I would recommend XO Bridal so anyone seeking their dream gown! Everyone is so sweet super & understanding of everything. They have such a gorgeous selection of gowns! Also veils and jewelry. One stop shop I got everything I need here. XO Bridal is beautiful inside as well. It’s aesthetically pleasing just walking in! The girls are super helpful with staying within what you want but also your price range! And they aren’t afraid to steer you into a different style bc believe me you go in thinking you want a certain style and fall in love with one you wouldn’t think! Jerrika and everyone who work there there are wonderful beautiful people. If I could do it over again I would.

XO Bridals is a one of a kind wedding gown shop! I have worked with Jerrika on multiple occasions, and her dresses never disappoint. She offers such variety for the traditional and non-traditional bride! Even if you do live in the West Texas area, Jerrikas bridal shop is beyond worth the trip!

I am beyond disappointed with this place. I reserved a 10am appointment through their website and arrived at 950. I was expecting someone to be here at 10... ya know to actually conduct my appointment as scheduled. Well I sit here in the parking lot at 10:45 waiting on even the slightest semblance of life to be seen from inside the building (mind you this is now 3/4 of the way through the allotted time for an appointment) with no avail. I am beyond livid and this is an extreme lack of professionalism. If something was going on call your appointment and say hey running behind seeing as I did provide my number to them. We literally are going to have to go out of our way to Lubbock instead of shopping local which is awful because we need more businesses in this area.I spoke to who I assume was the store owner after this post. She was polite and apologetic and expressed that her reason for not opening the store on time and arriving to the appointment was due to her child. While I understand that it was an anomaly its still frustrating. I dont doubt that things were chaotic but listed business hours are provided for a reason. Maybe have another employee pop in and open or whatever arrangements should be made regardless of if there was an appointment or not. I am sure it was a great store but I would rather not waste more of my time. I hope others have a better experience.

They were a bit rude and judgemental. Presentation sucked.Cute dresses, beautiful place but overall not a good experience. Made bride to be more nervous. She ended up saying no to the dress hoping to find somewhere else with a friendlier environment.

I have heard so many good things about this bridal shop. Our experience was not welcoming at all. For a first time bride I was extremely disappointed. The host was pushy, never introduced herself, and rushed our appointment time. If you don’t reserve vip treatment you will be treated as such. Champagne isn’t worth paying for (if it’s even offered).

It was all around the best experience! Everyone was very polite and very helpful! Jerrika made me feel comfortable and helped me every step of the way, for a day that could be so overwhelming and stressful.....it ended up being a very fun experience! I am so excited and cant wait to see the final product!

I wear a size 6 and received a size 18, and now i have to pay for alterations. Mega frustrated with the customer service 4 bridesmaids all need to get alterations because sizes are crazy big seems sketch they would order sizes so big.

If i could give more stars i would, i had the BEST bridal experience! After going to another bridal shop, i left disappointed. Came across XO Bridal and my disappointment quickly turned into bridal bliss. Jerrika is amazing! So much to choose from, reasonably priced and customer service is outstanding. This was my first bridal appointment and Jerrika made me feel as a bride should. I was very self conscious of my body since I had a baby 4 months ago and she made me feel beautiful and elegant. If anyone around me is looking for a wedding dress I highly highly recommend XObridals.

I went to this salon a few weeks ago looking for an accessory. What I found was sub par customer service.The woman at the front seemed less than thrilled to help me out, but handed me her card and promised to keep an eye out for the accessory and would let me know via email whether she found it. Instructed me to initiate the email with a photo of the accessory. I did all of those things immediately. As expected, I never heard back.I’m glad I didn’t choose this salon for my dress, because I got the feeling I’m not the type of customer they want...I’ve visited three bridal salons and this was such a different experience from the treatment I received at the other two salons.

This place is a rip off. Over priced dresses and seamstress is also over priced. She is not an employee so she charges what she wants. I was first told alterations would be no more than $40 & seamstress said $100. When I tried to ask the front staff, they claimed to have let me know. Which they never did. A single mother with only one income will always remember prices mentioned. Thanks for nothing XO Bridals. Waste of my time and money.

I wish this place had been around when my wife was looking for her dress. The owners mission of bringing something unique, special, and affordable to Odessa brides is awesome and much-needed. Looking forward to seeing them succeed!
