Very friendly and understanding owner, walks you thru the whole process of repairs and what to expect if filing an insurance claim.

They do a great job but never answer their phone when you need to check the status..

Called ahead of time to make sure someone would be there to give me an estimate because I was going during my lunch hour, was assured someone would be there.Well when I went on my lunch break no one was there to give me an estimate waste of time.

Didnt fix my vehicle right. Alignment was off

Took my car there to get bottom front bumper repaired for my car. When I got it back the paint was supposed to be metallic gray, but looked like a gold metallic,didnt match the original paint so u could tell the difference where it fades in, also had bubbles and the painter said it was already there, which was newly done as u could see, and I wouldve noticed before as I detail my car all the time!. What pissed me off more is that my engine light was on and my car was hisitating and not drivable. I have a dash cam that records when car is on and someone had tookin the SD card and put it in wrong as if they erased the video in wich the kids there took it for a joy ride, to mention, its a bmw m6 with a V10 engine in which is VERY expensive. I had to take it while it was just sitting there for like 2 weeks supposably the owner was going to get his mechanic to look at. I paid repairs for it elsewhere for them blowing a part off that connects to engine! I should sue them, but GOD will take care of it for me! So I would not EVER take your car there..
