When I went looking at mattresses, I was expecting to find it hard to get a full size mattress. I was very pleased to find a good selection to choose from at Mattress Firm. Most websites were out of stock in that size. I was expecting to have to order my selection and wait a few weeks or months for it to be delivered. I bought it on a Friday and got to pick it up right then too. I needed it by the following Monday. My sales clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products I was looking for.

Katrina was great and very friendly. She worked with us to get the mattress we wanted now we are waiting anxiously for the delivery. I do think the delivery could be more efficient but everything at the store was awesome

Good store with a good selection of mattresses. Our salesman Jake Perry was beyond excellent. I’m not a fan of furniture stores or car lots due to the salesmen being so pushy. This was far from that. Very pleased with the service and hospitality he provided. I recommend everyone go to Mattress Firm if looking for a new mattress.

So its coming up 2 weeks since I purchased a mattress. The DAY AFTER I purchased my mattress I received a call confirming the delivery date, which was 2 WEEKS LATER than the store manager had told me. So I called the following day ( he said he was off the day of the phone call) to ask about it and he wasnt available at that moment. So I attempted to contact the store manager via personal phone number hed given me for this instance. I have yet to receive a phone call back. And now that I think about the day I purchased everything I feel like I was conned into it by huge discounts so that it would make up for the delay .

It was a mediocre experience. The only one who was very helpful was the lady. The two guys customer service was poor. The one that helped me seemed very frustrated and agitated. Anytime we asked a question he would fool his eyes. It would just be nice to feel just a little welcome. Good part is that I was there to buy a box spring and that’s all. Mattresses seem very expensive. I didn’t see anything there less than $900. The box springs are standard and very inexpensive.

In all of my 35 years I have never seen the value in buying a mattress, a place to sleep on was good enough for me. Jake at this Mattress Firm in Odessa is one of the most unbelievable emoloyees ever. 1st and foremost he didnt pressure me to do anything, the biggest thing he had me do with see what kind of sleeper I am, what gets my back straight and what is gonna be most comfortable throughout the night long term. For someone who has suffered from back pain for decades and works a job that requires near 80 hours a week to where sleep is a precious commodity to me within a matter of 30 minutes he changed everything. He got me a mattress within my price range and monthly budget, and even at the end of my shopping experience my back felt better by comparison. He is really in tuned to what he is saying and makes sure that you are getting the best for you not for the sale. In a world where everyone makes commission and its all about what you can sell a person he is all about whats gonna change someones life in sleeping habits the most. Ive never been more impressed and more educated in my life. I know more about mattresses than I ever have and I am quite thankful for that knowledge. I realise part of the reason why Ive been in so much pain for so long has to deal with what Ive been sleeping on For all these years. I have never been more excited for a mattress in my entire life and I look forward to actually being able to sleep and be well and rested every day here on out. Jake deserves an award and a raise for being as knowledgeable, as friendly and as helpful as he is. You have definitely gained a lifelong customer no matter where I move because of the experiencewith Jake.

Rudest sales woman ever. She ignored us, then snapped at me, then just rattled about which color mattress to try. The beds were filthy. But the next customer comes in and shes all happy to help them. I told her she was rude and we went to Bob Mills. Bought the $3000.00 bed there. Nicest people working there.

Financed a mattress, was never told how much my payments were, wasn’t even asked about buying a box spring and wasn’t told how much my payments were. Progressive financing proceeds to add an extra $2,300 in taxes if not paid in 90 days same as cash. Why was this not told to me?! There is NO WAY $2,300 of taxes can be added to mattress. RIDICULOUS. Will NOT be coming back.

Went in for Fourth of July sale and employee was not nice! He was pressuring us into buying a mattress we were not interested in. He then showed us a cheap mattress that looked like a mattress with springs covered with cloth. He still kept insisting on us buying a mattress. We then told him we were going to look around ourselves he then walked to the door and held it open for us to leave. This was so disrespectful. He was no help! Then when we said we would keep looking around the store he was kicking us out of the store. Bad customer service. I do not recommend this Mattress firm at all!! Ended up buying a mattress at a different store.

I own a trucking company based out of Davenport, Fl. I Called in the Odessa, Tx location because my driver was having back pains fron his bed. I explained to the mattress firm employee what my driver desired in a new bed. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. We agreed on a specific bed and picked it up two days later. My driver loves his new bed and has absolutely no complaints. I will definitely purchase more beds at this location. Thanks so much for your help and your great customer service.

We bought a bed for my kids from Mattress Firm. The service was great. Friendly, professional service from a Spellman that actually knows his product. A few months go by and my kid tore up his bed. I went in to the store to ask if there was a warranty. Yep it had a 10 no questions asked. The sellsman did ask questions though. He was actually amazed that they were capable of wreaking the bed. I told him you dont know my kids they can destroy an anvil with a rubber mallet I would like point out that his questions were out of curiosity not out of trying to get out of replacing stuff. He said I gotta say Im actually impressed. Lol thats the friendly service anyways long story short I shopped around and found the best prices in town at mattress Firm. In the store I realized they also have the best service

Needed a new matress for my daughter. Looked online and it offered free delivery. We went to the store to check it out. We told the sales person exactly what we wanted and the amout we wanted to spend. She showed us three different beds close to the price we were looking to spend. Very professional, easy to talk to, no pressure to buy what we didnt want. We decided on a great bed, a simmons pillow top beauty rest. We were set up with everything in 30 minutes, free delivery on Monday at a decent time. Im excited to see the bed when it arrives. Everything in the store was easy and pressure free. I recommend going to matress firm for your next mattress. They did an excellent job answering all our questions.
