We started speaking with Moises Contreras in April 2021. We were able to do practically everything through email, submitting applications, signing applications etc … we live about 100 miles from the Palm Harbor Homes in Odessa TX. We were able to go to Odessa in May 2021 and speak with Moises in person. He is very friendly and helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted and on that day he said we had been approved we just had to get through the process. As of today July 10, 2021 we are just waiting for the application to be finalized and Moises said he’s doing his best to move things around so we can get our home delivered as soon as August. We are so happy with the service Moises has shown us. He answers emails, text and phone calls immediately, he’s been friendly and above all so very helpful. We didn’t have much money for a down payment and he helped find financing that we could handle. So, as of today, we are happily waiting for the paperwork to be finalized and to get the ball rolling on the delivery/set up of our new home. We highly recommend Moises from the Palm Harbor Homes in Odessa TX. He has been so good and helpful to us. Highly recommend!

Tanya is literally the best! Me and my family had already been searching for a home for awhile but she actually answered all our questions and made sure we got a home! I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for my family.

We purchased a home from Moises in 2020. We have had numerous issues with the home from the start. It took forever to get moved in due to the extreme trimming needed on the home cause there was so many cracks all over the home ( and there still is)it looked like a road map. They had to send a second trimmer cause the first one saw all the flaws in the home and wanted to fix them all, but then they sent for another trimmer instead because they said the first trimmer was contract... well, that was a false reason cause the second trimmer was contacted as well ( and he did a very poor job, unfinished, and messed up a lot in the home). Moises is a fraud and he makes promises he doesn’t keep and that’s so unprofessional! The people at factory also are unpleasant to deal with, they all back paddle and don’t want to fix the issues after we paid so much for this home. We didn’t pay half price for this home, we shouldn’t have to live in a half done home that’s falling apart from walls to floor . I wouldn’t recommend Moises, or Palm Harbor to anyone.... More home for your money??? Yeah, right

I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a manufactured home you visit Palm Harbor on Andrews Highway. My and my husbands experience there was one of the best. Justin Sanchez was not only very friendly he was very knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and did his best to find us exactly what we were looking for. He walked us through the entire process and explained everything step by step. Our entire experience was the most pleasant I have experienced which gave me peace of mind. The entire staff was very friendly as well and the atmosphere was very pleasant as they seem to enjoy each others company.

Mosies the general manager is a fraud, do not trust him!They sold me a 2019 Newly built mobile home MAY2019 and they mounted it JULY 2019. When i went to go view my house before moving in there was a used condom in the toilet and the shower was used, the contractor manuel stated that it might of been from the workers prior to that day (DISGUSTING) should of known it was going down hill from there. By August 2019 my house started cracking and breaking from the inside out, My shower is currently broken from the inside. My jacuzzi is placed incorrectly causing even more cracks. and my inside walls are cracking . I have been calling this company to get assistance since August of last year and no help has came my way, I had to call my insurance agent to assist me in this matter because no other person would help me. 2 weeks ago We were able to reach mosies and my agent had me on the phone. I had muted myself and he up front stated that he is not fawned on me, that I over exaggerate. my agent defended me and let him know that I have been dealing with this complaint since last year and my mortgage stated that they have not heard back from Moises and that the best thing to do is go to the state. Mosies stated that i can do what i want. He than called manuel and had him on speaker for us to hear and he told him to come out and take pictures. Manuel came that next week and he took pictures and he let me know that all the repairs needed will have to go through my warranty that does not go through me or mosies .I called moises from palm harbor to get the number to warranty and as i was waiting to speak with the warranty company mosies was trying to speak for me when i specifically asked to speak with them. once i told him and my agent that i was recording the call because this has happened before to where they state something that ends up being false information, Mosies got highly upset and shouted over the phone that i have no right to record and due to that he is not going to help me and for me to get the phone number to the warranty company and do it myself. I let him know if he could transfer us to her since he was already speaking to her and he shouted NO YOU CAN CALL HER. my agent let him know that all calls are recorded regardless because she is an insurance company and that he treated me very unprofessionally. This is by far the worst service i have ever dealt with the manager marks a very bad name to the company, please do not make the same mistake as me!!_________________________________________

Shopping for a new home can be a bit stressful!Palm Harbor was my last stop of the day, and I was somewhat overwhelmed already. Upon arrival a gentleman introduced himself (Justin Sanchez) and welcomed me into his office to find out what I was in the market for. Justin was very attentive and understanding as I explained my situation. After a few minutes of discussing what I did and did not want; I felt fairly confident that I had stopped at the correct place. Not only did Justin give me options that fit my budget and requests; but, he also explained the quality and structure of the homes. He was very knowledgeable and polite.
