A worker here specifically does not know what she is doing. My daughter went in asking for a Polo G shirt as that was the only place we knew of where to get them from, and one young lady with short brown hair did not know who that was so we couldn’t find one only to be gone for weeks and eventually find that there was some there. Get better people Hot Topic.

A friend and I went to Hot Topic today. I was looking for a dress for cosplay next week. The lady was super super helpful. I tried on 5 or 6 dresses. Finally I settled on a stretchy one with stars & constellations on it. It creates a nice shelf and is just very fun and it has pockets, then she helped me pick out a nice necklace to go with it and I found some super cute tights go with the dress I finally picked out. I will definitely go there again.

This place has a lot of different shirts and styles.. Dark and pastel.. Pretty cool in my opinion

Its a very expensive always as the merchandise I want. Customer service is exceptional and the store is always clean. I have very little bad things to say about the store all around.
