I used this business a few times but was forced to abruptly stop getting my t-shirts printed at this shop based on the unprofessionalism and the games made by the owner of the shop and he still have my t-shirts at his shop and made no attempts to make sure that I receive the items I paid for. What a waste of time dealing with this shop. UGH.

I had a t-shirt project that was extremely difficult, I was turned away by several other silk screen companies. Mitchell was attentive and patient with my request. He was able to get my image created and printed. I appreciate his attention to detail. I will be returning for more orders in the near future.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service and professionalism is non existent. Waited WEEKS for my order but were quick to take my money and refuse a refund because “they already ordered my shirts”. It is obvious they do not know how to run a business.

Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Communicated with owner that sweatshirts were needed by a specific date and time and they assured me it would be. I arrived to pickup the order and the later part of the agreed upon pickup time and it was not ready. He hadnt prepared the image nor did they have the actual sweatshirts there to print on. They never communicated to me that there was an issue or that it would be late. Disappointing since I like supporting local small businesses over the large national companies.

This business was quick to start the process and take my money, but they did not follow through on the time line we discussed, they stopped answering my calls and emails, plus they changed the way I designed the colors to be. I had to stressfully find someone to help me get these picked up the day before my event because I was not available. They were suppose to be done way before. The times the business is open differ on google than what is on the building. After looking online, they seemed to have time to post photos of my shirts on facebook...but not answer my emails or pick up the phone. They wont get my business (or any from us at Ft. Meade / Air Force) again.

I wish I had read all the he reviews. I would not have done business with this company. I hope the owner learns from past mistakes. My experience was heartbreaking. If you are on a schedule I. strongly advise you to look elsewhere. It would take a certain type of person to say “I messed up” let me make this right”. Over 25 shirts for my family did not stand up to the first wash. My advice to the owner—/don’t bite off more than you can chew, don’t make excuses for missing deadlines, make sure your customer is fully aware of all total costs before they pick up the shirts, and be a man of your word. I was given a specific date and time that my shirts will be ready and they weren’t I came to the shop, the sign said open it was closed. I called several times and did not get answers to all my calls. I got excuse after excuse after excuse. I thought about taking this owner to court then I thought about the bigger picture. I said this is a young black man starting a business and I don’t want to be the one that brings him down. I want to be the one that brings to his attention that there is a right way of doing things and wrong way and there is no wrong way to do a right thing. I hope he becomes more organized and applies the golden rule to his business practice. He is at a crossroad, I pray he takes the right path.

Do not do business with T Shirt Guys!!! The owner Mitchell Ward is dishonest, very unprofessional and a terrible business owner. I ordered a certain amount of shirts. He only gave me half the order the night before my big event and still has yet to refund me money. My coworker also ordered shirts and received all the shirts, but they were poor quality and the image leaked down the shirts. I have posted a picture for your viewing. His prices are cheap, but for very good reason...lesson learned: just pay more for good quality and professional services!

Not sure why there is such a mix of reviews on t shirt guy. I compared this local business to a big online retailer for custom jerseys and this one man show delivered service they could not. Instead of dealing with people just trying to get a paycheck, why not deal with someone who has a passion for printing? Couldnt be happier with the jerseys & service received.Will refer.

We The People (WTP) Apparel, a veteran owned online apparel store, was awarded an incredible opportunity to sell a new line of custom shirts to a local seafood chain restaurant in Maryland. The buyer agreed to buy and promote 50 shirts (6 different designs) in one of its local restaurants. If sells were successful, the customer would stock the remaining stores with our product. This particular design was inspired by local Maryland crab lovers, so we felt it was important to use a local print shop for the job to bring business back to the community. I met the owner of T-Shirt Guys PrintShop on August 18, 2016, to describe the order and our time frame. The plan was to place an order for twelve shirts per design (72 total) at $6.50/shirt.The first RED FLAG was an invoice that was much higher than expected. The owner failed to mention that the price for the screen is passed on to the buyer which elevated the price to $11.00/shirt. I inquired with the owner and he kindly explained the invoice. I received an email stating “Would like to order shirts today to ensure your September 1st Deadline,” so on August 22, 2016, I paid in full to initiate the transaction. On Sept 1st I arrived at the shop to be notified that my order was incomplete. The owner had yet to begin printing my order. September 2nd rolled by and it was the same story. At this point, my customer was growing unsure of my reliability and concerned about selling T-shirts in Sept. The owner promised me the order would be complete on Sep 3rd. I arrived at the Odenton shop only to discover the order was partially complete. The owner was yet to print twelve shirts (1 design). Once again, the owner said he would have the order ready on Sept 7th. I took delivery of the completed shirts and delivered them to a disappointed customer.Today, (Sep 8th) I visited the shop to pick up the remaining shirts. The owner informed me that they were not ready. I explained to the owner that the transaction with the customer was complete using the finished shirts. Since he had not begun printing the remaining twelve shirts, and I requested a refund. He agreed to refund the shirts but explained that he would not refund the screens since they were already burned to my design. I explained that I am not responsible for his delay, and it was unfair to charge me for any product (including the screen) that I did not receive. He proclaimed “That’s not going to happen.” I responded with “No worries,” and left the shop. WTP Apparel will absorb the financial loss and not attempt to recover the funds or the product. Warning!! Please be aware if you are considering purchasing services from this vendor. T-Shirt Guys PrintShop practice inadequate request and fulfillment policies and procedures, displays poor performance in meeting milestones and scheduled deliveries, and provide customer service that is unbecoming of a professional.
