I recently had called Dennard and Todd looking to buy roll up storage door the young lady that answered the phone promptly took my information and pass it on to sales Jordan Brashear Jordan called me back in a timely manner and was more than helpful kind and courteous and went out of his way to help me with my request smooth and seamless buying process most of which was done over the phone As to I have a busy work schedule he ordered and processed my request on time as he said he would although I installed the door myself the directions that came with the unit Were straightforward and easy to use and installed it within a couple hours thank you Sales and stuff for my buying experience

Called and set multiple appointments to have my door looked at and fixed. Every time I have a day set to have someone come out it’s always a no call no show from these guys. Haven’t been able to open my garage door for about 3 weeks now. Won’t be trying to set another appointment with this company again.Update: Gave a 3rd try and at least got a phone call to set an appointment yesterday, just to have another no call no show. I appreciate you’re fast response to a review, just wish the work matched that. Have now ordered a new door and will install myself.

Buyers BEWARE Took 3 weeks longer then they said they would and had a couple items go missing in my antique car collection garage. Need to file a complaint about the crew that came out.UPDATE: this job was under my husbands name so I absoulty see no reverence in it being under my name. We had an awful service through yall and would like to speak with a supervisor about the crew that was being VERY sketchy around my house. Thank you!!

Gave them another shot on a 14x12 ft OHD door at my house.Jordan came out and looked at my door within an hour of me calling to see what needed to be performed to convert my door to a 12 tall door - so everything looked promising. He saw clearly what needed to be performed and the top panel that had pulled out of the rails on the existing door.He gave me a quote of $862.75. I corrected the sales tax amount and agreed to the work for $811.19.After taking apart my door he calls and tells me that they need to add another four hundred and something dollars for new rails because he did not notice that they needed replacing. I was stuck so I agreed.Just received an invoice - Marked PAST DUE (How could that be since this is the first time Ive seen an invoice) - for $1,403.32 - $592.13 higher than I was quoted, and well over a hundred dollars more than the revised price I was given - 73% more than original quote.The door operator is obviously high off the ground so access is difficult. They did not have the courtesy of putting in a new light bulb or checking the outside controller that needed a battery.Very disappointing.________________________________________________________________________2019 - We have two heavy-duty 20 tall roll up doors with electric operators that had not been used in a long time. One door we were able to operate manually the other would not move.We called Dennard & Todd out to look at them since they had installed the operators many years ago. They showed up when expected and thankfully brought with them the necessary equipment to access the operators.They got the movable door working in short order. The second door they said needed to be replaced .... completely for $5-6000.00. I questioned if they had actually inspected the operator since there was a pallet in the way. Even after we moved the pallet and they went up and inspected the operator and I questioned their diagnosis of a broken spring, since the door was 3 off the ground, they said the spring was definitely broken. It had locked up the door and the door was too old to get any replacement parts.After they left, we used our man lift and access the operator. I cut the drive belt off of the motor and was able to operate the door manually. Nothing wrong with the spring or door - just needs a new drive motor.Everyone makes mistakes - however - need to not be in such a hurry and be more thorough.

Went into our rent home when we werent there and I saw them rummaging through my husbands tool box looking for a piece of the garage door instead of knocking on the front door and being allowed into our home (well garage) when I pulled up both men just starting laughing because they werent aware I wasnt home is my assumption. So I took a picture of men in case something came up missing
