800 repair which was probably unnecessary, and their repair fell apart, requiring a rental car and a new repair. Months later I needed a $1200 brake repair because it was discovered that they never fixed the original problem. So, $2000 for what was originally a brake pad replacement. Then they called, insisting they left equipment in my car by mistake -- they wanted me to find it and return it.

Its no bad for oil change, tire rotation...

I dropped my honda off early to get 4 new tires put on and an allignment at 1230 and I didnt leave till after 6 pm. Thats ridiculous for something so simple and standard. Ill never go back here if I can help it.

Would just say watch yourself went there to get pricing on brakes ...they told me over a $1000.00 for brakes...asked me if I wanted a Firestone card which I declined....went somewhere else got the better service and everything done for that they said I needed for $350.00 ......

Clean waiting area!!! Hibiscus tea provided!!! Very courteous, listened and let us know how long the service would take and then it was sooner!!! On a Sunday!!!
