Busy but well stocked, didnt have everything I needed but cashier was fast and polite.

Great location, you can tell the building is older, but the inside is well kept, with a good selection of food and kitchen utensils, as well as fantastic customer service!

So expensive. unfortunately if you want something before 9am and dont want to go to Walmart.. choices are limited.

As prices go up they are about the same as Walmart

This particular market is a go-to after work because its on my journey home. I believe G. E. is much more expensive than other stores but we also get perks that sometimes outweigh the cost difference. Not always. This store is much smaller than the average but its also convenient and most of the workers are generally friendly.

While the convenience of this store in our little town is nice, you pay a pretty penny for that convenience too.They do have fresh produce, milk, and all kinds of different things available to make for dinners, lunches, and breakfasts.I guess if you dont mind spending the extra cash to shop close to town its a decent place to shop.Personally, unless I really need something, IE: I forgot an onion for my meatloaf, I just save my money and run out to the big W out in cranberry.Saves a lot of money and they have a way better selection of things to choose from.I hope this helps you out.

Had to make a delivery here. Place is a joke. That guy in the back accepting the order was zero help. Couldnt even walk through the warehouse are to unload. Had to make a path to get product into coolers. If this is any indication of how the store operates id be scared.

Rude staff, unfriendly workers! This is a terrible store to go to. No one here seems to want to help you, and they ALL have an attitude!lastly we are in a GREEN faze for COVID-19 and NO ONE in this town is REFUSING SERVICE due to not having a mask. Nope, just Giant Eagle!To day is Fathers Day, and the wife had bought a spice cake for me (yum!), however she accidentally bought a vanilla frosting. I thought this was an easy fix, just drive to Giant Eagle and get some cream cheese frosting...NOPE! They made anyone with out a mask leave the store!

Well stocked, and has some items not seen in other sites. Not a big store, so some selections are necessarily limited, but a good, clean market.

I have been shopping at this store for years and the other day I was told that my three year old could basically pee her pants rather than use their special employee restroom. I also was talked down to by Michael who is a cashier. He had No customer service skills or knowledge of prices! I definitely wont ever shop at this store again seeing as how corporate even thought this was no big deal.? I have no idea what happened to people respecting other people and actually caring about doing a good job but giant eagle has definitely lost my business!!

Convenient, big & friendly workers. Most Giant Eagle dont carry enough sale items when sale begins or not enough ordered. Also, meat department does not put enough sale items out for customers to get. Other staff members are not permitted to go in meat department to get product once staff has left for the day. Im very disappointed in this matter but understand why its like this.

Giant Eagle is a great place to shop. I would like to see more registers open and more space in the store between isles but it is fine. The store would greatly benefit from having lower prices as it would bring more consistent customers. I currently drive 30 minutes away to get groceries just for savings.

Over priced and not enough check out lines. Try going between 4-5 pm. Forget about it. Good bye hour of life in line.Now quality of products is great. Steaks are beautiful good lunch meat and everyone is kind. Just not for those on a budget or in a hurry.

Small store and easy to find groceries. Only a few registers so i have had to wait in line a few times. Stood at the service desk forever last time while clerk was on computer. I only wanted a picture for nephew to color for the halloween coloring contest.

They never seem to have enough people running the registers. Its really annoying. Its more convenient than having to go to Walmart though.

This is the only market in the soberly area for fresh meet & produce. That being said they take full advantage of this with their pricing. Staff usually are friendly and helpful. Favorite quality is their helpdesk. You can do everything from send moneygrams, cash checks, buy gift cards/lottery tickets- even rent a carpet cleaner!

Usually alot of sales buy one get one, and what you spend gets you rewards on gas or your grocery bill next time around. Weve saved alot shopping here at times, though we spend a lot there too. Either way the customer service is always great and thats what makes customers come back.

Was just there and was unable to reach something on a top shelf. I asked a near by lady who works there if she could use her step she was using to get something off the shelf for me. She used a mean time and said no you cant use it. I proceeded to tell her I didnt want to use it, I just needed someone to help get something. She again with a mean tone said what do you want. I was trying to get water off the top shelf that I could not reach. I showed her where and she left the stool behind. When she realized she couldnt reach it either she sighed and grumbled. I at that point had enough and told her to nevermind, took my cart to customer service and told them I wouldnt be back again. Most of the staff is amazing there and even though it is more to shop there I always wanted to help locally and not just run to Wal Mart all the time. Well that lady sealed the deal Wal Mart here I come.

There are several staff there that are really nice and then there are people have no personality and absolutely rude they do not honor their accuscan 99.9% of the time when it says youre supposed to get the item free when it rings up wrong they dont do that at this store even though its their policy only for certain customers if you throw a fit and it should be honored whether you throw a fit or not

This is the only grocery store left in the city limits of Oil City. They have some good deals but are often over priced. The store is much needed though.

I have a card you dont get a discount and even with the discount its still more than going to Walmart
