The Pharmacy is woefully understaffed during busy hours. Whether on the phone or in person, the wait times to speak to someone are anywhere from annoying to ridiculous. That being said, the staff members themselves are amazing. Ive never seen them be anything but patient and personable under what are often extremely stressful working conditions. Cmon management!

By far the worst wait times, staff is just about always having folks waiting even when your stuff is ready to pick up and they put it at the register yet I still had to wait 15 minutes for the next person to login into another register while the other lady strolled around and saw me waiting but didnt care even a little bit. Definitely taking my business elsewhere and I would implore everyone to do the same until they get a better staff atleast.

Its a nice place to go for Health Products and fewer prescriptions things like that and they also have lots of discounts available

Everyone has very polite. Service is quick.

Friendly workers. Get me in and out quickly. Workers are always helpful. Theyve had their help hrs cut back and its not fair the work load they have to endure. They are constantly buryed in the pharmacy but they do their best. They are always hustling. Probably should get a raise!!

So helpful and kind. Patient and personable. I wont go anywhere but here for my prescriptions. They have made it a little easier for a mother of a disabled child and I cant thank them enough for that. The staff goes above and beyond to make my life easier and to make sure my sons meds are always ready when we need them. They contact docs for me and always treat me and my family with respect!

Friendly employees when youre inside, however reaching them by phone is nearly impossible.Ive called multiple times on different days at different times and after 20 minutes or so in hold have given up.Ive never experienced this with other pharmacies.

Needed help with a script that was expired Dr. Was closed Amy helped with script to get through wk end till Dr opened.Better experience than I had at other local pharmacy . extremely thankful.She was great.

Called to ask how much my prescription will be. I’ve been on hold for an hour and counting. I’ve been there. They’re never busy so long that they’ve had to keep people on hold for a full hour.

Decent pharmacy. The wait to fill a prescription can be longer here than other pharmacies.

They need more staff even just to answer the phones because no one answers them

Was on hold for over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. Time to look for a new pharmacy.
