Working out of town, and I was driving from Midland, and arrived 3 minutes till 5, after previously calling to tell them I am only minutes away. I pulled into the parking lot and the store closing personnel watched me go to the locked door and they drove off. That makes a strong statement to their customer service mentality. Sure makes a strong case for Amazon if a person has to wait till the next day in either case.
