THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went during the back to school rush and I couldnt find the sizes I needed. A young lady working in the boys department ordered everything I needed from a handheld device right there on the sales floor. I items will be arriving to my front door in 3 days! Thank you to the young lady who helped me...I think her name was Emma or Emily. You dont get excellent customer service like this anymore.Everyone was nice from the lady working in the fitting room and the cashier.

Not sure if they have ac unit issues or have cut it back. But it was soooooo hot and miserable in there today. Cut my trip short and left.Ive shopped here since they opened. Always clean. Always friendly staff, even though short staffed. And its always been cool. Please up the ac!

Something sketchy is going on with the sports trading cards. I go on stock day and they don’t have any. I’ve seen across the country where managers at target and other places will make deals with the delivery people to get them all knowing they can resale for double the value. I suspect something along these lines are happening at this target.

I ordered a baby gift on-line and had it delivered to the store. It was available for pick-up the next day. When I picked it up, it took roughly two minutes to get my order. The employees where very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff but VERY disappointed in management. It clearly states that mask are REQUIRED but staff arent allowed to ask customers to put them on!!! Very UNSAFE! Deplorable. People are still dying of covid. Not sure how I can support Target if theyre silencing the concerns of their own employees and endangering them daily.

They NEVER answer the phone. You can call and call let it ring and still no answer. And no covid-19 is not the problem this has been ongoing. They never answer.

If you advertise that a product is 4 for $12....shouldnt you honor it?? I showed the cashier & she said Big Red was NOT part of the sale. Then in my opinion, dont display it & dont blame the vendor!! The cashier advised the vendor had placed it wrong. Well then the vendor should be told by management NOT to place it in their store & make their customers think its part of the sale! Never tell the customer the vendor is at fault.....actually TARGET IS AT FAULT FOR ALLOWING IT, ITS YOUR STORE NOT THE VENDORS! Online shopping to pick up at the store is not convenientnt at all and very user unfriendly. They are unable to provide you with receipt at the time of pickup. That is the reason to pick it up at the store along with doing additional shopping. Well guess what....did not do additional shopping and will go elsewhere that values customer enough to provide a pleasant shopping experience.

They never answer the phone I’ve called SEVERAL times and nothing!! So I just went in the store it wasn’t busy at all and I’m just watching them not answer my phone call!!! Ridicules!!

Ease of ordering and pickup, only thing i wish was that curbside was available online instead of just on the app but this is not the locations fault, just something I would like to see in the future. Overall, I would definitely order curbside again

I tried calling customer service but obviously they got better stuff to do than to pick up their phones. I’ve called more than 7 times and waited till it rung all the way until it hangs up on me. I understand it’s corona season but they should be more professional and pick up the phone when being called for. As I am typing this I’m still trying to attempt to get someone to answer the phone. I tried calling other departments they do the same as well... what a good day to be alive.

Excellent Customer Service. Before going to store I called Electronics Department to verify TV was in stock. As Id earlier been to Midland store, that online showed having TV in stock but didnt. He verified they had two in stock. When I got there the same young man, didnt get his name, only one working in department at that time 10:00 PM, helped me find the TV and checked on other item I was looking for. When checking out, the Cashier was very friendly and helpful. She showed me how to use the Cartwheel app to get the 10% offer Id loaded. Even though it was late and close to closing time, both associates were very helpful and never acted like it was a bother. Unfortunately in Midland, due to staffing shortages everywhere, good customer service is rare. Excellent employees, wish Id have gotten their names so I could provide.

Very friendly and helpful staff! This is the only place where I can always find my babys formula, and if its not stocked in the shelf they have no problem in getting it from storage. Once the kind lady helped carry it to the front of the store as I was juggling my baby and other things. Love this store.

Target is such a great place to make a baby registry! It was extremely fun to do with my mother and it was very easy to scan items and see them on your list. I would not only recommend shopping here but to go here for all registries!

I have been here several times cause I didn’t find what I needed at Walmart.1st time was when the other store ran out of Whiskers wet cat food.Then today I went there cause i needed a remote battery for my car which was about 6$The good thing is every time I’ve looked for a certain item it showed they had it stock it even list the aisle and section it’s in. Not only is their inventory been accurate but the item location was spot on.

Staff are not requiring people to wear masks, per corporate policy! Not safe

It is a great store, the cashiers are always in a good mood and ready with a smile to welcome you! Deals are awesome, waiting times are the shortest.

Because I was given the wrong product, and was told by store employees that I had to return the item in store and either exchange or get a refund, the entire point of me even shopping in the first place was because I was picking up at the drive up, not going inside at all. Then, once I called target customer relations they refunded my money no product no problem-no trip back to the store necessary. The store employees should be trained to tell customers that they must call instead of dealing with with them forcing customers to come back to the store.

The customer service is unacceptable here. Rude to us when we asked about a wheelchair for my handicapped mom. Then did not offer any assistance like helping us find what we were shopping for. Completely not ADA compliant.

I soooo much prefer to shop at Target rather than Their competitors. The people employed at Target will help you find anything that you cannot find by taking you to where it actually is in their store! While yes, sometimes they are low or out of product, I havent found that to be the norm. My only complaint is that they dont have a full line of groceries. Therefore its not a one stop store. But maybe soon?????

Its Target, so you know its clean, friendly, and convenient. The people here are super helpful. Also, their Star Wars exclusive stuff was pretty rad last year; hopefully thats true again for Rogue One!

The place looks nice but having someone help you in the electronic section just so you can get a PS4 controller, took them hours. Costumer service is horrible. If I could give a negative star for this place I would.

I always find everything I need

Terrible!! First time going there grocery shopping thinking I was going to get my list done and they dont even have any produce or meat or barely anything for grocery wise. totally not what I was expecting from a Target in a big city. lots of selection of clothes and electronics and Beauty items but as for food I will not be going back

It was ready when I got there, everything went smooth . I was in and out with tree in about 5 - 8 minutes.

This place can be on the more expensive side, and the bathrooms are really gross. They often can be under stocked and the workers kinda do not care. It’s not the best in town, but I somehow always end here. It’s a serious problem. The dollar spot is a great place to get seasonal items, and also decorations
