All types of flooring from carpet to tile available to view. Spacious and orderly. Able to look at the various offerings without any problems. However, I had had someone from the store to come out to measure previously, but the store had lost the measurements and the need to have the flooring measured again is needed.

Terrible service. Picked a carpet. Ordered it for a room. The wrong carpet was installed. I took my original square up there (the one they gave me and told me was ordered) and told them this is what we ordered, showed them the below picture, and they told me no it wasnt and refused to work with us to get it changed out. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Terrible company. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

This is how they install the shoe base. When I called them and asked them to come and fix it after a month, the manager told me this is how we do it and he would be fine with this installation at his house .

I have had referred several people to go here and ask for Nikkii. She is very helpful and can help you with any questions you may have! My mother in law ordered carpet and she told me her experience was great and definitely be going back! I will definitely be asking for Nikkii when I order flooring for my house! Highly recommended her and the business!

I recently moved to the Odessa area for work and was recommended the store for home carpeting. Upon arriving, the representative/salesperson (Arely) was so helpful in accommodating to my needs for my new home. The next day installation was very streamline and fast, compared to other places. She is very knowledgeable on her trade and design, and will be continuing working with her and the store to complete my project. Overall pleasant experience in store and working with Arely.

Honest, Quality Materials,Fair Prices.And you will have a beautiful Floor without feeling like you were Robbed.I help people I know by installing their floors and have never had a complaint about their floors Only Praises about how wonderful they look. Do yourself a favor and stop in and take a look at their showroom, its at 3rd and Andrews Highway across from the court house.

Called for help to get a large rug cut down to a smaller size, and I would need to have the rug re-binded. They would only do it if I had purchased the rug from them.At one time I had called and got a name of a local person, but now they are unwilling to share.That was very neighborly of them!

Smaller selection of carpets but okay customer service. Price reductions on some carpets, not all. Price naturally goes up based of quality, thickness, color, etc. Unideal location, have to drive to the back alley to load carpets on to vehicle. Loading proces took about 45 min though we were the only ones.
