Will never be using this location again. The staff members could care less of their customers. They provide no help, no professionalism and lack of manners. When asked a simple question they provide an one word answer and walk away while never making eye contact. Color prints for 70cents each is ridiculous. Plenty of other local business in the area to support

The people at the office are always great and helpful but the driver left my $1200+ phone on my porch without getting a signature AS REQUIRED. Sure glad that it didnt get stolen....

They are always so patient when I come in to ship 10 boxes and didn’t do the labels ahead of time. The manager Justin seems like he is there almost every time I go in. He is kind and great customer service approach to business!Thanks FedEx for being there when we need you especially through the pandemic!

Scott was very professional and friendly in helping me ship 6 packages, all to separate addresses and most of them international. He found me the most cost effective boxes and shipping rates.The store itself is very clean and the staff is always top notch in whatever you need whether it is shipping, printing, copying, whatever.This store is a bit further from me than 2 other FedEx stores (and many other usps, ups, etc.) but I make sure to always go here. Well worth the drive.

I go through the FedEx in Okemos for most of my Printing, banners, and hopefully business cards because of the quality of the work they do. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family...

The computer arrived exactly when they told me it would and in perfect condition. Trying to do self serve with Google Drive was a nightmare. Google thought someone was hacking my account so I spent way too much time waiting to print a document. Finally I just stopped trying to used that feature and did the email to printandgo and that worked much better. Why have the Google Drive option if it doesnt work?

Awful...I never write a review, however I think this one is warranted...all I needed to do was make a few copies...I was rudely told to use the self serve, which there were no other customers in the store at the time. When I went to put my credit card and swipe to activate the system was not registering my card. Went back to the counter for help, the girl that was there was rude and very cold...When she did finally come out, she took my card and tried it herself, then told me she would get me a card to use, and I could pay when I was done making copies...She walked away, started waiting on another customer, then walked away answered the phone, ignoring me...She never just looked at me to say, I will be back with you...she just ignored me...I decided to wait by the copier 5 minutes later, she still had not come back out around the counter...So I left...But I still need copies, so then I decided after I ran all my other errands to give it another shot...Hopefully there would be another clerk there to assist me, however there was just another girl. Whom did not want to help either, but she at the very least gave me the card to activate the machine, Even another customer, commented on how cold and rude they are at this okemos store. When I went to pay, she had the first girl that was really rude, cash me out. She walk up the counter did not say a word, just took the receipt, my money and typed in the transaction, handed me back my change and walked away from the counter....UHG! what happened to customer service, it definitely went out the door in this store, with the overnight packages. I will never go back to this store again
