BMW makes great cars. But, everyone makes great cars. The stark contrast Ive found with BMW is the level of customer service that seems to be universal across all BMW Dealerships and Service Departments. Serra Auto Campus took me in, figured out the confusion with the paperwork, telling me dont worry, well figure this out, do you want anything to drink? The people at Serra Auto Campus met the standard of what Ive become used to with BMW. Service was done in quick time, no drama, no anything other than satisfaction. I highly recommend! Heck, they offered to clean my already clean car!
Marshall was thorough, knowledgeable, and followed through on everything he said he would do. I purchased one of the courtesy cars that needed a small paint touch up and he scheduled it for me even after the purchase. He also retrieved my sunglasses from the car I traded in after the sale. Service advisor Marlon Olivas is exceptional in customer service, however, in your effort to provide personalized service by channeling all communications via the service advisor actually slowed the transaction. When all I needed was to schedule a ride to the dealership to pick up my car, the fact that Marlon was busy answering all other customers calls and questions, it took me literally half a day to get through by phone. I feel that the simple act of notifying your driver of my need for a ride, it could have been expedited through other personnel at the dealership. Best regards.
I am very disappointed with the service I received at Serra Auto Campus. I took my Porsche in because my headlights were not functioning. I told them I had replaced the headlight switch but it didnt solve the issue. After diagnosis, they informed me that it was indeed the headlight switch that needed to be replaced. I ended up having it replaced for $807. The next time I drove it in the dark, the headlights didnt work. I took it back in and they told me the ignition switch was the problem. They sent me an estimate for $1827. Not wanting to just take their word again, I did some research on the issue. I found the ignition switch online and decided to order it and install it myself. The cost was under $20, including shipping. I installed the part myself and it fixed the issue. I inquired by text and email about getting a refund for the headlight switch replacement that didnt fix the problem. Its been about two weeks now and I havent heard back from anyone. I guess since it involves a Porsche, they must think their customers have more money than brains. Is this how a reputable business operates? I think not.

Justin Murray stepped in when our previous client adviser took ill. Justin was very professional and helpful to me. This being my first Mercedes purchase, I was unfamiliar with the nuances of the vehicle. He answered every question I had and even took my phone calls after the sale when I had a question. He even offered to stop at my house if I couldnt get the garage door synced with the car. I was able to figure it out but Justin assured me he would be happy to help if I couldnt figure it out. Overall, Justin and the entire dealership team was great.
The term, BMW client advisor, initially struck me as simply a dressed up way of referring to a salesperson. But I came to realize that Colin took the client advisor role seriously, going out of his way in every way to facilitate my purchase and my accommodation to a new BMW. What stands out most in my mind is Colins enthusiasm for the car itself, the advice and assistance he provided with the trade in of my 26 year old vehicle, the care he took over half a morning in explaining to a novice the detailed basics of operating a computer on wheels, and his follow up messaging to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle.
I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass from Serra Auto Campus about a month ago. I went here for a different vehicle and the salesperson pressured me into this one. My biggest concern was that I am a single female who works and travels a lot so, I needed something very reliable. Not even a month after purchasing the vehicle, I had engine problems. It turns out there were recalls on the vehicle which were not taken care of. Because of these known issues which were not reported to me, I now have a newer vehicle in the shop for about two weeks and will have ongoing engine trouble. I called the dealership and their response was you bought it as is, not our problem. I feel very taken advantage of and am not at all pleased with the customer service or quality of the vehicles sold here. Absolutely would NOT recommend this dealership.
Some dealerships are great to deal with for potential buyers out of state, some are not. This dealership “gets it” and you can tell customer service is their high priority. Justin was a pleasure speaking with you and thanks for all your help.

This place is a joke. Was going to buy a Toyota Rav4 got it inspected by a macanic down the road and he said it was leaking oil due to broken head gasket and/pressure line I brought it back and when confronted about it they brought there macanic out and said Toyotas dont need oil to run your fine ??? I asked the manager if they would lower the price Id still be interested and he said they dont negotiate used car prices only new cars due to possible discrimination/unfairness ??? Then told me I could go somewhere else for a car instead of trying to help find me another vehicle. If you want anything but a brand new car dont go here

We picked up a used 2015 Mercedes at Serra. The salesman was Ryan Greene and he was fantastic! He drove an hour and a half to drop off a misplaced key fob as soon as he had it. I told him I would pick it up but he insisted that I should, in no way, be inconvenienced by this. I thought that was pretty dang cool. Obviously Ill be back soon. Thanks.

Justin was very cooperative in the buying process. Staying far from the dealership makes it a difficult buying process to start with but if you have a dealer like Justin then it makes it pretty easy. Almost all of my requests were honored and I got what I wanted.

Great staff and service all around.My braking pads needed a fix at 11K miles when they should normally at least for 40K. Though not a warranty item, James Sprague did everything to get it fix at no cost to me. He had excellent knowledge and customer service attitude, and went above and beyond to explain how the problem might have happened.
I didnt buy my 2005 320D from this place (Serra Auto Campus) but they have been more than accommodating for the last14 years.
