THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY TORTILLAS!😡. They didn’t even have wifi eaither! . While i was passing by the seafood area it stinked SO mad i was about to throw up!

I love going to this supermarket! Its got so much, its hard to begin describing everything.

Every time we go to Odessa we stop here for pan dulce. Bad while we are here we get something to drink and some tacos. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Wish I lived closer. Also a great meat and seafood section. Everything looks clean and taken care of.

All great stores in our Music City Mall. Go Visit.

Fantastic, like stepping into a Mexican market on a bigger scale, some prices higher, meat much lower, wonderful clerks, bi- lingual.over-all great experience. Looking forward to dinner with friends and really authentic Mexican food.

I love there prices everything is great Ive left 5 star reviews because of it. However, today was not so good... I went to tha meet counter and requested tripitas.. And being that I wanted to make some for 5 people I asked for 5 lbs. Thank lady said they have a box usually the box had been $25. Well she said it was half the box and it weighs 6 lbs so I took it.. Well lets just say it was more that the box price. (Being a Ive been otr k wanted some good tripas Home made) well after boiling I managed to only get 1 lb YES ONE POUND!!!!! AND the rest is fat that center to 2.3 lbs and the remaining lbs well you guess it was all ice.... Guess Im not purchasing meet again from the meet market (saddened)..... In the past it was worth the money but this time no where need it.. 30 plus dollars for about 1 lb. Never again.... Sigh....

Nice variety, clean store. This store caters to the Hispanic community with a wide range of spices,meats and treats. If that were not enough there is a Mexican restaurant inside and a refreshment Island to go along with the restaurant. There is always plenty of parking too. Huge parking lot

Actually the last time we went was just to eat. They serve mexican food that is very good. And tables to sit so you can eat it hot. Very spacious. And dont forget their horchatas. Several varieties.

Pretty good place for small towns like in the west TX, lots of variety, I found stuff I couldnt find in Chicago, its nice for quick stop, but jot on weekends, so be there early....

The prices are high but unfortunately it is the ONLY place I can find green plantains. Wide selection of Goya products. Fresh butchered meats. Seasoned or not. Its a great friendly place to shop.

Some of the stuff is pretty good for a Lebanese-owned, Mexican based product store. The majority of the staff is for the most part incompetent. A male cashier threw my avocados on top of the eggs pretty rough and didnt seem to care. If they ramped up the quality of personnel they could definitely run a better store. Their chorizo and meat are good.

I love going here when Im in Odessa, its really a cool grocery store! I love it and its always clean

I walked in there today about 5:30pm. Some of the produce was overdated. Yet thats the least of the issue here. I waited about 15 minutes in the minimum item lane and i was only 3rd in line. This place needs organizational management. It has alot of potential but top management or owner is not rectifying El Ranchos weaknesses.

Rancho is great in finding the ethnic cuisine and products you need. Good fruit and veggies selection plus love the Fresh Aguas!

I usually go visit this establishment on the weekends for the menudo. If you dont arrive early you just might miss out. It helps if you are bilingual because you dont get the same attention otherwise. Really good prices and great variety.

Most items are cheaper and lot better quality at HEB. Specially the meats and sea foods! But it does have some things that are better here! Always check your ads And prices at other srores.

Great store for all different types of doughnuts, meats, seafood, Mexican juices. The list goes on & on. They also have a restaurant inside with great food choices.

Its a good place to go if plan to cook some mexican food, although they have various produce, a lot of different cultures tend to shop there too.

Dont speak language, but nice and helpful people.

At one point it was good but know they gotten so cheap with there serving you food I even told them that there getting cheap never again will I take my workers there and friends

They have everything I would need to cook anything and everything my hubby likes. Im from Dallas and we have several of these stores there. Im in Midland now, I was happy they have one not too far from where I stay.

I really like the El Rancho Supermercado in Odessa. My favorite part is the deli counter where you can buy hot food for lunch. Tacos are great. The only drawback would be that it seems that the employees were not super nice to me. They kept letting people cut in front of me and it made my son really upset. He said it was because I was white.

Ive always like this store, just one thing about. Specially in the MEAT MARKET!Why they always mad when people ask for help or service. Bad service. Ive seen twice a lady was being rude to a customer. And hate the part when you want an specific cut, they dont want to cut it. Need customer service training for sure. Cashiers as well. Hope this could help to at least get the store customer service better. But oh well. Will see you again soon.

Worst experiences in a grocery store ever. There isnt enough room to go down an aisle without 20 people jutting in front of me. I had probably $200 worth of groceries and got up front and waited in line for 30 minutes. The cashier was sooooo slow. Eventually, I gave up and left all of my groceries including ice cream that had melted.

My husband and I love coming here, vegetable are fresh and prices are reasonable. Fresh pasteries all kinds. Worth going to!

Very cheap food. Not sure how organic they are but they are the most affordable grocery store for greens and veggies. Live their bread but their meats are quite pricey. They have zero to no worker that speaks clear and proper English so be ready to in case you need help locating an item.

Two simple question...where is heavy cream (gave example of making alfrado sauce) & where is packaged hamburger meat...3 workers could not understand. Even the store manager did not speak English.
