My wife and I have been searching for months to find a General XP4 and they sure super hard to come by. I contacted corporate headquarters and they directed us to several dealerships. After many phone calls and frustration of finding out all these were sold. I contacted once again corporate headquarters which broadened the search out 500 miles from where we live. We finally came across Family Power Sports in Odessa and they had just brought in 3 machines and 2 of the 3 had already been sold. After speaking to Christian and working with him on details. My wife and I put a hold down on the machine. Over the next several days of looking into several things we went ahead and purchased the machine and they set up delivery to us in another state. I was shocked how easy it was for them to take care of so much for us to make all this happen so quickly and efficiently. It’s was far cheaper for us to have it delivered to our home than it was for us to go pick it up. The cool part was Christian continued to keep us updated including sending us pictures of the General as they built the machine and put it together. Including the detailing of the machine. Delivery went super smooth, and we could not be any happier with how things went for us. Thank you Christian and Family Power Sports for making our dreams come true!!!

Hector was amazing. Very helpful and didn’t give you the salesman run around/ pressure. I walked away from him once and tried to find a better deal elsewhere. When that company was giving me the runaround I went back to hector he helped me get the price I was comfortable with and came home with a brand new Polaris Ranger 1000. I’ve had it over the weekend and already put 12.5 hrs on it riding around the house.

Lots to choose from, bikes to equipment and ATVs. Ask about certification, I got mine through Family, it’s the best way to ride and you get cheaper insurance from some companies. In all it’s the best place in Odessa especially for mechanical issues.

I am going to just say that these people went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!! My fiance had purchased a Bennche Warrior from the San Angelo Powersports in 2018...the whole time we had it he hated it due to the quality of service he received from them. He is a retired Army Veteran, served 20 years, and they basically called him a liar and a thief over some bolts and brackets that should have been with the vehicle in the first place. Weve had in a few times for service and every time we told them it smelled like it was getting hot so they would service it and always found nothing. The last time we took it in would be the last time...he was looking at maybe getting into a new one...so he asked what they would give him for it... well for what we paid for it THERE and they serviced it THERE...it was a kick in his teeth what they offered him. So, I had gone to Odessa to buy groceries and decided that I would go by and see what they had at the Odessa Powersports and see what they offered for the 2018 Warrior. They offered, sight unseen, twice what Angelo did! So, I picked out the new vehicle I wanted and paid the down payment...at first they decided to call Angelo about the Warrior... which was great...no problem. But my fiance told them he would not buy a new one unless they gave him what they offered him for the other one. After speaking with Angelo they had decided they werent going to give him what they offered him so he told them he would just take his business some place else. 3 days later I get a call from our salesperson, Christian Sanchez, letting me know that we had a deal! Their people went above and beyond to make a sale and treated their customer with excellent service!! My Veteran is like most older Veterans...he can be tough to deal with...but they made him a very happy customer and he will be back!! I Rarely ever buy from a retail powersports store, Simon and his phenomenal people skills and great willing to help attitude has made me a BUYER here. I truly appreciated his efforts and help and I bought about $250 worth of tires and parts ONLY BECAUSE of Simon and his professionalism. Outstanding young man with a great attitude!! Just picked my Indian up from its 15k service. I left it overnight because I was limited on time to get back to Odessa. For some reason, every time I leave my bike here, it always looks new and shiny when I pick it up. Emerald got me in as usual on short notice and, as usual, took excellent care of me and my bike. I never have to worry about what I need done or whats covered because Emerald is always on top of it. I wish I could get half this service most places I go. Thanks for taking such good care of me and thanks for keeping people like Emerald on staff.

The sales experience was great got exactly what I wanted but the service side not so much. Ive had my rzr for less than a year and have had it in the shop multiple times for repairs that they have “never” experienced before. This last time it was in the shop was for repair on where the engine and transmission Bolt together. Got it back fixed for about two weeks with one ride in and bolt were so tight that it cracked the transmission housing called about repairing it, was told I would have to cover the repair in full for their mess up. If I’m not mistaken they cover their work up to 30 days but there was no talk of that. Over all bad experience.

I called Lubbock Family Powersports looking for a 50cc quad for son’s birthday. Gentlemen found inventory of one at Odessa location, they had just received in trade. He put me in touch with Brianna Shouse who was amazing at getting the deal done before his birthday. She begged service Dept to stay late and get unit serviced. Great customer service in all departments.

Excellent customer service.

Sent my Sportsman 450 in to get a faulty fuel pump replaced. They worked very hard to understand the issue and worked with Polaris to warranty the pump even though the ATV was out of its warranty period. Not a single dime out of my pocket. Only downside was it took a couple weeks, but I think that is just the nature of the busy Permian and working with Polaris to warranty it. I highly recommend this place and their positive staff.

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership and more specifically the parts department. I ordered items that ended up not being exactly what I thought they should be, Chad and Mike without hesitation swapped them out when it was no fault of theirs. I know I was a pain calling to check in on arrival but they helped to the fullest. Most parts departments departments would have made me eat the parts but these guys aren’t there for just a pay check, they care about the customers. As long as Chad and Mike are there, I’ll be a returning customer.

Good store and prices to shop at in Odessa. They have lots of aftermarket accessories to choose from. The service department was excellent when I needed tires mounted & balanced, did it right on the spot while I waited.

I gave them a call to get a price for a set of tires. They have me on hold for 15 minutes for them to provide me with information, but before they provide me with information, they ask me how soon i need it the tire, I told them that was thinking going during the weekend and that I want it the prices and they just hang up the phone!! Wat a good customer service!!

The guys in there are very helpful and will help you find whatever you need for a good price. wide selection and friendly staff, definitely the best shop in the Permian basin. All the parts guys know what they are doing and what youre looking for, and sales team is friendly and dont hound you like other stores.

My experience up here was great. My saleswoman Oksona was amazing. She made sure that I was getting what I wanted. She did not try to up sale me for things I did not want. She also answered all my questions, and if she did not know the answer she quickly found it out. She did not try to BS me through it. The paperwork was quick. Although they missed two papers I needed to sign, the sales manger met me on my way home from work trying to not inconvenience my day to get them signed. I dont know how they compare to other stores that sell similar items in the Odessa/ Midland area. There prices i think are high but they have a wide selection. They do have sections that have good deals although it might be hard to find something you like. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They even allowed me to bring a pair of ramps to my truck to see how the angle would be cause my truck sits high.

Ive taken 2 vehicles in 3 times and have never had a good experience. First time they tried haggling me out of money until I walked out. Second time I bought a vehicle and they tried throwing an extra $7,000.00 in assembly fees until I pulled up other dealers reviews on how my vehicle only needs 20 mins of assembly time out of the truck to put the side mirrors on. Then last but not least each time Ive scheduled and appointment they make me reschedule when I arrive. I live in a small town 1 1/2 away this is the closest dealer for my vehicle but I will be making the extra hour trip for now on for better service, quality and just to get things right. When management itself tells you they dont care if they mess up deal with it, you just not care about your customers.

Came in to get a membership to the local mx track. Ended up getting some accessories for my bike too. They have a big selection of stuff as well as items on sale or clearance also. Prices are right there with what youd find online so if theres something you need and dont wanna wait on shipping just come here. Ask for Simon at parts counter, he helped me with everything I needed and Ill def come back next time I need something.
