Called for a service call at around 10 A.M. gave all the information because there wasn’t anyone aside from the secretary to answer and question. I was told I would get a call back to set everything up and never received a call back.

Total waste of time, guy in there couldnt be bothered to acknowledge me, as he was very busy with his wife sorting out his lunch plans. Finally wraps that up walks right past and tells somebody hes leaving for lunch, and does exactly that just leaves.Nobody ever comes up to the front to relieve him, so nobody there to do business with.Will not be back.

This business makes high pressure hoses and business is very very good! Highly recommended for those needing it, ask for Sammy, hes the man!

Rude employees they dont greet you when you walk in. They dont acknowledge you even if your standing right in front of them. Youre better off going to Austin distributing on highway 80.

Sucks!, if r in a hurry go somewhere else, waiting at the counter and they never even started the paperwork before they made up my hose. Presision hise in Midland jist make the hose and then bill u out!. Ten times the better service.
