I had stopped by only to payoff 2 phones that I had recently purchased somewhere else but when I mentioned I wasnt quite happy with it, he sprung into action. He was very thorough, and helped her make the best decision for her. While we waited for her phone to transfer files, he helped me look into my plan. I really hate to do this but being a customer of Verizon for 14+ years, today was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I came into this location to get an understanding about the new commercial which was exchanging your 4g phone for a 5G because of having network issues for the last few weeks. The retailer named Emilio Pido looked at me and literally said nothing when I asked the question. I spoke again explaining my phone having issues working in app or having one bar anywhere I go. I know eventually I would have to move to 5G I wanted to know my options. He asked for my number and we sat in silence for 5-8 long minutes until he asked me so you want a new phone? Obviously I wanted see what my options were. I just told him I guess that’s what I’m going to do and asked for the latest IPhone. There was no explanation about ANYTHING about the new phone. We set in silence until he showed me where to sign. We talked nothing about the changes to my new bill, having the option to pay my activation fee now or having the option to use my upgrade or not. He showed me fees that I would have to pay for something I didn’t have knowledge he was doing and then explain his communication was off today. Luckily I needed a phone for a road trip I’m taking tomorrow I went through with the purchase. I know everyone have off days but today was totally unacceptable.

Well I came by to check if they could help me with my Galaxy A51 . It keeps rebooting it self . I dont know why its doing it .the other thing is that my last payment, they didnt give me my paper receipt. I do need it . At the same time I paid my phone bill will I was there.

My visit to Verizon was because my phone would not hold a charge.I pretty sure all I needed was a battery.I had to purchase a phone because they could not take the phone apart to replace the battery.They said it had to be sent out.I cannot be without my communication device so Verizon had me by the balls.I had no choice but to purchase a phone.Not happy about having this additional expense on my bill.My Samsung was paid off. So now I have a larger payment to make every month. I really think you should have a tech onsite to do these repairs. But I know why you dont. Ugh!! You wanna sell another phone. My phone was fine. All it needed was a new battery.However, Daryl Young the Wireless Consultant was very professional and very helpful in purchasing a phone that was affordable for me.Just want to thank you for making my purse strings much tighter. Maybe one day I can take a trip.
