I love the store in Ogdensburg New york. The staff is friendly,helpful and knowledgible . I have been going there for many,many years. The store is well organized, clean and has anything you need for most crafts❤❤

Terrible customer service. They cant be bothered. Poor selection of crafting and jewlrey supplies. Either carry a selection or nothing. Waste of time. I was ready to spend some $ on beads and chain. Nope.

The store in Ogdensburg rarely has the right supplies you need available, and most days, certain staff that work there are not helpful and always have an attitude.

Fantastic selection of fabrics. And my mother was able to find a particular color of wool skein that had been so hard to find previously.

Being a quilter I can get items that I need fast just wish would carry more civil war reproduction fabics staff is very friendly and helpful

Im not sure what I would do without this store. The staff are very helpful. The manager I deal with, Dawn and Kyle are beyond helpful every time I need something or make an odd request. They help me track down fabric that isnt in their store, they never fail to smile and help as much as they can.

I am a big fan of Joann fabrics for there large selection of printed fabrics in a wide variety of fun an unique patterns. If you are looking for patterned cottons/polyesters look no further!

They had exactly what I needed for 40% off! Actually they had 2 varieties and the clerk helped me decide the best one for my project.

Was really surprised at how fabulous their fabric selection was for a small town and a smaller location than Ive seen. The staff were super helpful and so friendly. Went above and beyond at the till working through my fabric purchases to maximize my coupons. The only downside was the confusion with some of the promotion signage.

Great selection of fabrics and supplies. 50% off coupons did not work on reg priced material.several times in the past, I used coupons only to get home and find several did not discount. Negative coupons now are up to 60$ plus that did not take off. Only place with a selection within 60 miles either way.

The staff was helpful & knowledgeable & pleasant. I found the store to be small compared to my hometown store . However, they did offer a fairly wide range of items. It was a successful trip nonetheless.

This location does not have a very big variety to choose from, at least of the things we were interested in (yarn and scrapbook supplies). However, the staff was personable, kind and helpful.

My wife is a great seamstress and this is where she gets all her fabrics and notions. Although not one of their larger stores, they have a good selection and the prices are unbeatable, especially when compared with the stores here in Ottawa.

I like Joannes but they have really cut down on some categories. Not much variety on scrapbook stuff. Also one in Ogdensburg and Malone dont get in alot of advertised items. I dont want to order online when I am working on a project .
