Yum! Got the orange and dark chocolate truffle. Creamy, fresh and delicious.

I had not shopped at the Meridian Mall location for a while because the last time I was there, the staff was rude when I asked questions about the chocolate. I have to be careful buying anything at a new place because I have severe allergies.So anyway, I decided to give them another try and I will say they exceeded my expectations the second time around. There were 2 young ladies. They gave me good ideas for gifts I needed and helped me find specific items I was looking for.My daughter loved her chocolate gifts and I was able to find some items that were tasty and satisfying for myself as well. A very pleasant surprise. I will be back again. Based on the 2nd visit, I give you ladies 5 stars!😁 I plan to come back soon for shower favors for my nieces Bridal Shower!

Chocolates were old tasting and they aren’t following mask rules so I won’t be back again.Edit: the owner’s took back their original snarky notice about the governor and her implementing masks to be worn. My review still stands. The chocolates tasted old and they obviously only care about following mask requirements when people express their concern. They must have not had anyone die from covid in their family, lucky them...Edit pt. 2: I most certainly was a customer. Your truffles are generally pretty delish. The last 2 times I’ve purchased them, I have gotten several stale tasting ones. So that combined with non-compliance, gets you one star from a once valid customer.

Great local chocolate shop with locations in downtown Jackson and the Meridian Mall in Okemos. Everything is crafted by them and there is a wide variety. I take the kids to pick out their own assortment for moms birthday, and Ive bought multiple boxes to treat people at work. Its always been very good. Enjoy!

For what you pay, you get your weights worth in chocolate. Very fine and rich tasting chocolates of all sorts and other candies too. The customer service was on par and had a lot of patience in dealing with me being undecided about which chocolates to choose.If you are a chocolate lover like myself, you will enjoy what you find here. As I stated before, you get what you pay for.

I love chocolate! The prices are a little steep, but the chocolate is so good and the staff is friendly.

Went into store today to make a purchase. Stood around for about 10 minutes-no one asked if they could help me. Other people entered and was asked immediately if they needed assistance. They were asked twice. There was no way they (3 clerks) didnt see me standing there. I made the comment that Ive been standing there forever and no one offered me any assistance and I walked out. One clerk made the comment that she was sorry.... As much as I love their chocolate, I will never shop there again. I dont want to think they were being prejudice but it crossed my mind. All I can say is God bless them....

Their posted notice regarding their stance against Gretchen Whitmers mask order was enough to make me never want to step inside their business again.

Store in the Meridian Mall is a rip off. Staff was friendly but they overcharged me for truffles. They told me a price per unit but then at checkout charged more because they put it in a ‘gift box.’ If you are going to charge me a different price than quoted, don’t expect more business from me.

Have gone into this chocolate shop several times and have gotten yelled at by the lady with the spiked red hair. She is extremely rude. I shop at the meridian mall often and they have lost my business. She was rude to us the last time we were here and we also overheard her yelling at other customers. If you want good business at least be respectful to your customers. I have never written a bad review about a business because I try to be forgiving and understanding that people have bad days but this was awful and its every time we come in.Later: I received a call from the owners personally. I very much appreciated the fact that they reached out to me and apologized.
