I delivered to this business. It was open at 7am. The drive way was big enough to park in with a Big truck and trailer. The People who worked there were courteous and polite to me. I was unloaded in a timely manner.

I hate leaving bad reviews very friendly people but seems like they literally answer every question with “we don’t do that” or “we don’t carry that” for the same products I get at BSE in midland all the time

This was one crazy call I had. I called Border States to try to locate an Allen Bradley Module. Border States distributes Allen Bradley products. I asked the girl who answered the phone. I would like to see if you have an Allen Bradley module in stock. She said we dont have an Allen that works here. I said no, Im not looking for an Allen, Im looking for an Allen Bradley product. So she said hold on, another girl came to the phone. I gave her the same request. She said, We dont have an Allen that works here. I said you are an Allen Bradley distributor, Im looking for a module. So then they put me on hold for the longest time. Then a gentleman comes to the phone. He says we dont carry Allen Bradley in stock, call these other companies. But in their defense, I just found out this location doesnt sell Allen Bradley. That is why they gave me another company to call.

I dont think anyone working there enjoys their job. Very unfriendly, non helpful at all. I waited on the counter for help while the associates just walked right passed me. When I finally got helped, the guy stopped me mid sentence and said they dont have it. I would not recommend.
