Don’t go here for any pre-designed sundaes (like a banana split or one of their layered sundaes) because even though they are on the BR website (& in the case of the banana split still on the store’s menu board), they don’t offer them anymore. Just some kiddie ones and the boring sundaes with a sauce and whipped cream. Won’t be back. And I’ll take my Dunkin’ business to another location as well.

Dunkin ... Baskin Robbins.. same thing. They never get the order right. I just sat there in the drivethru as they argued with me about whether or not I put an order in, and then when they were arguing they didnt put my order in that I also was getting at the drive through.

Didnt get what we ordered but was still yummy. We had breakfast sandwiches

The customer service is always excellent and the are very friendly!

Okay for donuts, coffee, and hasbrowns. (Although they gave me a completely wrong donut order once via drive through). I don’t suggest venturing any further than that. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake, got a Cookies-n-cream shake, which was the consistency of a glass of milk with ground Oreos soaked in it. Employees swore it was in fact a chocolate Chip Cookie Dough shake, instead of just correcting it. If your order is wrong, just take it with you and save yourself some time and grief.

This place is a Dunkin Donuts Bask in Robins combo. It is a nice neighborhood ice cream/coffee shop but the many employees dont seem to be well trained. Coffee is hit or miss. Make sure u taste ur coffee before u leave.

This place is in the same shop as the Dunkin Donuts, so, as with my review of that place, Ill say that the staff are incredibly friendly, the place is clean with a good atmosphere. The ice cream, of course, is good.
