This was a complete and total nightmare!!Read the Yelp reviews too.The only thing that went “well” was making the initial payment. The staff are rude!! The “managers” irritated me so bad to had to hang up the phone, it practically became a shouting match. They accept ZERO responsibility regarding the poor and damaged product they produce. I received collection calls regarding the balance that was due BEFORE the installation was completed. This was a situation where I was tempted to remove the fence and return it the manager. They NEVER call back when they say they will.The workmanship is atrocious. The installers tried to force me to sign the work order saying installation was completed. The company had to return to my home over 15 times over the course of 13 months. There were several visits where the “new” materials were unable to be installed because it was more damaged than the materials that were already installed (see pics). It was so bad that some of the installers refused to do anything as THEY were embarrassed about the product they were supposed to install.I was threatened with legal action if payment wasn’t made. My attorney advised that it would be cheaper to pay the balance that was due and less of a headache than it would be for her to take the case and win (which would have been a piece of cake).One of the installation crews had the audacity to give me a can of spray paint (“per her manager”) to touch up the posts. They left trash in both my neighbors yards as well as mine. The trash included portions of cuts posts that were 12-18 inches long, bolts, nuts, links, shrink wrap and paper. One crew used MY trash can to mix cement!!!Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!

Long Fence was very Informative and made purchasing a fence, super easy! Their price was WELL below the competition. I was contacted once the materials were in and scheduled the installation. The installation was complete in less than 6 hours. The contractors were very courteous and cleaned up the job site when finished. I would highly recommend long Fence!

We contracted Long Fence in Odenton, MD to install a back yard paver patio. Our sales consultant, Dan Petro, was great. Dan was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating of our various requests. Our installer, Jon Belcea was awesome! Jon arrived on time, worked in the rain, and installed our patio in 3 days, by himself. We couldnt be more pleased with our patio. Jon was the ultimate craftsman and professional. He worked almost non-stop, cleaned up after himself daily, and overall, just did an amazing job. We are so thankful that we chose Long Fence for our paver patio install, and cant wait to start our next project, with Long Fence, to screen in our existing deck.

I most certainly would not recommend Long Fence to anyone and heres why:I had LF come out to my property on April 30th to give me an estimate for a 48h paddock Fence. Steve quoted us $5,700 and an 8-10 wk lead time for install. A little over our budget and just a few weeks over our time line my husband and I decided to sign a contract with LF with the idea that I was leaving our project in the hands of professionals.I was so wrong. 10 wks went by & I had zero communication with LF. I called & left several messages with Mike and Berry as well as reaching out to Donna & Steve, the original sales person who quoted us the job.By wk 12 I finally heard back from Mike. He told me he just got our materials & would schedule us for install. He told us due to COVID our materials were backorder and thats why we havent received our fence. I was so irritated that I hadnt received any communication as to the status of materials. I could of suggested changing materials or changing companies who could meet the contractual quoted lead times.Mike told me at this time that my install would be 3 wks out, 15 wks from our order date.Then the night before our install Mike called me & told me that the crew would not be able to install my fence because they didnt finish their job from the day, so we were pushed another week, 16 wks after our order.Finally at 16 wks the crew came out to install my fence. I then understood why they cant complete a job in a day, they didnt should up until after 11a. They put the fence in the wrong location, our gates werent operable, a part of our fence is totally crooked, piles of dirt were scattered all over our yard, and our gutter drains were removed and just tossed in the yard.I called Mike to tell him the issues with our install & that I still havent received a call back from Berry after leaving numerous messages.A field person, Mark did come out within a few days & documented all of the issues. I also told him that I had been trying to contact Berry to no avail.By wk 16 I FINALLY got a call back from Berry after leaving him messages for 3 wks! I requested a credit back for the delays & zero communication regarding my project & that now our fence is incorrect and inoperable. Two weeks after our install Berry called me back & told me that he could offer me a 10% credit and that he also drove past our house and said that the fence, didnt look horrendous and that its not the crews responsibility as to where to place the fence.Then please tell me what the contract, drawings, land survey, and tape measure was for? I was livid! I had my husband call Berry back because at this point I could only see red. He got on the phone with my husband & told him that he wasnt on the contract so didnt need to talk to him. 😤 10% doesnt even begin to touch the expenses and irritation that using Long Fence for this project has costs us. (We cannot complete the second phase of our interior renovation without a shed which we cant place until our fence is moved).At 19 wks, 3 wks after our install Mike finally called me to schedule the corrections to our fence, scheduled date - an additional 3 wks!So at 25 wks the day of our fence repair, we were called & told our fence would not be fixed that day, the crew scheduled was no longer available. So we yet again got another date, 3 more days. The crew got there & didnt have all the materials to correct the fence.So we were rescheduled yet again. So finally at 26 or 27 wks (Ive lost count) a competent crew finally showed up on time, ripped the whole thing down and rebuilt the fence. And yes, it finally looks like a fence built by professionals.I am just so upset that I trusted LF with my business. Ive paid for a service, quality, and time line that I will never receive, even if my fence is now fixed. A five month headache where no one could ever find the time to give me proper customer service, but wouldnt you know accounts payable found the time to call me the very next day to collect payment.

Amazing price, great quality, professional installationOnly negative thing is the time frame, you need to be patient and not in a hurry to get the fence. Other than that I highly recommend them.We love our fence and have had many stop by and ask about it.

We were very satisfied with the sales representative. He was thorough and answered all additional questions.The wait was quite long wait to have the fenced installed, apparently due to supply chain issues and the Covid-19 pandemic, approximately 4 months.The installation crew was professional and hard working; however, after they left we noticed that the double gate had a large gap between the bottom and the ground, such that our dog was able to get out. Additionally, on close inspection we found some minor issues that lower our impression of the work product. For example, the screw for one of the gate latches pokes through the side of the wood, versus going straight in, and some of the posts that anchor the gates are crooked and not flush with the fence posts.

We love our new fence. They were polite, fast and very receptive to requests.This is our 2nd fence by Long Fence and the quality cannot be beat. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jan and I could not be happier with the Long Fence repair. Ours is an older fence that needed maintenance. It was a difficult location: not a lot of space and right next to my bee hives. The Long Fence crew, Erix J. Ceron and Marvin Martinez, arrived on time, donned a bee suit (just to be safe), and were super efficient: they finished a demanding job in just over two hours. It looks great. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The installation team was prompt, thorough, and neat during their work. They even hosed off my driveway upon completion. However, my fencing project had a challenging situation: my driveway has a curb on only one side. After a few days with the new fence, I became concerned that my dog would be able to escape through the large gap left such that the gate could open over the curb. I contacted customer service, and a company representative, Henry, met with me to determine a solution for the gap. I want to particularly share my praises of Henrys communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. He created a custom piece for my fence that fixes the gap. This custom piece is both aesthetically pleasing and addresses the problem. I am very grateful to Long Fence and their representative, Henry, who gave me outstanding customer service.

We were originally scheduled for installation on June 22 but unfortunately got rained out that day. Walter let us know that his crew would be able to install our fence for us that Friday the 25th. The crew showed up early morning, got everything done for us by early afternoon and it looks fantastic! We absolutely love it, makes our backyard look so much better. Our new puppy loves being able to run around outside in the privacy of our yard. Thank you guys so much, we greatly appreciate all your help!

The only issue we had is that it took so long to get the product. We know there were delays due to covid but they had canceled our original order when we added another section of fencing to the order instead of getting us what we could first. disappointing it took 9 months! Love the fence though. They did a great job and it looks amazing.

I had called Long Fence to get a price on having a fence installed. The rep vs came out I picked out the style I wanted. She drew up the contract and I sent 1/3 of the payment. She told me someone from the installation department would call me with the installation date. Three weeks passed and no call. I called the rep to get some answers and she told it was out of her hands. I found the number for the installation supervisor and he said he didn’t have any paper work and he would call me back. That was 6 weeks ago and he still has not called. Long Fence is a fraud.

We have used Longfence several times for our business. The Office team is very responsive and the field team is always very respectful, on time and have great workmanship. Their prices have beat out the other bids every time.

The initial installation was to be done on July 6th but there was issue with one the guys that did the work became sick. I spoke to WalterDalton, the Commercial/Residential Installation Manager and we rescheduled for Saturday morning on July 10th. The installation crew was here and they went directly to work. I offered them water or anything and they said they were fine. The installation crew completed the job in a little over 2 hours. They showed me how to lock the gate and gave me keys. They did a fantastic job and I was highly pleased. If I decide to get a deck, I will call Long Fence again. Great Job!!!!!

Donna kept in touch with me with updates until Install was scheduled. It was rained out day of install. Though they were clear with me from the get go on weather policies this still put me in a predicament with two large dogs, a removed existing fence and a weekend backyard party planned. The Installation Manager, Mike Patterson, stayed in contact with me and expedited a resolution having my install done the next morning. The crew was awesome. I contracted Long to replace an old wooden deck. The contract stated it would be a three day project. To me, that meant that if they started on a Monday it would be finished on Wednesday. It was started on a Mon. and it was completed on a Wed. 59 DAYS LATER. The workmanship seems fine but communication was terrible. If you sign a contract with them you should have a completion date listed.

Well, because of the pandemic it was a little wait however it was all worth in the end. The job was executed in a professional and timely manner once I was scheduled for the installation, they were great I recommend their service to anyone.

There are two companies that do most of the fence work in my neighborhood, Long Fence being one of them. Although they were more expensive we decided to go with them since the sales rep insisted they were superior in quality. He said since they do so many fences in the neighborhood he knew exactly what we needed. We signed the contract and were very excited to get our new fence.Please see the first picture. Its a good thing my neighbor was home to send me that while it was being framed up asking me what he did to upset me. With the fence they had started to build, it was as if they were auditioning to get the contract for the Mexican border wall. Not only would the fence at that height been a complete eye sore, but would have violated our home owners association. Every single home in my neighborhood (over 200 homes) all have 5 ft fences. Why they thought it was appropriate to put in a Robinson Crusoe fort complete with watchtower, I dont know. So my wife left work and raced home to let the workers know they need to stop their progress because this is not right. They informed her that they could not take any direction from her and it would need to come from the back office. So after a 2 hour delay they got the authorization they needed and starting building at the shorter height.Now is the part that is most frustrating. I was so excited to come home and see my new fence that I just paid over 2 grand for. Before I even walked onto my patio I could see through my back door that it was slanted. HEAVILY SLANTED. Carpentry 101 is framing everything LEVEL and building off of that. I used my level all along the entire length on the fence and the reading is the same at every point as you can see in the picture - completely lopsided. My level is accurate. Instead of enjoying a new fence I just get frustrated every time I see what an eyesore it is. The comical part of all this? The only part of the fence thats level is the logo that they put on it, which just accentuates how slanted it is. Congrats, youre advertising what a terrible job you did.

Great quality fence. Poor customer service. Also be sure to verify your property lines, the company will not. They will then deny all responsibility for location of fence. I got my fence installed 5 years ago and due to recent revelations I felt it was time to leave a review. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Deck Post and Railing,I would like to share this fraudulent scam conjured up by Long Fence. Sept 2019, my original  contract written with Long Fence for : (28) 4x4 wood post Nd vinyl railing, and two steps with specific measurements built to accommodate my crippled son, tree floor boards furnished for the steps by homeowner, on my two tier deck. Garunteed professional install to be completed within one to two days, and 20% off, 15 months interest free. Long provided no one to read, explain,review, or take questions from me before signing. I was accused of having a credit card, but I never received one.You are long realized without a scam to modify the install this almost $8000 contract slips away. Their scam :  To use steel post made for concrete, wherever wood could not be used. The 2nd contract was written incorrectly, and inflated, by a couple $1000. Without any knowledge mention, or authorization of the steel post they were brought to the job site concealed. Long refused to get a building permit, or to build according to county code.A week later during my post job walked through the salesman revealed to me and my witness his red faced temper, And began to insult me, and admitted modifying was necessary to land the contract because he  claimed he wanted to help me get my deck done. My 1st salesman is alive and well and remains an employee with long.Installers were amateurs, and napped, rude, unprofessional and use trash material from a previous job on my house, stole my left over trek sports, and my copy of the original contract. Killed my weeping cherry tree by wiping lobs of caulking on the tree and grass.Fence / GatesDuring this contract for the post I had made a contract for replacements of 3 gates and all the top rails of my fence installed by long about 34 years ago. The long fence installers called called Mike Ritter to see if my gates were ready for install. The installer called me and relayed ritters response to me as follows They are ready come up but we are going to hold up the install until she agrees to sign off on the deck as a 100% acceptable. I refused to allow long films to bribe me right after they had committed fraud against me. I refused!  Then  long  Fence refused to return my $695 down payment. I had to convince them we were going to court and there was no going back to defense contract. Long since finally refunded my down payment in full.Without money to hire an attorney my claim has been at Maryland home improvement commission for almost 2 years awaiting a hearing. I am 76 years old, widowed, and on a fixed income, aint a gravely ill son, I suffer with stress strokes.But, the recent total loss of my car is just that an: accident.  But the long fence ordeal is a purpose audulent scan to commit outer abuse, targeting seniors, the weak, and afflicted that are without help, or laws to protect them. It is my opinion the long fence is an unconsciable company. I pray that the public will continue to post and continue to expose companies like longfans that divert others from their scams, until they meet their financial demise.

We decided to get a higher fence because our new rescue dog could jump over our little fence. We signed a contract in December 2020 for vynal fence. On March 24 2021 amended contract for wood thinking that wood would be easier to get. Salesman lost contract then lied about it. May 18th I was promised the higher fence would be installed June 2. 6 months later. Well tonight we lost our dog when he jumped the fence.

Signed a contract November 14, 2020. Writing this on March 23, 2021. Still no fence. My wife and I have called SEVERAL times beyond the approximate work to begin time frame of 10-12 weeks and left messages on Donna Davids voicemail. When we called to check on the status after 12 weeks (because nobody had contacted us) we were told that it could be 2-3 more weeks. Since then the replies to our voice messages have stopped. We are 16 weeks into this ordeal. And Im now contemplating contacting a lawyer.

Horrible. I had scheduled a date and time to get an estimate on a fence repair on my property. The man could NOT make the date and time that we set, so he asked can he just come to the property alone because he didnt need me there to gain access to the fence. He came to do the estimate, but NEVER reached out to me to tell how much it would be, or my other options for the fence. I waited over a week to call THEM back. She gave me the guy number that did my estimate and I called him. He didnt answer, so I left a voicemail with my contact info. Over a month later, the man STILL has never called me back to give me the estimate. Horrible customer service!!!

I would like to thank Long Fence for installing my al white vinyl privacy fence. Although, it took a little over a month to complete the installation (due to COVID19), they did a great job. Im really hoping to be able to update this with a beautiful turn around but wabted to put this out here for folks that may be in the market. If youre not flexible, or looking to get work done in any kind of timeframe, go elsewhere.Good Afternoon,Ive been working with Mike and while I dont blame Mike and hes been nothing but apologetic, Im feeling incredibly disrespected.I originally signed a contract with on March 24. I was told the fence would be installed within 6-8 weeks. Started making summer plans and uprooting plants. A few days later I got a call about the permit and another saying it was processed and to expect a call from a scheduler.That call never came.On May 30 I called Long Fence myself. I was scheduled for June 10. Another two weeks. That day we had thunderstorms. Mike said hed call to reschedule. He didnt. I called him. I was rescheduled for June 17. The soonest they could get me in. On the 17th the crew leader had food poisoning. We rescheduled for Saturday, the 19th. I waited all day yesterday. No one called. No one came. I called Long Fence, Mike, the corporate office and finally was able to speak to the sale agent from March. At 4:30 Mike finally called to say they werent coming but would be here at 10:30 Sunday (today). They did not come. Mike said he tried calling the crew but got no answer. Im to be rescheduled again tomorrow, maybe. I have a feeling that itll be me calling again.I feel like Ive been beyond patient. In addition to the disrespect and frustrations, I now have serious concerns about the professionalism of the crews. Obviously they cannot be reliably scheduled. How am I as a customer to believe that they will produce quality work? Is my project going to be rushed as they squeeze me in?I write this to say that I do expect a call tomorrow, I do expect this to be rescheduled by the end of this week, I do expect it to be completed diligently and professionally by a prompt crew. I honestly cant believe that this message has to be written but my experience so far makes me wonder if my expectations are too high.

The entire crew was courteous and professional. The work was expertly done and attractive. Job well done.

This is my second project with long fence. I used them when had my private fence installed. This time i will be having my front porch railings replaced.

Absolutely loves the quality of their work

We signed the contract end of January 2021. We were told to expect an end of March, beginning of April start date. This was perfect for our timing. It was installed on May 8th... They lost our paperwork (but not the 93% we paid up front - our mistake) and we were nowhere on their radar until WE called THEM. Then came installation day... the professional sales team you deal with until the day of installation is NOT who shows up. They subcontracted the work to 3 guys in a truck with a handmade sign on the side. Ok - not a big deal, we all have to start somewhere.But then, the fence was put in the WRONG PLACE!! I literally left for work that day screaming 80 feet!! to my husband as I drove away. The fence was to be installed a clean 80 feet on each side, which is more indicative of our actual property boundary. It was gaining us additional square footage. However, the installers put the fence right back in the same place as the old fence. We reminded them the day of that the fence would be LONGER. They had a clear drawing with measurements. However, they didnt even have a tape measure that was longer than 16ft! (Not that they measured or planned anything ahead of time). They borrowed OUR tools to do their job. Now, there is an ugly addition to the end of the fence to fix their screw-up. Nice 8-10ft sections, then BAM - an ugly 4ft extension piece.Additionally:1. Not a single pole is plumb, only 3 out of 20 were concreted into the ground - direct quote from their own Superintendent.2. There was no Long Fence representative on site the day of installation, as promised.3. The purpose of the fence was pet containment, yet there are areas where a full grown adult can crawl under the fence (i.e. - not run to grade, AS PROMISED). We were told we were going overboard with the materials we wanted (and paid for), because the SOLE purpose was animal containment, yet we still cannot let our dogs run freely.4. They missed several areas where you attach the mesh to the top rail with the twisty metal things. They even missed attaching part of the Long Fence sign you agree to have hung on the fence, LOL. Likely because their screw-up on placing the fence in the wrong location cost them 3 hours and it was sold as a one-day job. So, to make up that time, they rushed the rest of the job.5. We were told they would arrive around 10:30am. They showed up at 8:00am. Mad dash to get the dogs out, then re-contained, and ourselves out of their way. Its ok though, they have this huge saw that just cut right through all the bungees we were using to maintain a contained yard while we waited 5 months for the new fence (thats sarcasm... they didnt consider we might actually WANT to keep any of the bungees we had to purchase due to the damaged fence). We ran around pulling as many as we could before they started. Again, we thought we had at least another hour to let the dogs run before disassembling the old fence.6. Clean-up? What clean-up? Im still picking up pieces of sharp metal from my yard AND the neighbors yard. Again - PET CONTAINMENT... therefore, I dont want sharp pieces of metal lying around. They also cleaned their cement buckets out in the neighbors grass (large chunks of cement in our neighbors yard that we had to clean-up).7. When we called the SAME DAY to complain about everything, it wasnt taken seriously. Were still waiting for Long Fence to give a damn. Which is fine, because the longer we have to sit and stew, the more things wrong we will find... theres soooo much more, but Character Limit ExceededThe official Service Report states Re-do Job Required. The crew spent approx. 56 minutes then left saying This job is too big. The only way to fix is to completely redo. Well. Duh, thats what you were there to do. ANOTHER day off work wasted and still NO FENCE! The crew reported they fixed everything, and Mike Patterson of Long Fence in Odenton is satisfied with those lies and is no longer interested in fulfilling the contract. Therefore, we are now forced to file an MHIC Complaint and involve lawyers.

*see update below. Good fence, but they dont care about your property and dont make it right. 2 stars because the fence itself is good quality work. Like I said, they didnt clean up well and destroyed a number of our landscape plants. Instead of making it right, they hid behind a very broad clause in the contract which was never highlighted even though anyone could see the landscape plants amd easily avoid them. Heres the clause: Buyer is solely responsible for transplanting shrubs or other vegetation with five feet of the proposed fence line or fifteen feet of any portion of the proposed deck/patio that are intended to be unaffected by the performance of the work. In other words, they can do whatever they want to your property 5 on either side of fence with no restitution. UPDATE: After posting this review and filing a claim with my credit card, the company reached out to me to fix the issue. It has been resolved. I am still disappointed with the guys not cleaning up and being more careful, but at least they resolved the biggest problem (not being more careful with easily identifiable landscape plants that were not in the way of the fence).

I called on 5/11/2021 was told that someone will call me back to set an appointment for Fence repairs. After not getting a call back I called again on 05/12/2021 and was transferred to Bill Crones voicemail, So I left another message. On 05/13/2021 I called Again spoke to the rep and complained about no one calling me back. SMH I was then transferred to Bill Crones voicemail Message. Needless to say at this point whats the point on continuing to call. I will take my commercial business elsewhere.

We just had a 4’ privacy fence installed in our back yard by Long Fence. We were very pleased with every step of this process from the price quote to the installation. The quality of the fence is even better than we anticipated. And it looks amazing. The crew that did the install were friendly and professional. I initially asked LongFence (LF) to come out to fix the sway in my older deck. The sales rep decided that adding some structural support would fix the issue and unfortunately it did not. However, after speaking with LF, they quickly had a team back out to review the problem and on the second-go-round, did alleviate the swaying. I want to thank Mike Ritter for his responsiveness and Saul for doing such a great job on the 2nd effort. I would highly recommend LF from here on out.

I’m shocked to read the bad reviews here because my experience has been the complete opposite. Dan P. was the sales rep that I worked with and he was amazing. He was patient when I needed time to work through issues before I was ready, never once pushing about signing a contract. Every qualm I had and “what-if” was met with the answer I needed to hear so it was a no-brainer to sign a contract with Long Fence over another competitor. Long Fence gave me realistic and accurate estimates of each step of the process and the project started and finished in 2 days (for 450 linear feet of fence). The quality looks great. My wife and I are very happy how it turned out.

I am currently going through the process of getting my tub replace and I am loving the experience from Shaquille and Mike. They are very knowledgeable and made the process for us very easy. We will definitely refer to anyone that is looking to change their tub.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were able to get quick turnaround with scheduling an estimate for a 5 foot wood privacy fence from our salesman (Tom Corey). After signing the paperwork, our installation manager (Walter Dalton) went above in beyond in making sure everything ran smoothly throughout and also ensuring not only our satisfaction with the finished product, but also that of neighbors who were impacted by the install. The installation was able to be scheduled faster than we imagined, and the team who did the install were also great.

Long Fence did a fabulous job. My fence is gorgeous. Carlos, the site manager and his crew was fast, accurate and professional. The fence line is straight as an arrow and the wood is a nice quality without knots, holes or warped. The only issue was how long it took for the company to process the contract until installation time. Otherwise, I couldnt be more pleased.

The install crew was great they did a wonderful job and very fast. The reason I give 3 stars is cause it took 2 weeks longer then they estimate just for long fence to get permits and materials.

Not good i been waiting on material for almost 2 month. When i first order I was told 2-3 weeks. Had to give customer money back and tell him to hold on another week.

Their customer service is excellent! Mike answered and responded to all of my calls promptly and got my fence built in a day. They even came back to adjust the door for me.

The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. And work they did! Efficient, organized, careful, smart. There was a slight misunderstanding about the location of the top and bottom boards on my Paddock style fence. The top and bottom boards for maybe four sections had been installed when I saw it. They cheerfully undid and redid the work and kept going.This was the Rigoburto crew. If you get them on your job youll be happy.My biggest surprise was the cleanup. I had expected to have small piles of dirt where they dug the post holes. Instead, they did a pretty good job of removing the dirt. They asked where they could dump it. I had a location for that. Im not sure what they would have done had I not had such a location.To summarize: Great Job. Satisfied Customer.

I am very disappointed with Long Fence and how they handle their business. I wanted to use Long Fence service to have a fence and deck put on my house but communication with them was terrible! I didn’t receive updates as to what was going on unless I called them. Things were taking longer than expect on their end; you would think being such a large company who has been around for years would at least keep their customers informed and updated but NOPE. I can promise you guys one thing about this experience with Long Fence, I will never recommend anyone to use their service!

They installed a paver patio a pony wall. Did an excellent job this is my second time using them.

Recently had Long Fence do a complete design and install of a deck in Annapolis. The deck is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The contractor who did the install was terrific, was here as scheduled and answered any questions we had along the way which was important to us. Customer Service was terrific and 100% responsive. I never thought that I would get excited about a fence,but my new project to erect a 200 ft. fenceturned out so much better than I had envisioned. It looks awesome. The 6x6 posts make the fencelook so strong and formidable. Crisp,clean and very straight and level make this 200 ft. span lookmajestic. Looks great from the inside as well as the outside. I had 110 feet of shadow box fencing installed and it was a two day job with three workmen. They were fast, efficient and responsive to my work requests. As this was my first time purchasing a fence, Long Fence did a great job of explaining all my options. They were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They even helped out with getting my fence approved through our HOA. On the day of the install, they showed up on time and completed the entire project in a day. A guy visited the other day without a mask on. Not only we felt uncomfortable talking close but it was also unprofessional on their part. Measured the property with his steps and gave an estimate on spot. Asked about a 20 percent discount that Long Fence advertised and was told that the a bigger discount was already applied. Unprofessional all the way.

Quality fencing and labor performed. However, it took several months to receive the fencing. We were told that the delay was due to the pandemic.

We replaced a crumbling wooden fence with an awesome aluminum Long Fence for a pool surround, and it makes a world of difference! Where before we could only look at rotting wood, we can now see our entire yard at once! The experience from beginning to end was seamless and painless. I had Long Fence replace my previous 25+ year-old split rail fence that surrounds our 1/3 acre back yard in Columbia, Maryland. Included two gates and wire mesh inside the whole perimeter. They did an absolutely fabulous job! My wife commented that it actually feels like a large new ROOM was added to the property. The installation crew really went the extra mile on every detail and worked themselves to the bone to make everything perfect. From negotiating the initial contract agreement, to having Miss Utility come out in advance, to job completion, to final payment handling by Long Fence main office personnel, every aspect was exceptionally professional and efficient. Long Fence has installed beautiful porch and stair rails at my home, I love the final product!
