Very disappointed in the service. We have ordered several times for birthdays/special occasions, each to be delivered to that persons office. The last 3 times have been a disaster. The delivery driver is not delivering that day and going back to the store saying the person was not there or that the office is closed without attempting to deliver. This last time, we ordered from the website, the pictures show what was ordered and what we got. I will not waste my money again.

I was so embarrassed! The fruit was over ripe. The leaves on strawberries brown. The apples were supposed to be dipped in chocolate with drizzle. The Apple snapped pineapple on top was just an inedible center piece of pineapple. It was suppose to be all apple, strawberries and pineapple cut in flower shapes with all dipped in chocolate with the exception of a few strawberries. Instead the center was a sparse amount of grapes that were over ripe. Not worth what I paid! Had to apologize to the teacher I sent it too.

These people were on point! I live 500 miles away from the woman I am in love with and the people here at EA took care of my order carefully and quickly. The communication was open and the arrangement I ordered was so choice... She loved it btw...

Came in to get a strawberry box for a close friend of mine. Girl told me the kitchen was closed. I was so disappointed. But before I walked out she said she would melt the chocolate and make me some really fast. She went above and beyond. So kind and helpful. Her name was Ember.

Ordered from them for my GFs birthday! The platters were so beautiful! I was nervous about ordering with them because of the delivery reviews. But everything went perfect and my GF said the deliver driver was just so kind and helpful.

I ordered edible arrangement a day early to be delivered to her residence the next day. My daughter still hasn’t received it late the day if her birthday. I contacted EA and was told that they deliver to schools and businesses first but that she would contact the driver to deliver to my daughter as she had to be gone by 3:30 that day.I called daughter again to see if it had been delivered before she left the house and nothing. I contacted EA again and lady said she was unable to make contact with delivery driver.....hmmmmm......how can you NOT make contact with the driver?!?!?!? That’s unacceptable.....will NEVER ever use them again. I’ll drive to Midland to pick one up....way better customer service than Odessa!!!!! 😡😡

Very good! My aunt ordered my daughter a box of edible fruits dipped in chocolate with a bear, and everything turned out so nice! The fruit was delicious, and the bear was so cute!! We will definitely order here in the future.

They are horrible with their deliveries... always have a excuse like they can’t find the location but, don’t bother to call. Odessa needs better delivery drivers. Better management. Horrible horrible will never order from them again.

I ordered my daughter a large bouquet for Nurses week and added dipped strawberries. I thought it would be a good way to honor her being a nurse out in Midland. Her bouquet was not delivered until around 8pm and it was not a large bouquet nor did it have dipped strawberries. I contacted the store and talked to a young lady who assured me that I would be reimbursed for the additional dipped strawberries. I also told her it was not a large bouquet and I paid $89 plus delivery fees. A month later no reimbursement. I’ve ordered from my local Edible Arrangement before and they are amazing. I feel because I live out of town they took advantage of the situation not realizing I would find out. You think they would go a great job and full fill the order to honor a first responder. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this store.

This place has always come through when I need something in a hurry and its always been well made with really good ingredients. got me out of the dog house more than once.

We wont be ordering again!! I ordered a cupcakes and dipped fruit box to be delivered the same day to the city of Odessa office yesterday and they never showed up !! I called this morning and she said she didnt know why the guy didnt deliver and that she would get it out first thing today. Well its finally delivered and its not what I had ordered 😡 the fruit didnt look great and there was brownies in the box instead of the cupcakes that were ordered !!! Seriously frustrating....this office

Update: I was contacted by store management shortly after, it was confirmed the original order was left at the wrong address. Order was resent promptly to the right recipient. Thank you management. The fruit was great, beautiful order, so Ive upgraded from 1 to 3 stars for the trouble we had the ruined the surprise.Ordered a gift to be delivered to in law, driver had to have left it at wrong address so it never got deliver but the store wouldnt redo the order because the ticket said it had been delivered. I spoke to several people that lied that day about looking into the situation but no return calls to resolve. Now the store doesnt answer when I call. Never again! Unorganized, unprofessional, customer service is extremely poor.

Very Disappointed! I placed an order for my anniversary to get delivered to my husband and around noon I receive a call from the location saying they wouldnt be able to deliver it on that day. I told her okay thats fine go ahead and cancel the order. She agreed and said my order was cancelled. Around 6pm I receive an email that the order was delivered! I had already went and bought a gift with the money I was supposed to be refunded! To top it off they dont know to who it was delivered to because my husband was already gone! They said to call back the next day in the morning to speak to a manager, I called at 9:30 AM and she was out running errands. I was told to call back at noon which I did and she was at lunch, they said to call back at 2 PM and now shes gone for the day! Ive never been one to post reviews but this is not okay!

Due to the review’s however I gave the business the benefit of the doubt being I’ve order from Edible Arrangement in other states and they never let me down, Just wanted to stop by and Thank you for granting me -Business delivery’s are delivered before 2pm and they made it.The strawberry’s were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful.THANK YOU

I ordered an edible arrangement for my moms birthday which was yesterday. They definitely disappointed me. It was my first time my mom was ever going to receive a gift delivered to her work as a surprise and I was super excited for her to receive her chocolate covered strawberries...that I spent about $60 on.Long story short I’m on my lunch break and because I don’t have my card on me I can’t even get a refund and my mom still has no gift for her birthday from me. I spoke to the manager and she also was not very helpful with this situation and did not offer any kind of compensation since they did not deliver the edible arrangement I paid for. I do not recommend using this company. Wish I would have ordered something from a different company!

I will never give them my business. I placed an order last night so my daughter could get a gift today. I got a call this morning before their opening hours they left me a voicemail saying I’d have to wait till tomorrow due to fact they didn’t have an item. I called them back left them two voicemails never got a call back. I had to call until I got a hold of someone, they have the worst customer service, the girls I spoke w, didn’t try to go the extra mile, I asked them to substitute it w something else that they could keep the money even if it was less, I got hung up on twice, then she said “the manager said they didn’t have the item that I’d have to cancel” for a manager to not go the extra mile for customer, she does not deserve the title. She preferred to loose a customer than to keep us happy. At that the manager tried telling me that the situation never happened in the way that it did, making me seem like a liar other than a very frustrated unhappy customer. I will never give them my business, and I will make sure I will let everyone I know my experience with them. Also if I wouldn’t called the 2nd girl I talked to before the manager also mentioned they were not gonna deliver because they were super busy. I asked why the 1st girl I talked to didn’t mention that when I did ask her if I’d receive it by noon all I was told was that she didn’t know it depend how busy driver was, if I would of been told I would of cancelled right away. I would of been waiting for my delivery and would of never received it. Employees are not knowledgeable of the business nor do they have customer service skills.

First I wished I could give 0 stars but since 1 is default 0 here we go...I ordered online twice... never again. So the first time I ordered from here was for mothers day 2019. The arrangement got to my mothers work but looked NOTHING like what I bought online (it never does with this store) and didnt come with any of the add-ons I purchased. Second time was this weekend (10/13/19) for my mothers birthday and I especially bought a large Belgium chocolate lollipop, because I know my mom loves Belgium chocolate, and it arrived and looked nothing like what I bought online and she never received the lollipop I personally purchased ... never doing business with Odessa edible arrangements again! Thieves and horrible customer service.

Placed the order online. Quick and easy. Used a coupon, but there were certain products that it couldnt be used on, no big deal. Picked up order at store. Staff was friendly and efficient. Order was ready when I got there. Fruit was fresh and arrangement was well balanced. I will be ordering again.

Would give it less than that if I could. Ordered a sympathy arrangement for a friend 12/13 for a delivery of 12/14 that was never delivered. Now here we are 12/20 an am still waiting on the manager to call me since no one called me or the person recieving the gift to try and reschedule a drop off time nor leave any notice of attempted delivery at the house. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Thankful to the folks of this place. I live in CA and ordered online for my parents Anniversary in West Odessa. They promptly and respectfully made communications with me and my family there for delivery details. Order was exactly as expected. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!!!

Truly Disappointed on how they handle online business. Order my arrangement time to pick up was scheduled at 1230. Went & was told they ran out of fruit. Seriously your business is Fruit. Was told to come back an hour later & its not ready. Send my Husband at 430 PM & arrangement still wasnt ready. They forgot the balloons had to go back & get those. Please train this girls on customer service & get people that are motivated & ready to work. Brings down your business when your employees seem to be bothered by how unprofessional & unorganized THEY are. Will not recommend the Odessa store any time soon.

They charged me an additional $20 for same-day delivery and never sent the bouquet for my moms birthday. I called them incessantly, but no reply. Not even to confirm the order. I should’ve looked at their reviews beforehand, because their (very bad) reputation precedes them. Never buying from them ever again.

Honestly have never written a review for anywhere I’ve ever been, eaten, or shopped at. I’ve had really great experiences from places prior to ordering here, but none that left an impression quite like Tyler did. This being my first time ordering here I must say...Tyler was very informative and sounded professional throughout the entire conversation we had. He had an answer for every question I could think of and walked me through the entire process. If this sounds like your typical review, I apologize, but I can’t stress how much I enjoyed spending my money here! My husband sent an arrangement for my birthday. Even though the card had the correct address, it was delivered to an office 25 minutes away! No one answered the phone, so I had to drive to pickup my arrangement. (The receptionist at the incorrect office called my cell phone number - which was also on the card - to let me know it was delivered.) I always look forward to my arrangement each year, but I told my husband not to bother with them again. The fruit was also poor in quality. Its a shame the Midland store closed. My husband also called and left a message, but of course no call back. Not sure if its laziness, incompetence, or overall poor management at the Odessa location, but they wont have to worry about getting our business again.

I ordered a edible arrangement from this company on Mothers day and EVEN PAYED $15.00 FOR DELIVERY FEE to guarantee that it would be delivered on Mothers day. I even call the Odessa store at 2:00pm they reassured me it would be delivered in 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours and it is now its 18 min till 5pm and their store in Odessa is not answer their phone and still No Arrangement

If I could give them a zero I would. The service here is terrible. I was upset because my order was wrong, the young lady who answered the phone hung up on me. I will never order from them again. They lied about being out of balloons, they really just forgot to put them in the order. Then they delivered a broken bag, and told me over the phone its just a bag. Please dont order from them.

Ordered in morning for same day delivery, was promised by 3pm. Paid extra for dipped strawberries and added dipped apples. Didnt receive the order till 7pm. No chocolate strawberries at all. They delivered it in a personal vehicle and it was not even cold. Very disappointed.

Bought 80$ worth of a chocolate covered fruit arrangement and chocolate was disgusting and old. They said it was made fresh day of pick up fresh but my taste buds say otherwise and when I called up there whoever Leann was, was rude. I made an order recently for Fathers Day and was completely embarrassed that the staff messed up on the order. Instead of Fathers Day balloons, he received birthday balloons. I guess the person who delivered noticed the mix up at delivery and notified the front desk person to tell the recipient they ran out of Fathers Day balloons (bad excuse because even thinking of you would have been better). I wasnt even notified prior! I dont understand how they thought this was acceptable. I called to make a complaint the next day and was given a discount (after several attempts of calling and no answer) on the delivery charge but the incident already happened.

Was very disappointed I made an online order .was very rushed I do not like how they put kale on the bottom as a filler.. it looks tacky and not nice at all.the vase was not what I wanted, This will be my last time ordering from their looked like he just wanted to get it done with.some of the fruit looked like it wasn’t even cut right!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an arrangement for a coworker on Aug 28th for same day delivery to a residential address. That evening I got an email that delivery was unsuccessful, and then nothing else. Found out there was no calls to my coworker, nothing on her door, no attempt was ever made. So on the 30th I called them to find out what happened. Apparently no one knew but they said they could try to deliver it again. So this time I had them deliver it to the office, that same day. Found out today no delivery was ever made AGAIN. Except this time I didnt even get an email letting me know. So I had to call Edible Arrangements a THIRD time. And AGAIN no explanation, so I asked for a refund. Dont bother with this location. Lack of communication and lack of follow up is what youll get.

Worst experience I ordered on Thursday for a delivery with instructions to call me if there was no answer no call and my husband was home all night with not attempt was ever made called next day and the said no worries we will try again today same thing again by Saturday I called very upset was told the would refund the money as well as still deliver it. When I checked the online delivery tracker it said sorry wasn’t able to deliver you will be refunded horrible horrible! Do not order from here big scam!

Every single time not just this singular visit have i had bad customer service but horrible products as well. Ive ordered things online and went to pick them up to find out nothing was made or wasnt made as it was intended to because they didnt have something or another. But never made me aware and thought its ok, when you pay extra for certain things. I ordered the donuts when i arrived they just had them in plain chocolate no decorations nothing. It was a gift i was taking for a friend. They said you can have them like this but qhy qould someone pay $20+ for undecorated fruit when that is the purpose for paying SO much money on it. I would save your money and go to market street and get better service and products at this point in time.
