The automotive department employees are really great workers. So helpful.

I am very happy with picking up my groceries at walmart. The workers pick up the items I have selected. If they dont have what I picked they substitute with something close to it. They bring my groceries out and put them in the back. They have all been very helpful and friendly. If they do substitute they tell me and ask if it is okay !

One of the head cashiers is always ignorant and giving me dirty looks thats why I always avoid ogdensburg Walmart the service is terrible and the ignorance of some the employees makes my anxiety go through roof but thats ogdensburg for u

The store has awesome clearance items and the shelves are fully stocked..I live 6 miles from potsdam walmart...but ogd walmart is totally worth the drive!

Yesterday I went to Ogdensburg NY to pick a few orders at the UPS store. I went to Walmart just across the shopping where the UPS store is located. I wanted to compare prices in this New York store vs a Canadian store since the US has a strong dollar right. I was really surprised to see that the Walmart Ogdensburg NY is still have competitive prices vs the Walmart in Canada, except for clothing. Children clothing are almost the same price as in Canada. Otherwise, everything else has a better price tag then Walmart stores in Canada. From housewares to small appliances, electronics gear, TV, and much more. However, if you purchase in one of these stores in the US, you cannot return the items to a store in Canada. That mean you may hand up with items you dont want or defected. You wont be able get your money or have them exchanged. Just be careful of what king of items you want to purchase from the US.

Another walmart off my list. You would think woth the business they do, that shopping bags would be a norm. Not any more. Not a bag to be seen. You take your purchases, toss them back in the cart and walk out into the weather. I think the founder, like many others is rolling in his gravesite.

Was thier fire alarms went off, the only thing you could hear was alarms going on the workers didnt seem to know what to do in the situation people were being unkind to the Walmart employees instead of kindly leaving it was chaos they need a better system they need to also improve the speaker announcement because nobody could hear what they were saying nobody knew what to do or where to go nobody was being directed they need to get their s*** together

I used to like shopping here. Now I have to pay extra to feel safe. Walking through the store, there are people not wearing masks just chatting and laughing away. I dont wear my mask just to protect myself, I also wear my mask to protect those around me.

Walmart staff is incredibly nice except from what I guess certain managers? I caught their names but beware of Melissa and Angela because they are snippity to their workers. I saw one complain over a question and the other angrily staring at another worker what a bunch of rude women. Nice to customers but horrible to their workers how embarrassing to see how they talk to their employees infront of their customers!

For all the hard work and outside pressures during the covid, these kind folks come out shining. There food tastes always great!

Great location and price for Canadian

My experience at Walmart was pretty good the sales people were radon q they know about their sales and what was on sale the price and the discounts so yeah I liked it agree.

Twice now once with my dad and then my boyfriend both with buying a new phone they would not help them set up new phones and were extremely rude

This store is ALWAYS clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful and most things are usually in stock. If they arent its usually a corporate issue, not a local issue.

The head pharmacist is impossible to deal with. She changed my meds without my knowledge and gave me no prior notice and did not provide me options for moving forward. Dangerous behaviour.

Was clean, stocked, social distancing enforced. The kid doing carts was a little rude but other than that, for being in that part of St.Lawrence county it was an overall well trip. The animal department had a lot of selection and when my mask broke an employee came right up and offered me a new one.

Seems like everytime I go there either its not on the shelf anymore or hasnt been put out yet. I dont know how many times I run into that problem an then I have to go to another store to find what I need or make another trip back out to the store another day. An then the set up thats going on with bagging, what do they get paid for? There is no set up to bag your merchandise up if you have your own bags, the cashiers dont bag anything up if you have your own bags an your standing there blocking peoples way an they dont give you time to bag your stuff before their ringing up the next person. Oh an to try an get help on the floor, Ive walked around a department looking for help you think I could find anyone, had to go to service counter to ask for help in a department. You wanted me feedback well you got it..

I need certain things that are only at the Walnart. Mostly the staff is ok..but I never go to Electronics anymore as an associate there was horrible to me and other customers witness this incident. A lady that was a customer at the counter was hostile to me for asking for help since she was taking up a considerable amount of time having the only man working at the counter calling the phone company on the store phone to have her new activated. This she could have done on her own. The lady customer obviously worked at the store and felt entitled to have her own way. She yelled at me and was aggressive. I left the area and went straight to customer service. No one should have to be threatened and feel unsafe in a shopping experience. I made a complaint to management and he was helpful about the whole thing. I dont go to that store much at all now and never alone. I drive to another store miles away to not feel anxious about shopping for my monthly household supplies. Honestly, why is everyone so rude, angry and selfish self centered individuals?

Wasnt crazy busy early Tuesday morning so that was nice. The store was very clean. Employees all wore masks and were very friendly. Ogdensburg folks are pretty darned cool to do business with! Say hi to Russ Finley from Zeke if anyone sees him. Lol.

Pharmacy curbside pickup, it was very quick (less than 10 min) and no going in the store

The Auto Care Center at this Walmart is incompetent and extremely poor service.I waited nearly 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and my car was in the garage but NO ONE ever changed the oil! There were 4 mechanics standing around doing nothing and my car was the only one in the garage!I also purchased a new battery for my other car and the manager got me the wrong one after I had the correct model of battery on the counter! Now I have to drive 40 miles one way to return it.Avoid this Walmart Car Care as the employees are incompetent and lazy!

Aisles are odd, like maybe when they first opened and the staff were stocking the place they misconstrued the instructions and just put items wherever they wanted. Shelves are not stocked regularly and they let people in without masks. Should have someone at the door to tell people they cannot enter without a mask, its that simple! Same as no shirt, no service

And I dont think customers can READ! The green signs are posted where to Enter an aisle and the red stating Do Not Enter! Seriously?! Even the employees have to wait for these self-righteous people to make their way out going upstream, so they can stock shelves! Cant fix stupid!

Just a small store, you will hardly find what looking for unless you are looking for the everyday basic items, No vegetables or any fresh food.

At Walmart in Ogdensburg, NY yesterday. Almost everybody was observing the law by wearing a face mask. However I observed 2 customers not wearing a mask, and 1 associate with a mask pushed down below his chin walking around. I complained to an associate who told be store policy was not to say anything to customers without masks. Is it store policy to allow all customers and staff to be exposed to these few persons that refuse to wear a mask? Is the profit to be made from these few more important then the safety of all compliant persons?

I love Walmart. It has almost anything and everything you need! I wish every Walmart was a super Walmart but either way its a great store. They have everything from groceries to food to car related items and phones. Theres a jewelry, electronic, toy, car, paint, makeup, toiletries section and more! And their prices are crazy affordable for pretty much any income.

No one likes walmart

Store is very clean but employees are not very friendly. But the real cause for only 3 stars is NO PLASTIC BAGS. They expect you to buy paper, woven Walmart bags or a vinyl flowered bag. I saw elderly people struggling to carry their groceries out to their cars without bags! Other stores have bags, why not Walmart? Shameful!

One of the last remaining non super centers of the chain. I give it five stars because you cant really beat most of the staff, although every place has a bad apple or two.

If I could give it no stars I would. Every time I go to this walmart they are out of stock of what I went there to get. I tried to buy a phone they had a large selection on display but they actually didnt have any of the phones that they had on display for sale. They only had a hand full of cell phone to actually sell, compared to the many many phones they had on display . This was before the whole covid thing so they cant say it was that. This wasnt the only time this kind of thing has happened. It happens all the time. I tried to buy a computer at this walmart. I walked up to one of the display computers and said Ill take this one nope out of stock. Ok then Ill take this one pointing at another computer they had on display. Nope they dont have that one either. Im pretty sure its agenst store policy to display items that they dont have to sell. It questionable if its even legal.

Clean friendly place to buy items you need!

I chose our local Walmart to shop at for our household cleaning items, personal hygiene products, misc household decor & Xmas gifts for children. As there wasnt much of a selection or variety of the childrens toys.To sum it all up, I chose Walmart because its the ONLY store we have in our so called city. Everything was basically easy to find & prices were reasonable on most & ridiculously high on others.
