0 star if possible. Horrible experience. We made a reservation the on Wednesday afternoon for a bobcat. Went to pick up the bobcat Thursday morning PAID for the rental sat for 2 hours waiting for them to to load the bobcat. They hooked up the trailer and then decided that they didnt want to let us rent the bobcat. And told us that it wasnt safe to rent. Absolutely a waste of time.

Junk....have nice things but will only rent to locals. I needed a float for concrete and didnt have local address. I was willing to put up $300 cash deposit on it and was still denied. The float was 275$ to purchase new..... I understand not wanting to screwed out of equipment but I was willing to put a deposit worth more than the used equipment I was trying to rent. Goodluck in the future American Rental!!!

Very very rude sales woman in there. They really need to train people to have sales manners. Until she sees money or your card approved then she becomes SnowWhite. Disgusting!

Very poor service and very rude employees, it took a very long time to be loaded, and the sales people will ignore you, and get mad when asked questions. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone!!!
