Typical napa. Im not sure why, but every NAPA I have ever been to is filled with arrogant parts men. What do they teach at this company? Give me what I asked for, Dont argue, take my money and let me go on with my day.

Called them to ask if my order had arrived and the guy that answered was just rude. He said he wasn’t the one that placed the order?! Freakin noice guy 🤦‍♂️

I love the fact that they actually know about there products and about vehicles and their parts instead of typing it in a computer and guessing. Plus they are very reasonable on prices. Its a mechanics dream store or if you own an RV they have it.

Guy never heard of the basic item I was looking for, and other time I was sold the wrong part. My fault on the wrong part I guess but I told him what i needed.

This is by far the best Napa Ive been to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around incredibly helpful.Theyre my first choice to call when I dont know where to find something. And they either have it, can get it, or know where it is.

They usually have your part. Had one, missed on one but it was for an old tractor so Ill cut them some slack. There are some very knowledgeable staff members who work at Napa

I purchased a fan to cool off in my work truck...due to my AC broken & it only lasted two weeks... I went in on 2nd Street in Odessa Texas & said they couldnt exchange it without a receipt!! I wont ever take my business there again
