Yesterday was our girls shopping for homecoming dresses day. We went into Bath and Body Works, enticed by the amazing mingled aromas....Zac immediately helped us, and he was amazing! I have been smelling my Fairytales scent all day and Im so in love....thank you Zac, for being so helpful and friendly!!

Loved the women here!!! They were so helpful and not pushy at all even though I wasted their time bc I thought the pricing was quite a bit different. They still helped with my purchase a ton and hooked me on a brand new scent Im now harassing my husband about 😂🥰

I love this location the staff are so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. The store was clean and well stocked. Its worth it for me to make the 20 minute drive to this location instead of the one closer to my home because of how great the workers are.

Great store, staff is very helpful. I would give 5 stars but lines are sometimes long and they no longer have my favorite fresh orange wallflower.

Great customer service when I visited. Associate was able to answer all my questions. Only disappointment was that they recently revamped all of their hand soap selection. I know that is a corporate decision though and not the specific location. I love Bath and Body Works and will be back.

Now this is my most favorite place in the world! I know own 27 different fragrances and counting. I live their soft scents. Great for my 12 year old daughter.

Get a coupon! I went for the first time. Not a coupon mongrel. Plenty of other shops offer more at $140 dollars. Stop Local. Lansing Farmers Market or East Side Farmers Market. Go natural

I really like this place, theyre very helpful and everything smells so good! The only thing I can say thats negative is that the quality of their products has gone down recently, last year or so, for example; the body sprays fragrance does NOT last like it used to, I used to apply at 7am-8am and still be able to catch a wiff of it by 5pm, not anymore, disappointing to say the least; the quality of their lip balms isnt like it used to be as well, and dont get me started on the overpriced hand sanitizer... but, I still love the store, and they always have amazing sales that make shopping there worth it.

I really like this store. They have a few dozen fragrances that they rotate seasonally. With the sales they run alot you get a few bottles for cheap and they last forever it seems! The clerks are always super-friendly and helpful.

I went to Bath and Body Works in the Meridian Mall today on August 13th with my friend, and two girls who worked there named Stevie (Shannon) and Laura. They helped us a lot, they were both very kind, talked with the customers, and seemed like they actually cared and liked their jobs. Stevie and Laura are amazing employees and I will definitely be coming back and hopefully theyre working because theyre really chill.

The body cream was okay! Smelt good but did not help with my dry skin 😢

I feel terrible for drawing a blank on her name but she was completely different from other employees at other B.B.W. locations! Very personable, helpful and downright funny! Joined in conversations that had nothing to do with her job and was delighted to offer her opinion in a split second. Ill be honest, I wasnt going to buy anything. She ended up selling me $55 worth of goodies and hooked me Up! Blonde lady with a great smile! Cant miss her! 😄
