Amazing experience. I have been to other hearing aid companies in the past but never experienced the dedicated service I received at Miracle ear. Ruby took the time I needed to explain what she was doing and how the results of the test affected my life. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. I was presented with different hearing aid options and I was able to choose the option that best fit me financially. It was truly a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Miracle Ear and Ruby to anyone needing hearing aids.

I gone so many different places to get good quality hearing aid, not only that but the people work there especially Ruby Moreno the hearing specialist, she amazed me she answer any little thing of problems and make it work and willing to go beyond. I’ve had other specialists that didn’t want to help me out to hear and make my life easier, she told me that she feel like she didn’t do her job and I flat out told her you’re wrong she made me so happy when I have problems and she fix the problems and told her she was the best hearing specialist, I want her to stick around for my and other people benefit. Took Mama here the other day and other than the directions from my gps and telephone conversations with them we had a very informative visit here. Staff is wonderful and has checked in with us to see our status. Would definitely refer people to this office.

Accomplished!!I was in search for new hearing aids for my grandmother and we decided to check this place out. We went in & was absolutely amazed on how the customer service was. The receptionist Mercedes was very professional & helpful! She greeted us right when we walked in, as well as answering every question my grandmother & I had. This place was so wonderful and welcoming. I had too take my mom and the receptionist Mercedes was nice and generous especially towards my mom since she has very hard hearing. She took her time and made sure she answered every question that was asked and made my mom feel very welcome 10/10 recommend this establishment!!!

I went in for a hearing test because my family says I talk to loud. Ruby Moreno preformed a very extensive test and evaluation with what looked like a very expensive machine… Extremely thorough… Ruby was so Professional and very nice and accommodating I would recommend miracle ear to anyone and everyone that has a concern about their hearing

My hearing aid on my right ear was acting up and felt all muffled so they sent in and had replaced and I got a new one within a week. Also had my cleaner I bought go out and they sent in and got a new one for free the next day. This place has been really good to me and I would recommend all my friends and family here.
