Great selection of shoes! The store was clean, prices were comparable to finish line, cheaper than playmakers. Cori, our salesman, greeted us warmly, was helpful and friendly!

We were told one price then rang up for higher price and was going to charge my son $40 more. Nope. Also no receipt given to my son for his order (hes young. Hes learning.) Thank God the shoes showed up that we ordered in store. I was told to call customer service to get a receipt. Waited on hold for 32 mins and didnt talk with anyone. Next time we will shop online somewhere else because customer service might be better. Seems like the store would want to keep the customers coming through the doors rn?

This Foot Locker is the worst Foot Locker I have been to. The customer service was the worst Ive ever had and I work in customer service everyday. I would be ashamed to work there or even run this place. You should really take a look at whos working in the front of the stores.

The lady working was awesome! We were happy to find they had toddler shoes and great quality at that.

Very bad experience at foot locker .Went there for returning my son s shoes .Didnt have a receipt but shoes were not touched .We also bought another one instead .The original shoes cost 130 bucks they refunded only 99 dollars citing we didn’t have a receipt as the cause .The new pair of shoes we bought cost 130 dollars too so we ended up paying 30 dollars extra .Then when we asked for a receipt the guy says you can’t have a receipt because you didn’t originally bring a receipt for the other pair of shoes!Which shoe store doesn’t give u a receipt for something you bought.I have even returned shoes at Payless and they have been more courteous than this even though their shoes are way cheaper.Very bad experience will be complaining to the main company about the man there .
