Always so friendly! They are fast and give suggestions on drinks if needed. Way better than waiting in line forever at others in the area. Giant also has free venti progam after 5th one with giant card!

Hot drinks always makes me sick at this location, no matter how many times I go and the WHIP CREAM is like yellow and not as much as you would except, I’ve try like three Frappuccino’s on different weeks and is been the same.So as long as is a cold drink without whip cream is fine.Customer service is fantastic though.

Wasnt good at all. The service has changed at Starbucks overall. At this particular one, I was asking the associate a question about my receipt and he proceeded to point at me like I was a child. He realized his mistake and tried to pacify me by giving me a $3.00 gift card for a free drink. Totally rude when the drinks are more than $3.00. You are better off making your own coffee at home

This Starbucks has recently become one of my favorite go to spots, especially since its only around 5 minutes away from where i live.I honestly used to hate this starbucks but the staff has improved so much within the year and now I love it!!! Always friendly and make the best drinks!! So glad to see the improvement :)

My experience was awesome....I always get intimidated because I am not familiar with the lingo but Susan made me feel right at ease and even made the drink based on a description...will definitely be coming back

Love my green tea frappuccino with soy and whipped cream

Tables are dirty, floor needs sweepin, countertop should be wiped down with a bleaching agent added to 102 degrees of hot water .The staff is very friendly, but I find all store be it as it may should have a dedicated kitchen, trash, tabletop man,, ... all from your friendly neighborhood health department man .

The barista making the drinks was very rude. I watched an AA man tell her have a nice day and she pretended as if she did not hear him. I was further away and heard. He even stood there for a second waiting to be acknowledged. Then two white people when for their order and she was cheerful and engaged in conversation. I was next and I did not get acknowledged as well. I will be reporting this to a manager.

The service has deteriorated since it opened. Consistently running out of syrups/cups and closing 4 hours early because they cant maintain adequate staff to open the store. I wont be stopping here anymore which is too bad because of its convenient location.

This is one of the worst Starbucks stores I have been too. They consistently make the drinks overly sweet. Ive stopped here 4 times over the past 2 weeks and 2 of the drinks I have thrown away because they taste like Im drinking syrup.

I went there yesterday morning the place is nice, the cashier was great to the customers,keep the smile up.love my coffee.No matter what town am in.

I get coffee here every Saturday mornings for my self and co-workers. The staff is awesome, what I enjoy the most about this location. If your a regular and the staff sees you coming. Its like getting Starbucks in an express line.

Convenient enough. Doesnt operate the same as a standalone ⭐️💵s. Giant wants you to use their rewards system. Staff is largely new to the barista game but they are coming along. They likely wont have your peppermint marshmallow mochacino flavor of the week...but they got all the standard good stuff.

Just went in there to get a couple of coffees and the old guy behind the counter got smart with us for no reason and called management over. I think he has some kind of condition, but that is no excuse for that kind of behavior. The manager lady that came over was nice, but I really hope they get rid of this guy. While she was there he was saying things like he is not going to serve us anything. To which I replied, thats ok, I wouldnt drink anything he made at this point anyway lol. But no seriously Giant/Starbucks, time to get different staff back there please.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I has gone to this location twice and both occasions the lady that attended him was extremely rude. We rather drive to a further location.

This Starbucks is ALWAYS understaffed and super slow, especially during the busy mornings. How can you only have one person working during breakfast hours? The drinks are okay, but this is the worst service.
