Made reservations for 8:30AM. Online, it states that they open at 7AM. When I got here at 8:30, they were closed. An employee arrived and I asked him when they open and he said they open in 15 minutes. I asked him how can I make a reservation for a time before they open. He said use your phone to get access to your truck and walked off. He didn’t explain how to do that at all.

I definitely recommend this location, because the first time I return the truck to this location, very kind ladys name Kelly she is very nice and professional handling customer needs and she is very hard working with each truck return and she making sure each truck inside is clean and ready to rent out. When I see her outstanding customer service, we decided to move our personal belongings to this location for storage. We are very happy with the clean facility and her professionalism. Is very hard to find a place like this location, Im from Cooper city in Florida,, after I move out to Florida to Odessa TX is another world and other environment for me. But Kelly always very present to handle every concern or problem. She is very sharp what she does. Because my husband move out thr items from the storage last week, but they already know, because they do check every unit if everything is ok, if is something wrong, they will inform you. But my husband didnt inform the office that he moving out to another city, but they already know the next day after he move out. I didnt have a chance to called until today and Kelly already aware, but my husband is a truck driver and busy schedule didnt answer the calls. Lol.... Kelly is awesome 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊🙏🏻

I am trying to understand how we are set to pick up a 20ft truck at 7am & the truck itself has not been turned. No other truck in our area, we are set to move tomorrow, load up the truck today & leave out Sunday morning. Now we have no answer for when or if we are going to get our truck today. Customer service is a 30 minute wait time, but since this place is our only option we must wait... of course..

I rented at a different location and was sent over here to get a tire changed out. Kelly was great. She changed two tires and was quick. This is a great place to do business with.

James was very rude. He was in the middle of belittling another customer who had some legitimate questions about a rental when I came in. He was extremely impolite in telling me I had to wear a mask, I had no idea it was required, having just arrived from another state. That was bad enough, but he was wearing an absolutely filthy bandana that probably had enough diseases residing it it to warrant wearing an N95 mask just to converse with him. On top of that, his nose was uncovered and he was practically chewing on the top of his dirty rag he called a mask.

It’s the 2nd of the month.....there is a line of 15 ppl as expected....& they have 1 kid.....ONE....checking-in trucks....issuing trucks....cashiering....& installing/hooking up equipment!!!!! I use uhaul ALOT & this is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with!!!!

Had some issues yesterday, but today Kelly and LeAnn were a huge help. Fast service, very humorous and job-focused. Thank you!!

Tried to return a bunch of surplus boxes, less than 24 hrs after I bought them, misplaced the receipt, and they claimed all they could give me was store credit. I sincerely doubt they cant look up a receipt from less than 24 hrs ago. Very predatory considering the whole spiel they give is easy to return etc, buy extra! Now Im stuck with store credit I wont ever use.

Stopped in last Friday to pickup a reserved motorcycle transport trailer. The 2 guys on staff were very welcoming, we laughed and talked while executing the check out process. They hooked me up and got me on my way. Appreciate it gentlemen!

Somehow managed to overtighten the knob of my brand new propane tank on its first refill and refused to accept any responsibility or apologize. The knob was turned so tightly that I could not get it back open except for part of the way. Now the tank is useless. Get your propane elsewhere.

I had a bad experience with these people they helped me when I got there with a forklift and when it was time to pick it up my tool box this very heavy tool box when I asked if they would help again they wanted to charge me 50$ stating they need records of me so that theres no insurance problems they already have records of me renting the place why would they need more records it was unfair and they were on polite and rude on the phone Ill never go there again
