Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Employees there are always very helpful, & Id say about 95% of time they have what I need. As for the other 5% of the time, it makes sense, sometimes a bunch of companies are after the same materials. So, 5 stars from me.

I needed a product over nighted from Odessa to Arizona. Josh took point on this and got my guys moving again by Monday morning. I cant think over a more stressful experience handled with more poise. I called in once and Josh simply assured me that it would be there waiting for me come rain or shine. This sort of customer service seems to be lacking in the industry these days but not in this store keep it up guys you locked in my business with Sherwin Williams for years to come.

Not only are they on top of your orders, but they are very accommodating as well. They carried about 90% of what we needed for paint and sandblasting.
