I was in your store today and witnessed how some of your employees dont know the meaning of customer service. Myself and my sons girlfriend ended trying to help one of your customers find what they were looking for.

This has become my go to store for shopping for clothes for my teen daughter. I have noticed most department stores like Target, Walmart does not have a designated Junior section. I love that JCP has a Junior section with the right sizes! I have found such good sales eveytime I have shopped here. School clothes, and winter clothes always able to find what I am looking for!

Probably one of the more well maintained stores in the mall (not terribly hard to beat as aged as the mall itself is), but need to seriously rethink how they approach deciding what merchandise to stock. Prices are moderate, stuff is actually in stock. Everything they have is pretty good quality and looks decent enough, but could mostly be described as, meh. While wearing clothes gaudily embroidered with brand names used to be hugely popular, its thankfully become a thing of the past... except in JCPenneys stock selections. I may be harsh, but theyve been relatively unexciting for a number of years now with nothing in the styles kids want to wear, and nothing thats in line with the tastes of the older people that are more likely to be shopping there.

Beware of purchasing fine jewelry from JCPenney. To my knowledge theyre the only store that sells jewelry with absolutely no warranty. A $2,000 cluster ring lost two stones at once in 18 days. The store manager was unable to make this right because because they offer no warranty on their product. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I like to buy local but in this case it was a mistake. I accept partial responsibility for not asking about a warranty. But I think most people assume all products come with some warranty. Especially expensive items like jewelry and cars. Buyer beware.

I went in as a walk in for a cut, was in and out in an hour. Bobbie Jo was awesome, great cut and conversation...thank you!

Ordered items to be picked up curbside checked in at 4pm on space 2. Checkin said associates were busy and would be out soon. Tried calling the store to let them know that I had already been waiting 40 minutes but no departments would answer their phones. Finally got Mens dept to answer and asked for a manager. Manager brought out my bag which actually didnt even belong to me. I had to go inside and finally walked out with my items at 4:55. Manager stated that I hadnt checked in but I showed her on the phone that I had. Associate inside said why did you wait you should have just come inside(so why have curbside as an option)Their curbside pick up is a joke, they should just state must pick up inside.

Lots of clothes to choose from! We were looking for a particular color in womens or juniors casual wear. My daughter found something she liked but in a much larger size, and the employee looked until she found another similar garment in my daughters size. Then when my daughter wanted to keep looking in other stores, another employee held the garment for us until we were done looking in other stores. Fabulous employees!

Heavty hispanic lady with short hair forced us back out of the door yelling were closed, over and over. When we had 15 min, we could have got what we needed in Sephora and left. Disgusting customer service!

Its good for clothes at a good price. However finding clothes you like is a tad challenging. It never really looks recovered and in some places it looks more like a garage sale than an actual store. Its kinda hard to find an employee to help you, but that might be a staffing issue. Though when you are ready to check out the employees there are quite kind and really help you get out fast.

I had asked someone to help me find the boots I wanted in my size. I had one of their workers tell me its all on the floor. Well I was shopping for socks, and a super nice lady offered to look in the overstock in the back of the store. She wasnt back there 5 minutes and brought me the boots that I was trying to find! There is no where else that I Know of that sells, In Style, clothing at such an affordable price and the sales that they have on Jeans pretty much all the time is incredible I mean I can buy a years worth of up to date styles of pants and never break the $120.00 mark which in the economy is quite the God send if I may be so bold.. JC Penney Hair Salon is very unprofessional. The stylest that scheduled the appointment called 20 minutes before my wifes appointment and canceled her appointment. We drove 98 miles because we live in a small community south of Odessa. Thanks JC Penny for nothing and costing me 30 dollars in gasoline.

Fantastic service and selection, but apparently their AC has been broken for the last 3 months and its at least 90 degrees inside. We had a hard time shopping with sweat dripping down our faces. I can only imagine what the poor employees go through on a daily basis. :( management needs to figure it out!

It would be nice to have a self checkout. The cashiers are super slow and the lines get so long. I do like their prices and quality of their clothes.

Was at hairr salon it was great! Was taking very good care of! And got a fabulous cut!

I went in to simply find some basketball shorts, what I was met with a cluster .... Of brands all mixed around the racks, I could not find a single medium sized pair of shorts for any particular brand! Nike mixed in with Xcersion mixed with Puma the whole experience was frustrating that I ended up leaving. Heres a suggestion get it together JCP is going down the drain fast and messy departments like these will not help recover the retail giants financial situation. I had hopes this store would be more organized than the midland store but theyre both exactly the same. Unorganized, messy, leading to a frustrating shopping experience.

When you do Find a staff member most are farely kind and helpful. Unfortunately its a huge mess in there and JCPENNEY is usually my to go to place to shop. I know its due to season changes so new clothes coming in and trying to get rid of the old but unfortunately is hard to shop through.
