I got to Michael’s almost daily and have never had any kind of negative experience. Their clearance items are great don’t forget to sign up for rewards and to use your coupons they truly do save money

My go-to place for art supplies, and definitely a great option for those that are into crafts of many types. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a wide variety of paints to choose from. Sure, the store isnt as large as hobby lobby, but as far as ease of locating what you need, its head and shoulders above the aforementioned store. If you dont know Michaels, then you should.

Amazing!!!I hadnt seen a Michaels since I moved from my hometown, which was years ago.They didnt disappoint, so much home decor!Was able to finish my bedroom and it looks beautiful!Thank you to staff for being so helpful and friendly, I will return lol.Very well organized, kitchen, living area, bedrooms etc. Very clean, and always smells great.

Be sure & have them print your receipt, it will save you time & trouble trying to get it later. Dont pay with cash.

I never have an issue finding the things that I want here. The prices are relatively inexpensive as well. I bought a birdhouse (I already began painting it red,) and a wooden box that looks like a book. Cashier was kind and professional as well. Good job!

Personally I LOVE Michaels because of their plethora of crafts and materials, BUT the Michaels here in Odessa has made me start driving further to other craft stores. Staff is semi friendly, but when paying and told I have the rewards they seem bothered. Ive gone a couple of times told them about my rewards and come to find out they dont put it in. Im missing out on points because the cashiers want to be lazy. They dont even ask customers if they would like to join the rewards program anymore. They seem to busy thinking of other things not paying attention to customer right in front of them. I love Michaels, but while in Odessa I will be going else where.

I like their many different varieties of yarn but I only go when theres sales on yarn.

I love Michaels. I am signed up for rewards and get great coupons. Just got 2 shadow boxes buy one get one free. Shopped around online and this saved me over $50. The man that does framing is excellent. He has helped me numerous times he is truly a treasure. If his manager sees this know whatever he makes isnt enough and deserves a raise immediately 😉

I personally enjoy this Michaels, but I understand that some can be bad. This one is well put together, and the staff are very friendly. They have a pretty good sized selection of painting supplies. They also have a pretty good selection of seasonal decor. Their Christmas stuff is the best in my opinion.

The staff is always so friendly. We love doing the classes specially the kid club ones on Saturdays they have projects for both younger to older kiddos and both my kids love it. I like that they carry everything i need for all my crafting, decoration and school project needs...

Bathrooms need repair. Womens only have 2 working stalls and the mens is completely closed. The store is nice and they have a decent amount of stuff

The one guy that helped us there was very rude, he got mad because I asked him for more yarn of the same color. He was like all of these are the same I was like no I need the same color and he rolled his eyes and went to get the ladder. So rude!

Totally worth signing up for coupons - you b use two per visit. I frequent the yarn sales and then add on some extra savings. This location has a good variety of brands and colors.

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful however, the product we were looking for was hidden behind a display that hid it and unless youre a size 6 you couldnt get to them.They are exclusively sold through Michaels and there were only two left available.The clerk was not sure when the truck was coming in or if there were more coming in.This is obviously a very popular item since they cant keep it on the shelves. You would think they would order a bunch and the staff would know when and if they were coming in.

The sales person that helped us... his name is Ramon... was so very helpful and sensitive to our needs. I had taken in a poster that my late daughters co- workers had set up as a memorial on her apartment door after she had been murdered by her so-called common-law husband, and I wanted it framed to protect it. First of all, he heard my harsh, allergic cough, and without me even asking he brought me a bottle of water. Then after he finished framing it, he put in that personal touch by inquiring who she was, and after we told him, he asked permission to give us a hug and express his condolences. There were tears in his eyes. I will never forget this visit to Michaels. They are truly blessed to have him as an employee, and I hope they take care of him! Is been a hard, difficult month and a half... she was killed April 26th, but people like him give me strength and comfort.

I like going to Michaels but today I had an order online to pick up by their store I was supposed to receive an email telling me that was ready but never got it, so I called they didnt have it on their system, very odd so they told me to call to costumer service they never answer my call, I emailed they said they will answer in 72 hours I tried to chat with a robot? Just gave me an case number and emailed me the same thing. I go to my bank account they did charge me for the items I never got to pick up. I just wanted for my kids to have art in the house so they dont get bored.

Hard to find what youre looking for because its big and theyve got lots of stuff. You need to ask for help finding stuff. But they will help you. Theyve almost got everything thing you need for all your craft needs. Its more expensive than other craft stores, though.

Michaels you are great I like shopping with you your just the right size.

Shelves stocked well and clean looking. Only one cashier on a Saturday and had to wait more than wed like to.

First time here and loved it, found an amazing Christmas tree too its pricey but i love it, itll be our first Christmas together in our new home so Im going all out this year, my babies will love it

I have not been in this store that there are carts and carts of merchandise BLOCKING the yarn and accessories section . Have gone twice in the last couple of weeks and the carts have taken over this section. I would think that it is a safety issue, someone is going to get hurt moving them or things falling on their heads.
