The owner of this store is the sweetest!!!!! And every time I’ve been there prior, everyone has always been personable, helpful, efficient… all the good things. But this last time I was there yesterday, that was the trip that really required a review. I was with a small group of loud disorganized moms, we needed something notarized, ASAP, and we were a mess. The owner was there and he helped us with everything, chuckled at all our nonsense, and insisted on posting our bingo flyer in his business, he may even show up to our event. We definitely invited him because he was hilarious, personable, and just a good human.

They are very fast and accommodating. Willing to help.

Just had a fantastic experience. They served me hand and foot to get all my stuff boxed, labeled and shipped in a warm and also professional way. I felt like a queen! That was not an experience I expected at a UPS store. Five stars!

I have been going to this store for over 10 years. The owners and staff were great - friendly, personable, helpful. Store must have been sold since Christmas 2020, the last time I was in there. Staff is not friendly and not very knowledgeable about how to do things. Three employees were in the store with three customers. We had to wait for the only one working. The gentleman finally started helping me and then it took 15 minutes to process a transaction that normally takes 3 minutes with previous owners. Will never go back.

The customer service here is better than excellent! I came in with 2 Amazon returns today. I thought that I had saved the return information right before I walked in but I could not find it.The wonderful man that was waiting on me calmly said’no worries’ This happens and we will find it! We had to find a place with a notary quickly so we could get important documents turned in for our Designer Purse Bingo fundraiser. Mr. Rath was very helpful to us. He helped get our paperwork completed, made copies and had us on our way! Even hung our flyer on the wall :)Thank you, Mr. Rath.

What happened to this store? It used to be so convenient and well run. I tried to drop off a package last night and stood there for 10 minutes (I was the only one waiting, there was one other customer being helped) Three employees were milling around not making eye contact. I don’t know what they were doing but waiting on a customer did not seem important. I finally left. I hope they fix this!

I was planning to be out of town so I chose this UPS drop off location for my online shopping order instead of getting it sent to my house. My first order said delivered but was not at the store when I came to pick it up. A week later it appeared. My second order from another retailer was delivered to the store, I got a call to come get it but was out of town. Came to pick it up a week later and they didn’t have it. This is my first and LAST time getting anything sent to this store. The lack of concern or care for their negligence is why I’m leaving a review. They will not be accountable if they lose your package and will dismiss you for the next customer. Your just shi out of luck. Prior to using the drop off service for retail shopping, I had no issue with this UPS or any other UPS.

They are the absolute best in class customer service. They always save me from myself and are extremely helpful. I love how they know exactly what I need when I am trying to return something.Excellent!!!

Weve been loyal customers for at least five years. The previous owner, Tom retired and sold the store earlier in the year. Unfortunately, ALL of the previous staff resigned as well due to new management. What was once a pleasant part of our day is now a nightmare. We were known by name and box number, always greeted with a smile, and helped efficiently. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.While I understand the growing pains of a new staff, the lack of basic customer service and concern customers is appalling! The store is disorganized and the staff is unbothered with no sense of urgency. Package deliveries are not checked in in a timely manner, so they are searching piles of boxes for a delivery that arrived hours ago. No one knows what they are doing and dont seem to care enough to learn.On my most recent visit, I was the only customer, yet I stood there for nearly 20 minutes just to pick up four packages. Only three of them had been checked in. I spotted the one that had not in the pile. Then waited and waited while they searched for my fourth package. Instead of accepting responsibility for the disarray, one of the staff suggested that it had already been picked up. It had not.While I waited, I asked several staff members, including the new owner, not to stand so close to me while talking since they were not wearing masks. They repeatedly disregarded this request. Furthermore, the new owner is rude and clearly doesnt value longtime customers. I understand why the previous staff left as well.After finally locating my package, I gathered my things to leave and noticed my package notification slips still on the counter. I picked them up to take home and shred since they have my full name and box number on them. The owner rushed from behind the counter, snatched them away from me, saying, I dont want you coming back claiming you didnt get your packages, as she ripped up the slips! Wow! The audacity! Furthermore, I had signed for them at the register.At this point, I reminded her that we were longtime customers along with a few choice words.TLDR: Take your business elsewhere. This location is under new management. Customers are no longer valued or provided basic, timely customer service. There are two other UPS Stores nearby. Ill be checking those out as options for my mail services.

Tiniest little UPS store, but I will never forget how one of the employees, tall thin guy with brown hair, was watching what I was copying? Then told me I should go elsewhere because I would not show him ( i was guarding my personal docs) what I was copying (paystubs with my SSN/Address/etc). Such odd behavior.

Horrible customer service! I had to address the cashier for his treatment of my wife who was there to return a package. He attempted to completely ignore her and service another customer behind her, never spoke to her or offered any customer service. Take may advice, go elsewhere.

The staff here was courteous, professional, and very proficient. Everyone was greeted as they walked through the door. I have not seen this type of old school service in years. I’d definitely travel out my way just to come to this location. Great job you guys keep up the excellent work!

First time at this location. I had a package to drop off and the label was a little faded since my printer ink was running low. It was still perfectly fine for USPS to take with ZERO issues! I was told because the ink was lighter that my package had a higher chance of getting lost. THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL ME I COULD REPRINT A LABEL AT THAT LOCATION. Will not be returning. Awful customer service.

Not only employees are polite, they are “professional”. For that reason, i go to UPS over USPS right next to it even if it is cheaper option. One of the best UPS and one of the welcoming business in Odenton.

Great service. I had a massive amount of documents that I needed to have scanned - full of odd sized pages, staples, etc. It was a mess. Pam was so helpful in taking care of it. It cost less than I thought it would, and she finished the job early. Ill definitely be back!

The people at this UPS store are so friendly!!!They always greet you, lead you in the right direction and you are out the door in a jiffy.I go here to print, fax and mailings.I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s the reason why I always prefer to come here as apposed to other neighboring business.I was the last person before closing one day and I didn’t feel like waiting for the fax confirmation and hold them back from closing so I asked if I could get it emailed the next day and they did.They even have free pens with their store information for their customers.When you have customer service like these people you always want to go back! 😊😊
