We ordered 14 windows vinyl awesome windows. Any issues we had they were on top of that. I would reccomend. Great customer service.

We replaced all the single pane windows in my 3 bedroom house with the thermal windows from Window World. Although the production time was rather lengthy (8 weeks), once the were fabd, they installed that week. The installer was very professional. Windows are easy to operate. One came in slightly damaged but will be replaced.

The installer on the new windows were professional and courteous.He worked quickly and made the adjustments so my windows slide easily. The new windows were a complete transformation of my patio room. Wish I had done 5 years ago.In addition one window from previous purchase had been damaged and replaced fir free.

Window World knows business and customer service. What an amazing company to work with. They contacted me on the phone or email for all things needed and when the windows were ready to install, they told me, installers will be there at this time an this day, and they certainly came at the exact time, worked really nice and professionally, and they left no mess in the house after done. Friendly sales rep. Came at quickly. Went with them for a new door and window. Lowes was slightly cheaper but knew they would do a good job and do it right the first time. Scheduled installation at my convenience and cleaned up after themselves.

Unwilling to give me a price for a window when I called for a quote.I didnt ask for an installation quote. I asked for a quote on a window.I see your not very consistent as well. The person on the phone told me 4, you are now saying 6. I told them I needed a quote for a window only, no installation. I never asked for installation. I asked for a quote on a window. Months later and Im still waiting for my windows... Ordered windows on 07/20/2020. Its 11/06/2020 and I still dont have windows installed. Original order came in 09/04/2020, but somehow one window wasnt in my order. They said they would find out if the company would find my missing window, or remake it. Never received a call about the outcome. So I wait another 6 weeks (10/30/20) and I call again (NO ONE EVER CALLS ME), and I find out the last window is due in Monday 11/02/2020. Its now Friday 11/06/2020, and still no one calls me with an update about my status. So, again I CALL!! And lo and behold, my window wasnt delivered on the 2nd, and wont be here on the 9th.. Cant even review the windows yet, and just about ready to be done with this... I just dont understand how come its just so hard to keep your customer updated..Am willing to edit review if and when I ever get the windows I ordered delivered AND installed, but for now, it stays. So I get a response on here, but STILL have NEVER received a single call back from the company!

A great place to buy windows from. Windows are installed promptly and with great efficiency. If there is any problem while warranty is on effect, a technician is sent out quickly to resolve the issue. I have enjoyed my windows the last 5 years.

We had windows put in our midland hone a few years ago. Best investment I’ve ever made. They did a fabulous job. We’ve now moved to Odessa and will have window world do our windows in our home soon.

Helped us order the Right windows. Built some beautiful windows for the front of our house. Installed them in a matter of hours. Took away the old windows and left no mess. left us with a much nicer looking curb appeal. Showed us how to operate the units and explained how the windows would improve the environment in our home. Prior to getting the new windows, I was forced to change our air conditioner filters every month. Now, its been 1.5 months and I skipped changing the filter because it wasnt dirty. And weve had a major dust-storm. Were pleased, and our neighbors have complimented the new windows.

The whole experience of having our windows replaced was a breeze....thanks to Window World! We called for an estimate in May and Carlos came and gave us a demonstration of their window. We were having our 1967 windows replaced. Windows were measured a week later and installed 7 weeks later! The installation was PERFECT! They left zero mess! The windows are gorgeous. Weve had our new windows for about a year now. They are very good for dimming the bright sun and our ac/heater runs substantially less thanks to them.Im especially thankful that we had them when we had the blizzard and power outage that hit Texas. -20 to -30 windchill that night and inside stayed in the 50s.Very happy with them.
